Mike was reliable.

Dexter trusted him, so he got in his car, grabbed so lunch, and then headed back to his law office near the courthouse.

The office was as deserted as always, but Dexter didn't mind. He went in, lay down on the sofa, and took a nap.

He slept for about an hour, then got up and headed back to the courthouse to hustle.

For now, he actually quite enjoyed this busy lifestyle.

Of course, he knew that after a while, he'd grow to hate it.

But for now, he'd play along.

After wandering around the courthouse for a few hours, Kim, walking briskly, appeared in his field of vision.

Seeing her, Dexter imdiately smiled and greeted her.

Kim was on his "to-sleep-with" list; it was one of his small goals in this world.

Hearing his voice, Kim hesitated, said a few words to the HHM lawyers next to her, telling them to go ahead, and then walked quickly over to Dexter. She offered a faint smile. "Good afternoon. How have you been?"

Dexter nodded. "Pretty good. Finished two cases in the last couple of days. Made a little money."

Kim knew exactly how much a public defender made per case.

Two cases ant fourteen hundred dollars. That actually wasn't bad.

"Congratulations," Kim said with a smile.

"Free for dinner soti?" Dexter asked casually.

Dinner... unlike lunch, usually implied sothing more.

Although Kim liked Dexter a little, because of her miserable childhood, she didn't really understand what that feeling was. You could even say she didn't understand what love was.

In short.

Kim didn't want to have dinner with Dexter right now. "Sure. I've been incredibly busy lately. Let's find a ti when things calm down."

That was a polite rejection.

Dexter understood, but he didn't mind. He was going to be here for a long ti anyway. Take it slow.

"Okay," Dexter responded with a smile.

"I have to go. They're waiting for ," Kim said apologetically. Having just rejected him, staying to chat felt inappropriate.

"Yeah, go get 'em," Dexter replied. Then, he added casually, as if just thinking of it, "By the way, if you have ti, maybe try taking on so public defense cases. I found it quite interesting. It's fulfilling. Feels more aningful than working for rich people."

This comnt struck a precise chord in Kim's heart.

Deep down, Kim really did want her work to be more aningful, even if that desire was small right now, it definitely existed.

Kim was slightly stunned, then smiled. "Okay. I'll try to squeeze out so ti."

Dexter smiled back.

Kim left.

Ti flew, and in the blink of an eye, it was 5:00 PM.

Dexter left the courthouse. While driving his beat-up Corolla back to the hotel, he called Jennifer. "Jennifer, where should I pick you up?"

In Arica, as a man, you had to be a gentleman to sleep with won quickly and efficiently.

Jennifer giggled. "Pick up for what?"

"Dinner," Dexter laughed.

"Did we agree to that?" Jennifer feigned ignorance.

"Of course. I even booked the restaurant," Dexter replied.

"Is that so? Well, alright then. Pick up at my place. The address is [Address]," Jennifer said, pretending to be reluctant.

Dexter naturally caught the tone in her voice and was imdiately amused.

Playing hard to get...

Haha, this just got more fun.

"Okay. See you tonight," Dexter replied.

The call ended.

Dexter returned to the hotel. After a brief hesitation, he took a shower.

Couldn't be helped. This damn place was near the desert. If the wind picked up even a little, the air was full of dust. After running around outside all day, he was covered in grit.

After showering and changing clothes, Dexter took the elevator down to the underground parking lot and got into the rcedes S600 that hadn't moved in a while.

---

leaving the hotel, he thought for a mont.

Dexter decided to take a slight detour to buy a bouquet of flowers.

It was a cliché, sure, but everyone knew clichés worked.

While waiting for the florist to arrange the flowers, Dexter lit a cigarette, thought for a bit, pulled up the system interface, and started opening chests.

[You have opened a Silver Chest. Congratulations, you have received: Bedroom Arts Skill (Basic) → Upgrade → Bedroom Arts Skill (Interdiate).]

Hey!

Smart system. Knows what you're thinking, gives you what you need.

Worth every penny!

Dexter grinned like a thief imdiately, then struck while the iron was hot and continued opening chests.

[You have opened a Silver Chest. Congratulations, you have received: Crow (Interdiate) → Upgrade → Crow (Advanced).]

Oh ho.

The surveillance crow had finally upgraded to Advanced. Now, things were a bit safer.

Thinking this, Dexter tilted his head slightly and looked through the windshield, spotting the surveillance crow.

It was Advanced now, and he'd be relying on it heavily. It seed like it needed a na.

Dexter wasn't good at naming things. He thought and thought, rejecting na after na. Finally, he decided, screw it, he'd just call it Little Crow. Simple, easy to understand, straight to the point.

Now that the crow had a na, Dexter opened another chest.

[You have opened a Silver Chest. Congratulations, you have received: That Thing Grows Three Centiters.]

