’For they shall rejoice, and shall see the plumt in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and from through the whole earth.

Then answered I, and said unto him, "What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?"

And I answered again, and said unto him, "What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?"

And he answered and said, "Knowest thou not what these be?"

And I said, "No, my lord."

Then said he, "These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth." -Zechariah 4:8-14

___________

MamMon DæMon: "Very impressive, ’Sheriff’, but a foolish rookie play to say the least."

On top of Mount Morta, whistling winds blow a black cloak as MamMon DæMon stands there alone smiling confidently with her eyes closed.

Slowly the Old Norse witch opens her beautiful blues and talks to herself after acquiring knowledge through her gifted Nye-omnipotency.

MamMon DæMon: "Your offensive strategy would usually require multiple authorizations from peers but skipped that because you use Seiõr to make the ignorant believe you’re a ssiah.

I will admit, the use of fear mongering on your own people, and preventing yourself from losing any sources of SanguineSeiõr is a route I hadn’t expected you to so willingly take.

Unfortunately..."

Visible far out in the water, from the tallest point on her defending island is the largest assault ship being escorted by it’s surrounding convoy.

MamMon DæMon: "...You are still a naive little girl.

We may be kindred spirits through the DæMon na, but your knowledge of Seiõr is diocre and experience in true psychological warfare is otherwise non-existent.

It seems the symbiotes aren’t as prevalent on the mainland, but your pilot friend had one gifted to him and a few of her goons too.

Well... before they died."

She chuckles like the witch she is as the impending fight is getting closer and closer.

Her confidence oozing.

MamMon DæMon: "Even at that level of SanguineSeiõr and with help from a military power, Skalmönd could easily handle this ’battle’ with her own band of misfits, nevermind if I were to think this was a possible threat to my true plan.

But I’ll play along with your toy soldiers and your tugboats like a good older family mber should.

We will see the difference in DæMon generations by the power your leadership has attracted."

Her smile disappears and she sucks her teeth after rembering Laban DaeMon unacknowledged by Seiõr.

MamMon DæMon: "If it’s anything like the runt’s disgraceful incompetence, it proves my sisters and I truly are the only possible hope to defeat Skalmönd and the Yang Vessel."

{Atlantic Ocean}

[6 Nautical Miles NorthWest Of Kami Island]

On the calm blue ocean a flock of seagulls squawk as they fly above and around the 7 coordinated navy ships.

The fleet is already working through their next phase of the operation as they pass by the western coastline to the island of Martha’s Vineyard.

Inside of the wheelhouse, there are 4 crew mbers working on navigation and communications.

In the Captain’s chair, the highly respected Master Mariner is watching their Total Commander stand at the front of his ship through the window.

The ships’s Chief Mate, the second in command, walks over to his superior’s side with a raised eyebrow. Clearly wierded out by the statue like pose of their unelected leader.

The younger officer montarily joins in watching the mysterious and quirky Commander. Her bandana blinded, glocked guerilla designed trench coat flows in the wind.

The crew Navigator takes off their headset and swivels his chair to face his captain.

Navigator: "Captain, both destroyer vessels USS Bruce and USS Broly have confird no signs of visible artillery aid at the waters along the west side of Kami Island."

Captain: "That’s good to hear.

From what the Sheriff has briefed us on there are more dangers on that island and belongs to both of the enemy sides.

Stay alert.

We still have to wait on her signal."

First-Mate: "This is your ship, Captain.

We are all doing that woman a favor by setting up this ergency fleet of ships and soldiers.

As far as the rest of us aboard this vessel are concerned, your orders are absolute."

The man with a loyal and faithful Navy crew chuckles and shakes his head lightly.

Captain: "I know you’ve heard the rumors about her magic and miracles, First Officer.

I’ll tell you from a first hand account those rumors are more true than North itself.

Since most of us were lucky enough to be on the water that night we didn’t experience anything like the survivors..."

Throughout the room guilt runs over the spared, and the Captain continues to support the Sheriff still posing outside.

