The other three saw this and imdiately followed Gu Zhiqi.
"Master Gu, is there sothing wrong with the art studio?" ng Yunhe quickened his pace and asked, catching up to Gu Zhiqi.
He and Gu Xiyue had also checked out this studio before and hadn’t found anything wrong.
Gu Zhiqi shook his head, "I’m not sure for now; we need to go inside and take a look."
As they spoke, they entered the wooden house.
The wooden house had two floors in total; the first floor contained painting boards, paints, and other tools needed for painting. There was a large floor-to-ceiling window at the back of the house, allowing plenty of light in.
Upon entering the wooden house, Gu Zhiqi’s gaze imdiately landed on the pen container on the table.
After staring at the pen container for several seconds, Gu Zhiqi asked Fu Xiyan, "Who uses this studio the most?"
"My sister..." The word "sister" was left incomplete; Fu Xiyan corrected himself, "Fu Yingying."
Hearing the familiar na, Gu Zhiqi’s eyes flickered slightly.
Fu Yingying?
Gu Zhiqi slightly lowered his eyes, falling into thought, while Fu Xiyan and the others remained silent.
It was a while before Gu Zhiqi raised his eyes and asked Fu Xiyan again, "Do you have her paintings? I’d like to see them."
Fu Xiyan nodded, then pointed to the stairs, "The finished paintings are usually kept on the second floor."
Thus, they headed upstairs.
There was also a large glass window on the second floor, providing ample light. Against the wall, there were many paintings stacked.
So were already frad and hung on the wall.
Gu Zhiqi scanned the studio, finally stopping in front of an oil painting.
It had a healing style, depicting a spring landscape. The picture was vibrant; at a glance, it was eye-catching, and when standing in front of it, there was a strong sense of vitality pouring out.
Gu Zhiqi’s lips curled slightly, barely noticeable, with a playful glint in his eyes. His gaze moved down, finally resting on a signature in the bottom right corner of the painting: the cursive letters Fying.
ng Yunhe, who was standing beside Gu Zhiqi, stared at the oil painting for a few seconds before finally saying, "Even though I don’t understand painting, I have to say, Fu Yingying is indeed talented."
"Just looking at it, you can feel the painting is full of life."
Fu Xiyan glanced at it and said flatly, "It’s average."
Compared to common people, Fu Yingying was quite good, but compared to the Jin Family, Fu Yingying was still far behind.
Gu Xiyue, who had been looking at other paintings, also walked over upon hearing the conversation between ng Yunhe and Fu Xiyan.
However, after staring at the painting for a while, her face beca somber.
Her brows furrowed tightly, a hint of irritation crept between her brows, and Vital Energy started to escape.
Fu Xiyan was the first to notice her anomaly, and he reached out to support Gu Xiyue’s hand, "What’s wrong?"
Gu Zhiqi turned his head at the sound and saw that Gu Xiyue seed about to lose control of her Vital Energy.
Gu Zhiqi imdiately suggested, "Take her downstairs first."
Instinctively trusting Gu Zhiqi, Fu Xiyan didn’t think twice and carried Gu Xiyue down the stairs quickly.
ng Yunhe, bewildered, followed them down, asking, "Why did Little Master Uncle suddenly lose control of her Vital Energy?"
However, no one answered ng Yunhe.
The four of them hurriedly descended the stairs, and as they reached the corner, they were t with a booming sound from downstairs.
Imdiately after, a very irate shout echoed.
Hearing this, they all instinctively paused their steps.
Fu Xiyan’s brow twitched as he quickened his pace down the stairs, "It’s the second one losing control of his Vital Energy."