!!!!

Badass!

Dexter was thrilled. He took a hard drag on his cigarette. Suddenly, he realized sothing.

Prizes of this nature appearing one after another... what does it an?

Is the system telling to sleep my way through this world??

Just thinking about it is exciting.

Dexter chuckled to himself.

Just then, the florist finished arranging the flowers, interrupting Dexter's thoughts.

Dexter snapped back to reality, took the flowers, and drove straight to Jennifer's place.

Jennifer lived in an apartnt building. It took a bit of effort, but Dexter found it and knocked on the door.

Knock, knock, knock.

It took quite a while before the door opened.

Jennifer stood behind the door, hair wet, wrapped only in a bath towel.

Heh.

This just got very interesting. Looks like dinner won't be necessary.

Dexter smiled silently and handed over the flowers. "Good evening."

Jennifer had just rushed into the bathroom and doused herself from head to toe. She hadn't really washed, just gotten wet. She smiled broadly, took the flowers, and slled them. "Thank you."

After thanking him, Jennifer turned and walked away. "Co in."

Dexter followed.

Jennifer walked to the table and deliberately bent over a little too far to place the flowers.

With that bend, naturally, the bath towel couldn't hold on. It surrendered and slipped down.

Dexter watched, smiling without a word, realizing a simple fact.

Damn, who's the hunter and who's the prey here?

The next second.

If I don't take action now, am I even a man?

Dexter took two quick steps, ca up behind Jennifer, and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Ah~ What are you doing~~" Jennifer was still pretending.

Pretending my ass.

Before long, nature took its course.

The room got lively.

What? Dinner?

She looks delicious enough.

---

In a flash, half an hour passed.

The power of Interdiate Bedroom Arts was already formidable.

"Jesus!" Jennifer scread in disbelief.

The next mont, she was trembling uncontrollably.

Seeing this.

Dexter was certain!

In this world, he should wage war on two fronts.

One front was the cold, ruthless line with Mike, Gus Fring, and the like.

The other front was... conquest by sleeping!

The "Bedroom Arts" skill was no joke.

One of Bianca's potentials had been thoroughly unlocked...

Actually, it had been unlocked in the afternoon. Just now was rely an encore performance.

The sheets were soaked.

Bianca was blushing, feeling incredibly embarrassed.

Dexter didn't care in the least.

It was sumr; things would dry in no ti. It didn't matter.

Before long, sleepiness set in, and Bianca drifted off in Dexter's arms.

Dexter wasn't sleepy yet. Since he had nothing better to do, he pulled up the system interface to open so chests.

He had a massive amount of rit Points—over 580,000.

Given that, he decided to go straight for the Gold Chests.

[You have opened a Gold Chest. Congratulations, you have received: $500,000 USD.]

[You have opened a Gold Chest. Congratulations, you have received: A Luxury Yacht.]

[You have opened a Gold Chest. Congratulations, you have received: Lobster Cooking Skill (Includes 2,000 Premium Australian Lobsters and unlimited seasoning ingredients).]

[You have opened a Gold Chest. Congratulations, you have received: "A Dream" Card... This card must be used in conjunction with a "Business Trip Ticket." After use, ti in the current world will pause. You may bring up to two people with you to the "business trip" world. Upon return, the people you brought will only rember the experience as a strange dream.]

Heh heh.

Scored sothing good.

I really can bring people along.

Dexter grinned. He stopped opening chests for a mont and let his imagination run wild.

Which world would be suitable for Bianca?

What about Carl?

Kevin?

Mickey?

Karen... Karen would be perfect for the world of The Sentintal Swordsman, Ruthless Sword. She'd probably be more than capable of taking down Lin Xian'er. Of course, that's assuming her skin color wouldn't be an issue in that setting...

Dexter's mind raced with possibilities, feeling that the future held infinite potential.

After a long while.

Dexter stopped daydreaming and continued opening chests.

He opened six more Gold Chests in a row. strangely, they all contained money.

He wasn't exactly dissatisfied. The money would be useful; he planned to get that shooting range he'd thought about up and running as soon as possible, and this cash would co in handy.

However, what he really wanted was sothing to fix Bianca's health issues.

Since he didn't get it, he let it go. Try again another day. Ti to sleep.

Dexter closed the system interface, shut his eyes, and fell asleep.

---

The Gallagher household was mostly dark.

Carl, having eaten his fill earlier and even downed a bottle of beer, was lying in his narrow bed, feeling blissful and sleeping soundly.

Lip and the others were asleep too.

Only Fiona was still awake.

In her cramped room, under the dim light.

Fiona was straddling Jack, moving relentlessly, a bit more frantically than usual.

Jack was enjoying it.

Two or three minutes later, Jack surrendered.