Captain: "...But for an entire 300 days after it rained those alien monsters, Vinland had no definitive leadership and no logistically manageable way to fight back to take back territory.

I don’t know if it’s luck but the Sheriff has made too many accurate decisions at crucial opportunities."

First-Mate: "But sir, even you have said luck runs out eventually.

Are we truly going to keep letting soone with no actual military background risk the lives of valuable trained soldiers?"

The other crew mbers in the wheelhouse are nervous about the two superiors debating on the outsourced military leadership.

The highest tal ranking officer gives a soft smile as he looks his partner in his eyes.

Captain: "Do you have any plans to defeat soone with that type of power?"

He points out the side window behind the First-Mate and the second in command turns to see the cliff side that once held the New Dodge Prison.

The doubting Naval officer is shocked in silence.

Captain: "If you all trust my decisions so much, you would also trust my faith in the woman who managed to save my family in a ti when nobody else could."

Outside the wheelhouse, unafraid of the large cowboy hat flying off her head from the ocean winds, Jesse Jas stands silently on the bow of her Marine Corps warship, arms crossed.

A scowl of determination on her face, and her pink oculars stare at the giant water vessel in front of her own.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *I know you wanted to be the first one to storm that beach and start taking out everyone on that damn island until soone tells you where Pontius is.

...But if there is any sort of beachfront resistance, you won’t be there with us...*

The keen eyesight of the 2nd Generation DæMon focuses straight ahead inside the well deck of the convenient and powerful water vessel with 100 yards of saltwater between them.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *Any type of additional attention to our amphibious approach will be considered our first small victory.

The second will be when we’ve got all 32,500 soldiers helping set up and secure our beachhead.*

Under the brightly lit, "garage-like" opening to the watercraft, the pink leader can see her masked Marine with his head down and somber blue eyes closed.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *While the enemy (hopefully) focuses on preventing our forces from landing ashore, Pontius and I need you Vegetius, to continue being the fighter you dread of being as a little boy.*

Not noticing the Sheriff is staring at him, the soldier sits with his standard issue combat rifle strapped to his back.

The otherwise calm soldier’s cut up hands grip his thighs in distress. The reaction is almost like he can hear the thoughts of his close colleague/commander across the rushing water, without Katsu’s eye ability to communicate through Seiõr.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *A single body, mind, and spirit containing the combined strength of an entire Army and Marine Corps put together.

It’s why we were training all these years.*

A strong, concentrated, audible inhale is forced through the thin cloth covering the young man’s mouth and nose.

Almost football field away, almost like the two individuals are imitating each other’s breathing, Jesse Jas exhales her own fresh air.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *As you know, our current objective as a unit is ’Operation: MagicHat’, but because you are my strongest individual on land and sea, I entrust you with this unspoken plan, ’Operation: Thicker Than Water’.*

About 3 miles away to her left is Kami Island’s new southern cliffs. The aftermath of MaMmon DæMon’s act of creating a massive landslide is even more apparent and the view is more eye-catching in the sunlight.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *If I am going to be leading the others, when casualties start to happen, I’ll be trusting you to carry out a stealth reconnaissance.

Starting from those southern cliffs that once held an entire prison estate.*

Suddenly she puts a pointer finger up, looks back into the wheelhouse, and twirls her wrist to signal the water vessel’s captain.

Inside the the wheelhouse the crew looks at their captain for the translated order.

Captain: "Let all COMMs know we can circumvent around the ’Theater Island’ until the LZ is visible on the North."

Back outside, two soft tughorns go off telling their Commander and Chief that her signal was seen and the order has been issued.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *Hopefully, not only will you get a head start on locating our captured ally, but also try to discover any valuable info you can.

After my introduction to both enemies last night, I was surprised to find out there are others who are special.*

Back outside, Jesse Jas looks back at the well dock, and it is empty.

The face hidden soldier is gone and the Commandant in charge closes her eyes, chuckling softly.

Jesse Jas(thinking): *We’re always on the sa wavelength, Vegetius.

Please, anything you find could be useful in discovering where they took Pontius.

I love the both of you like my little brothers, Soldier.*
