Now reading: Chapter 134: Yilan’s Wish from Shameless Immortal: Emperor of Ten Thousand Beauties, a Eastern novel by SageofDesire.

A fierce, beautiful crimson flooded her face, not the flush of sha, but the glow of a woman awakened to her own desires.

"That the sun would take its ti setting," she admitted, her voice barely audible over the lap of the water.

"I’m not ready to go back to being the Matriarch. I’m not ready for this day to end."

Shen Yu took her lantern and his, setting them into the current. As he straightened, he didn’t pull back. He wrapped a powerful arm around her waist, drawing her flush against his chest, her soft curves molding against his hard fra.

On that bridge, surrounded by hundreds of people, they were utterly alone in a world of their own making.

"Then don’t go back," he whispered, his gaze dropping to her lips with a hunger that made her knees tremble.

"The woman I see right now... she is the one I have wished for. Stay here, in this mont, with . Be mine, not just for a day, but for an eternity."

Yilan didn’t pull away. She felt the steady, powerful thrum of his heart against her own, and for the first ti in ten years, the icy walls around her soul didn’t just crack, they lted into a sea of warmth.

She reached up, her arms winding around his neck, pulling him down until their foreheads rested against each other, their breaths mingling in the cooling evening air.

"You have really grown into a dangerous man, Yu’er," she murmured, her eyes fluttering closed as she inhaled the intoxicating scent of sandalwood and raw desire.

"But I think... I think I’ve been waiting for soone to be this dangerous for a very long ti. I think I’ve been waiting for you."

Shen Yu didn’t wait for another word. He reached back, his fingers tangling firmly into the silk of her hair to tilt her head back, and claid her lips right there on the bridge.

Yilan’s eyes widened in a flash of shock, the last remnants of her Matriarchal propriety screaming in protest. Her cheeks flushed a violent scarlet as the world around them seed to vanish into a blur of pink blossoms and golden light.

She hesitated for a heartbeat, her hands tensing against his shoulders, but then she looked into those golden eyes, burning with a love so fierce and a possessiveness so absolute that her resistance simply dissolved.

With a soft, conquered moan that was lost against his lips, she finally let go. Her eyes drifted shut as she lted into his embrace, her fingers tightening in his robes as she began to reciprocate the kiss with a desperate, pent-up hunger of her own.

The kiss was a collision of years of repressed longing, a sacred and profane union that shattered the last of her doubts.

Under the canopy of a thousand drifting blossoms, the "Aunt" and the "Nephew" were finally consud by the fire of their own making.

There was only the man, the woman, and the silent, hungry promise of the night that was no longer just a possibility, but an absolute, shimring inevitability. As the lanterns floated away, carrying their nas into the dark, Yilan knew that her life, her core, and her heart were now irrevocably his.

The lingering warmth of the kiss remained on their lips as the world slowly bled back into focus. Shen Yu pulled back just an inch, his fingers still threaded deep through the silk of her hair, forcing her to look at him.

"From this day forward," he murmured, his voice a low, possessive vibration that seed to command the very air around them, "you are no longer the Matriarch of the Tang. You are mine. My woman, my wife, my destiny. Do you understand, Yilan?"

The weight of the proclamation was absolute. Yilan looked into his eyes, her chest heaving as she sought air, her own identity shifting beneath his touch.

The logic of the clan, the voice of propriety, and the mory of her position all vanished, burned away by the fire he had ignited. She didn’t look away. Instead, she leaned into his palm, her eyes shimring with a mixture of surrender and a newfound, fierce pride.

"I am yours," she whispered, her voice steady and resonant. She nodded once, a slow, solemn movent that felt like the signing of a soul-contract. "For the rest of my life... I belong to you."

A sharp, triumphant smile cut across Shen Yu’s face. He didn’t say another word, but the shift in his energy was palpable. He reached down and interlaced his fingers with hers, his grip tight and unyielding.

He led her off the bridge, weaving through the drifting peach blossoms and the lingering crowds. They moved away from the bustling main thoroughfares, heading toward the highest point of Peach Blossom City, the Celestial Moon District. There, nestled amidst a grove of ancient, glowing peach trees, stood a luxurious pavilion built over a private waterfall.

It was the Jade Phoenix Pavilion, a place of legend reserved for those who sought total seclusion and absolute luxury. Shen Yu had secured it last night through ng Yan’s connections.

As they reached the heavy sandalwood doors, the attendant bowed low and vanished into the shadows, leaving them alone. The pavilion was a masterpiece of open architecture and silken drapes. The scent of rare dragon-gris incense curled through the air, and the sound of the waterfall provided a constant, rhythmic lody that humd with a primal energy.

Shen Yu led her inside, the soft glow of spirit-lamps casting long, flickering shadows over the polished wood. He stopped in the center of the main chamber, turning to face her. The moonlight filtered through the open lattice, bathing Yilan in a silver light that made her lavender robes look ethereal.

The tension between them, once a jagged thing of guilt and hesitation, had transford into a heavy, intoxicating cord of desire that seed to pull them closer with every shallow breath.

Shen Yu flicked his fingers, and the air between them rippled like disturbed water. The illusion of the Celestial Fox Veil shattered, the mundane disguises dissolving into a shimr of crimson light.

In their place, their true appearances flickered back into existence. His striking white hair and piercing golden eyes returned with a sharp, regal intensity, while Yilan’s breathtaking, mature beauty was restored in all its magnificent glory.

He stepped into her personal space, his presence now completely unmasked and overwhelming. He reached out, his hand trailing down her shoulder to the small of her back.

"The dust of the road should not linger on you tonight," he murmured, his voice a low, resonant vibration that made her heart skip a beat. He gestured toward the steaming, petal-strewn bath prepared in the center of the pavilion.

"Co, Yilan. Let wash you."
