"B-brother, could we have been sold out?"
Uton gazed at the surrounding chas, asking in terror.
"Nonsense, he wouldn't sell us out. If he wanted to sell us, he wouldn't have helped us back then, we'd have died in the underground city already."
Wicket scolded Uton.
"But we're surrounded."
Uton replied, frightened.
At that mont, a Light Guard erged from the group of chas, coming towards Wicket.
Wicket gritted his teeth and stood firm, not retreating a step.
The Light Guard then knelt on one knee, opened the cockpit in its abdon.
All the cockpits were empty.
Wicket and the others were shocked by this scene.
"The cockpits are empty, could there be ghosts?"
Uton and others spoke in fear.
"Ghosts, what ghosts? It's divine intervention!"
Wicket snapped out of it, shouting excitedly.
"Yes, it's divine intervention!"
Uton and the others beca excited too.
"Quick, get on the chas!"
Wicket led the charge onto the Light Guard cha.
Uton and the others rushed towards the other Iron Followers.
Quickly, everyone entered the chas, shut the cockpits, and operated the chas to stand.
"Let's go!"
Wicket led Uton and others swiftly towards the underground city exit.
...
At the underground city exit.
Rows of guard soldiers holding chanical guns and several Iron Followers stood in a horizontal formation, their gun barrels all aid at a large, inclined exit passage ahead.
Then, three rundown Iron Followers, a mass of chanical engineering vehicles, and a crowd of civilians burst from the passage.
Both sides entered a standoff.
Within the defense forces, a scar-faced middle-aged man piloted an Iron Followers cha, angrily staring at the surging peasants, saying to his subordinate.
"Damn peasants, they actually rebelled! Leke, quickly notify Captain Seab to co support."
"Yes, Lord Nabi."
Leke quickly responded.
After Nabi finished instructing, he shouted at Jieva and others.
"You peasants, retreat now, or don't bla for being rude!"
"You're dreaming, we won't back down!"
Jieva operated the Iron Followers, shouting loudly.
A crowd of civilians bravely charged at Nabi and the others.
"Seeking your own death!"
Nabi was also enraged and was about to order an attack.
At this mont, a loud noise ca from afar, and Nabi and the others turned their heads to see a swarm of chas rushing over.
"Lord Nabi, it's Captain Seab and their reinforcents."
Leke called out excitedly.
"So soon?"
Nabi was stunned, speaking sowhat incredulously.
Jieva and others were also startled, not expecting so many chas from the enemy to arrive quickly, feeling sowhat despairing.
At that mont, sothing unexpected happened.
A swarm of chas rushed over, raising their firearms without a word, and fiercely fired at Nabi and the others!
Boom-boom-boom!
Instantly, one Iron Followers after another was blasted to pieces, soldiers slaughtered en masse.
"Ah!"
Screams erupted imdiately.
"What's going on, Seab, have you gone mad?"
Nabi shouted in terror.
Before he could figure out the situation, Wicket, piloting the Light Guard, rushed up and shot directly through his cockpit.
Jieva and the others were stunned.
At this mont, Wicket shouted at Jieva and others.
"Don't be afraid, it's us!"
"It's Brother Wicket, charge!"
Jieva and others heard the voice and were also shocked, then reacted ecstatically, shouting crazily.
Nurous rebels surged forward like a tide.
In an instant, the defending forces were completely annihilated.
Wicket shouted at Jieva and others.
"Let's go, everyone follow to the central castle, our chance for revenge has co."
"Yes!"
Jieva and others shouted excitedly.
Wicket led the vast army straight to the central castle.
Along the way, civilians saw the swarm of rebel army, each stunned, full of disbelief.
In fact, Wicket and others were also in a dazed state.
At this mont, Uton couldn't help but say to Wicket.
"Brother, sothing feels off, we're almost to the castle, why hasn't the alarm sounded?"
"I don't know, just charge forward."
Wicket had no ti to worry about this.
"Alright!"
Uton nodded in agreent.
At this mont, a ssenger drove straight to the castle, face full of bewildernt, as the entire city's communications malfunctioned, he could only report manually.
The searchlights on the castle wall soon spotted the approaching car, directing all their beams at it.
Captain Caden, responsible for defense, furrowed his brow and shouted.
"Stop imdiately!"
"Lord Caden, sothing's happened! Those peasants have charged, heading towards the castle."
The ssenger shouted anxiously.
Caden's face changed drastically upon hearing the ssenger's words, saying to his subordinate.
"Prepare for battle at once, notify Lord City Master."
"Understood!"
The operator responded imdiately.
In the castle banquet hall, City Lord Ankore held a glass of red wine, red-faced, chatting and laughing with a charming, black-dressed noblewoman.
Bam~
The door suddenly swung open.
The crowd was instantly surprised, turning to look.
Only to see a soldier rush in panic-stricken.
City Lord Ankore looked at the soldier grimly, asking coldly.
"What's the situation?"
"Lord City Master, it's not good, those peasants have rebelled and are closing in."
The soldier shouted in terror.
The nobles in the banquet hall showed fear and unease upon hearing the news.
City Lord Ankore burst out laughing angrily at this.
"What was that fool Nabi doing about defense?"
"I don't know."
The ssenger soldier answered uneasily.
"Forget it, let's deal with these peasants first, we're idle tonight anyway. Everyone, follow to the observation deck, I'll show you a good show."
Ankore said to the nobles in attendance.
"Alright."
The crowd eased their initial unease, laughing and agreeing.
City Lord Ankore then led the group away, heading for the observation deck.
Soon, they arrived at the deck.
At this mont, Wicket and others, piloting chas, led the dense crowd to the castle's front.
City Lord Ankore looked down on Wicket and others, his face dark as coal, angrily cursing.
"What the hell's going on, why are Nabi's chas in these peasants' hands, could Nabi have rebelled too?"
"I'm not sure, but Lord City Master, rest assured, the castle's defense is solid as a rock, these people can't break in. Once our reinforcents arrive, we can wipe them out in one go.
At this mont, Captain Caden piloted a Third Generation cha·Light Wings, landing beside the City Lord.
"Alright!"
Ankore suppressed his anger and responded.
At this mont, Wicket and others looked at the towering castle walls, feeling rather troubled.
The walls were equipped with nurous defense weapons, seemingly very strong and difficult to assault.
Captain Caden then shouted at Wicket and others.
"You down there, listen up, you can't break in. When our forces arrive, your deaths are certain, surrender now while you can!"
"Nonsense, today will be your end, brothers, charge with !"
Wicket cursed in fury.
"Charge!"
Uton and others responded without hesitation.
Just as Wicket and others prepared for a fierce assault.
Ka!
Suddenly, the castle gates opened, all stationary weapons locked.
Wicket and others rejoiced at this sight, shouting.
"The God has manifested!"
"Charge!"
...
City Lord Ankore and others were stunned, as if plunged into an ice cave.
"Which idiot opened the gates!"
Ankore snapped back, swearing loudly.
"I don't know, I didn't order it!"
Caden's head was buzzing, unable to comprehend the situation.