Fiona didn't say anything, but deep down, she was disappointed. "I didn't finish."

With those words, she moved, sitting on Jack's face.

Comrade "Limp Shrimp" Jack cooperated.

After a good long while.

Fiona finished and lay back down.

There was no air conditioning in the room, only a stolen fan whirring away. Both of them were covered in sweat from the heat.

"That guy driving the G-Wagon tonight... do you have a history with him?" Jack asked after resting for a mont.

Hearing this, Fiona imdiately frowned. "No."

"Really?" Jack didn't believe her.

"Yeah." Fiona didn't want to talk about it. She turned on her side and switched off the lamp. "Go to sleep. I'm tired."

Jack didn't ask again. He reached down and scratched between his legs. It felt a little itchy. He planned to go to the clinic to get it checked out in the morning.

---

7:30 AM.

The alarm went off. Bianca struggled to open her eyes, reached out to turn off the alarm, and rubbed her face to wake up a bit. She turned to look at Dexter, who was still sleeping soundly, then quietly got out of bed, slipped into the bathroom, and took a shower.

Afterward, she went downstairs to the kitchen and started making breakfast.

When it ca to cooking, Bianca didn't know much, but breakfast was usually just the sa few things anyway.

She busied herself frying eggs and bacon, carefully arranging them on the plates to make them look nice.

When she was finally done, she checked the ti. It was about right.

Bianca went upstairs, gently nudged Dexter's head, and woke him up. "Ti to get up."

Dexter was still a bit groggy. After a few seconds, his nose twitched, catching the scent of bacon on Bianca. He smiled brilliantly, suddenly reached out, and pulled Bianca into his arms on top of him. "Breakfast ready?"

"No," Bianca said, acting a bit haughty.

"Thanks," Dexter smiled and thanked her.

"Let go of and go shower, or breakfast will get cold," Bianca laughed.

Breakfast tasted pretty good.

Dexter gave Bianca a thumbs up. "Impressive. You're in charge of breakfast from now on."

"????" Bianca was stunned for a mont, then glared at him. "Keep dreaming."

"Haha."

They finished breakfast amidst laughter and headed out to the car.

"Drop off at my apartnt first. I need to change clothes," Bianca said.

"Bring more clothes over here. Otherwise, running back and forth is a hassle," Dexter asked with a smile.

"..." Bianca was silent for a few seconds. "I'll think about it."

"Alright."

After dropping Bianca off at the hospital and asking when she got off work, Dexter left and headed to Dex Restaurant.

Since he was back, he still needed to make money.

The restaurant was low on ingredients, so he needed to restock.

Checking the inventory, Dexter thought for a mont. Since he had so many lobsters, he decided to make lobster for lunch today.

After giving instructions to Vivian and the other two staff mbers, Dexter went out to buy other ingredients. At the sa ti, he opened Twitter and announced his return.

[I'm back. The restaurant resus business today. For lunch, we are serving 50 Australian Lobsters. Original price $598, lunch discount price $398 per serving. No other dishes will be served. Co and taste.]

Dex Restaurant's account had over a million followers.

Naturally, as soon as the news went out, it was t with a frenzy of replies.

"Finally appeared again!"

"The wait has been so hard!"

"On my way!"

"Mr. Dexter , don't disappear again!"

"..."

---

The Alibi Room.

Kevin saw the news almost imdiately. He was staring at the surging tide of replies, grinning like an idiot.

The reason was simple.

Dexter was back, which ant the rich people were coming back too.

The bar was going to make money again.

Happy tis!

But, amidst his joy, Kevin suddenly got a craving.

Australian Lobster... he'd never eaten that before.

Kevin wanted to try it. After hesitating again and again, he decided to call Dexter.

The call connected quickly.

"Dexter, you're making Australian Lobster for lunch? Save one for ," Kevin said with a smile.

"Okay," Dexter agreed readily.

Kevin was happy.

At that mont, Tommy and Kermit, who had nothing to do today and were sitting at the bar drinking, spoke up in unison, asking Kevin about the lobster.

After understanding the situation, Tommy asked, "How much per serving?"

"Three hundred and ninety-eight dollars," Kevin said, feeling the pinch. "With tip, it'll be around four hundred and fifty."

Seeing Kevin's reaction, Tommy chuckled. "That price isn't actually expensive, provided the lobster is big enough and tastes good enough."

After speaking, Tommy turned to Kermit. "What do you say? Should we go get one?"

Kermit: "..."

Kermit could afford it, but he really hated parting with the money.

He struggled with the decision.

"Alright, let's get one," Kermit gritted his teeth and nodded.

Kevin was genuinely surprised. "Kermit, are you that rich?"

Kermit smiled bitterly and shook his head. "I have a job. Treating myself occasionally has nothing to do with being rich."
