"Fear is only for those who do wrong. But if they later nd their evil ways with good, then I am certainly All-Forgiving, Most rciful.
Now put your hand through the opening of your collar, it will co out shining white, unblemished. These are two of nine signs for Pharaoh and his people. They have truly been a rebellious people.
But when Our enlightening signs ca to them, they said, ’This is pure magic.’
And, although their hearts were convinced the signs were true, they still denied them wrongfully and arrogantly. See then what was the end of the corruptors!
Indeed, We granted knowledge to David and Solomon. And they said in acknowledgnt, ’All praise is for Allah Who has privileged us over many of His faithful servants." -An-Nami 27:11-15

Man’s Voice: "How do we know he isn’t faking his paralysis and you’re ’healing’ is all an elaborate hoax?"
[3 Years Before Leviathan’s Invasion]
In the low ceiling basent of a closed, inner city restaurant, there’s a group of 20 individuals sitting, spread around the available area.
In attendance are mostly n, a few won, and 5 children(4 little boys and 1 preteen girl).
In the middle of the underground group, Jesse Jas stands with her hand on the sitting Pontius’ shoulder.
Pontius: "I really-"
Cutting him off, not offended by the skepticism, Jesse Jas’ disheartened pink ocular sensors stare directly at the slightly angry man across the dimly lit space.
Jesse Jas: "I have no reason to fool any of you. In fact, everyone who is present here, is soone I feel like can completely trust."
The anger from the accuser vanishes. Along with everyone else in the closed restaurant basent, the man is surprised by the honesty from the trustworthy woman.
Jesse Jas: "The world is becoming more and more pitiful by the day.
All of the violent actions and hatred being spread around the world, it makes feel..."
She grabs at the puffy hooded coat over her heart, and looks down at the dusty floor in front of her.
Jesse Jas: "...It makes feel... heartbroken."
Pontius looks up at his newest friend and admires the feeling of trust she exuberantly projects in her words.
Pontius(thinking): *Who...who is this lady?*
Suddenly, one of the other n in the group stands up and defends the lass.
Restaurant Owner: "If Ms. Jas says she can perform miracles, then I completely believe her!
She has already perford one from my point of view."
He scans the occupants of the room while pleading his defense for Jesse Jas.
Restaurant Owner: "My great grandpapa ca to this country to escape the harassnt of organized cri, and opened this business.
My family has owned this establishnt and passed it down for more than 4 generations.
However, since I could rember, the local mafia has been collecting their ’protection tax’ from my grandfather, my father, and also myself."
The man looks over at the children in the corner.
Restaurant Owner: "I was afraid my children were going to have to suffer the sa fate...
Until you showed up, Ms. Jas."
Everyone stares at the depressed expression on the magical woman’s face. She doesn’t look humble at all. In fact, she’s on the verge of tears and only Pontius is close enough to tell she is slightly shaking.
Restaurant Owner: "The day you first ca in and ordered that Pesto, was the day my family truly beca free. Just like my great-grandpapi dread."
Another adult, one of the won, mid 40’s, wearing a mail delivery uniform, stands up and also defends the unbeknownst 2nd Generation DæMon.
Mail Lady: "If it wasn’t for you saving from those hooligans trying to rob my mail truck, who knows what they could have done to !
I consider myself to be a God fearing woman, and I have no doubt in my mind, you are a blessed saint. Born in that beautiful physical form of yours to perform the work of the Lord.
You’re a sweetheart, and a fierce one at that.
My life is in your debit, young lady."
The man who was initially skeptical of the pink haired woman’s abilities has a feeling of guilt wash over him.
The quick to deny man now rembers how he t the best Samaritan.
Guilty Man: "You...when you stepped in front of my car at that set of lights and stood there, it was so I wouldn’t be part of that incoming accident, wasn’t it?
You sohow knew that accident was about to happen..."
Finally, Jesse’s eyes rise up from staring at the floor and she locks eyes with the man.
Jesse Jas: "The victim I couldn’t save died...I’m not going to be able to save everyone in the world, and that saddens to my core..."
Seemingly unknown to everyone else in the basent, Phæstis is playing with a mouse in the corner behind a freezer.
The tiny rodent crawls up her clean, fair skinned arm, up to her shoulder.
Her eyes are closed, but there is curiosity in the rest of the busty woman’s expression. The little mouse gives a few strains of forest green hair next to her ear a few sniffs.
