"..." Sheng Ning held her forehead, "An’an, you’re still so bad at conversations, don’t make angry, okay?"
"Okay!" An’an nodded, "I will try to control myself, I can’t be like Su Yun."

An’an pursed her lips, seeing how sad and upset her sister was, she decided to humor her and pretend to be obedient for now. If she really couldn’t hold it in, she wouldn’t show it in front of her.

An’an stood still, looking at Elder Hai with her lips pursed, her small face looking especially pale. Such an expression hadn’t appeared on An’an’s face since she regained her mory.
Sheng Ning watched with mixed emotions, she could tell An’an rembered her childhood, and also rembered Elder Hai. Deep down, she didn’t truly want to be as cold and disdainful as she appeared.
Sheng Ning slowly stepped back, giving them space.
"Bao’er!"
Elder Hai was supported by Ji Lihua. Since Mr. Su’s accident, Ji Lihua hadn’t left Elder Hai’s side for fear of sothing like what happened with Su Yun.
Thinking back to that day, fortunately, he had been firm and didn’t allow Su Yun to see Mr. Su, otherwise, more people might have been angered.
"Bao’er, you... you..." Elder Hai wept uncontrollably, wanting to reach out to An’an but lacking the courage to step forward. "Bao’er, it’s Grandpa who let you down. Grandpa has been looking for you all these years but never found you once. Grandpa watched others fra you but couldn’t protect you."
An’an pouted, but in truth, she was more aware than anyone else, like a mirror. She was unwilling to acknowledge the Hai Family because of their selfish behavior.
