Commander Alekde replied solemnly.

Seeing it was Shadler, their expressions instantly turned grim.

Su Yuan said, unsure of what to do.
“Don’t look at him, turn your head away, pretend you didn’t hear.”
Su Ming imdiately turned his head aside.
Commander Alekde and Vice City Lord Okens, who were chatting, heard soone call out to Su Ming and Su Yuan and turned their heads.
Okens was slightly startled and said.
“This person looks familiar.”
“His na is Shadler, the only son of the Seventh Prince Omid.”
Commander Alekde introduced in a low voice.
Upon hearing this, Okens’ eyes suddenly lit up.
At this mont, Shadler arrived in front of Su Ming and Su Yuan, reaching out to pat their shoulders.
“Why aren’t you two responding to ?”
Su Yuan, seeing he approached, quickly shook his head and said.
“Ah, did we?”
“Didn’t you hear ? I’ve called out so many tis, neither of you responded. When did you arrive to attend the festival? You should’ve told , let show you around.”
Shadler said enthusiastically.
Su Ming and Su Yuan shook their heads like rattles, now seeing Shadler as if they had encountered a ghost.
At this mont, Okens walked over with a big smile, chuckling as he asked.
“Su Ming, Su Yuan, is this your friend?”
Su Ming and Su Yuan were taken aback as well. Why did Vice City Lord Okens co over?
Before Su Ming could answer, Shadler quickly spoke.
“Of course, we are sworn brothers, with life-and-death ties.”
Upon hearing this, Vice City Lord Okens gave a bright smile and said.
“Since your friend is here, why don’t you go and accompany him?”
“Lord Okens, this doesn’t seem right.”
Su Ming’s mouth twitched slightly as he replied.
“What’s wrong with that? Why don’t you go quickly.”
Okens spoke in an unquestionable tone, also hinting with his eyes for the two to gather so information.
“Alright.”
Su Ming and Su Yuan replied helplessly.
“Let’s go.”
Shadler happily pulled Su Ming and Su Yuan along, heading towards the right side door inside the great hall.
Very soon, they left the great hall and entered a long corridor, where sets of vintage armor and exquisite porcelain were displayed along the side.
Su Ming glanced at it, sowhat surprised, and said.
“Are these antiques just placed here?”
“My grandfather likes vintage things, so he just placed them here; they aren’t worth much anyway.”
Shadler replied casually.
“Not worth much, my foot! Just one set of armor could be worth millions of Federation Coins.”
Su Yuan knew the value well.
“It’s really nothing. If you’re interested, I can show you the truly good stuff.”
Shadler said, in a good mood, to Su Ming and Su Yuan.
“Alright!”
Su Ming and Su Yuan were intrigued.
Shadler then led them in a winding path, and the guards along the way made way for him.
Although Shadler had no real authority, he was a genuine mber of the royal family; this place was his ho.
Soon, Shadler led Su Ming and Su Yuan to the entrance of a tightly sealed collection room.
Shadler took out a gemstone key from his pocket, inserted it into the door’s keyhole, and turned it to open the door.
When they entered the collection room, they saw several display pillars, each covered with a special glass cover, showcasing various items.
“These are the good things, all collected by my grandfather.”
Shadler proudly said to Su Ming and Su Yuan.
Su Ming and Su Yuan walked to the nearest display pillar, their eyes imdiately fixed on it.
On top of this display pillar was a stunning natural red coral artwork, an item mostly handed down from the pre-era, now nearly extinct.
They took a deep breath and continued forward to the second display pillar, where they saw a snow-white, jade-like, exquisitely crafted porcelain bottle.
“This is a White Jade Bottle, over five thousand years old.”
“Great stuff.”
Su Ming and Su Yuan nodded in agreent.
“Let’s check the next one.”
Shadler led Su Ming and Su Yuan to the third display pillar.
Within the transparent glass cover was a crown that was ancient, dignified, and sacred. The crown’s body was elegant and perfect, embedded with rare gemstones, emitting a gentle glow.