The live ASMR makes the mysterious Völva giggle(and jiggle) quietly to herself, before the small rodent hops off her shoulder and dives head first into her EE cleavage.
Not too bothered by the intrusion, Phæstis keeps her clasped hands at shoulder level while waiting for the mouse to co up for air. It does, poking just it’s head out while the rest of the furry body is encased in soft chest tissue.
Phæstis(chuckles): "Arrre yooouuu commmfooortaaableee?"
The mouse *squeaks* as if in response.
Phæstis: "Doooon’t worryyyy, yoouuuu caaaannn staaayyy as loooong as yooouuu waannnt."
Back at the eting, Jesse Jas looks down at her hand, as it becos covered with li green healing Seiõr.
Nobody other than the caster can visibly witness the universal energy.
Jesse Jas: "A couple months ago, when I was still a student, I ca across a book.
I won’t bore you all with the semantics, but for so reason, I could sohow translate a piece of literature that has baffled historians and linguists to this day."
With her hand covered in a magical energy nobody else in the room can see, Jesse Jas makes her way to behind the paralyzed Pontius.
Jesse Jas: "I didn’t want to believe it at first, but for so reason, once I read that book, I’ve felt like I have a grasp on why I’ve felt so...different for the majority of my life.
For the first ti, I felt like I finally had a purpose to play in this world."
She presses her li green magic covered hand on the nape of her handicapped comrade.
On contact, Pontius feels exactly what everyone else does when directly supplied with HealingSeiõr, euphoria.
Jesse Jas: "... Truthfully, I never wanted to have a purpose. Especially one as important as the obligation I now believe to have inherited, but as much as I want to be selfish, ignore what’s right, and use these abilities for my own personal gain, I simply can’t force myself to do it."
To his surprise, after the speaker’s hand has been pressed against his back for over one minute, Pontius looks down at the lower half of his body.
There is the slightest twitch from his right leg and the dumbstruck young man can’t believe his eyes.
There is a sudden soreness felt coming from his posterior that spreads to this thighs and then hamstrings.
Finally, Jesse Jas takes her hand away, the HealingSeiõr fades, and she softly tussles her patient’s dirty hair.
Jesse Jas: "I was kicked out of school for being classified as a ’dostic terrorist’ by the state, but I’m not using this power to strike fear.
I’ll only use what I have at my disposal to ensure the most peace as possible, without causing so much of a scene that I’m targeted and labeled as a monster or heretic."
She holds a palm out for Pontius to take and he does. With the help of the stable support, the once paralyzed college student slowly, and unsurely stands up from his wheelchair.
His legs shaking, but in complete disbelief, Pontius looks down at his weak lower half.
After not having been used for over a decade, his calf and thigh muscles give out, but he falls into a hug with his healer, Jesse Jas.
Undoubtedly knowing he has been given the privilege to walk again, the thankful and ever so grateful Pontius cries in the puffy jacketed shoulder of his savior.
Watching the impossible to fake emotion being displayed in front of them, the won in the room happily cry from the beautiful sight and a few n stiffen their upper lips fighting back their emotions.
Jesse Jas strokes the back of the young man’s head while he mutters snot filled graces to his savior.
Jesse Jas: "It’s okay, Pontius.
All I ask in return, is for you to promise two things."
Looking up while still in their embrace, the hysterical Pontius sniffles, nods, and listens to the price he has to pay for having his mobility given back to him.
He locks eyes with the woman holding up most of his body weight.
Jesse Jas: "I want you to rehabilitate and build strength back in your legs.
Then, go fulfill your dream and beco an Air Force pilot."
The eyes of forever grateful Pontius fill back up with tears.
Pontius: "Wh-What?"
Jesse Jas: "Don’t tell you were all talk earlier.
I said, if you truly want to repay , beco an Air Force pilot.
Elevate up to the best ’angel’ up there, and defy nature by becoming a borderline superhuman.
That way, when my plan for world peace officially kicks off, I know I’ll have the strongest, fastest, and smartest in the skies backing up."
"Watching" from her hiding spot, Phæstis, along with her new mousey companion(still wedged comfortably between her bosom) observe the actions and words of an authentically powerful leader in the making.
Phæstis: "Sheee’s sooo preeeettyyyy, isn’t sheee?"
The friendly mouse *squeaks* as if in agreent.
