"Old Shen, did you eat gunpowder today? You’re snapping at everyone you see?"
Shen Feihu had his sleeves rolled up to his arms, pacing back and forth in the office, venting his anger for ages but still fuming.
"Old Shen, stop pacing. You’re making dizzy. If you have sothing to say, just spit it out. Whoever pissed you off, just scold them directly, no need for indiscriminate attacks."
Hell, that mouth of his is like a machine gun, mowing down everyone in its path.
Shen Feihu stopped and slamd his fist hard on the desk.
Liang Ximing was startled, "What’s wrong with you?"
"Xu Qigang, that bastard, he actually wants to resign."
"What?" Now Liang Ximing couldn’t stay calm, even more anxious than Shen Feihu, "You... are you serious?"
"He even gave a resignation letter, could it be fake?" Saying that, he pulled a letter from the shelf and threw it in front of Liang Ximing, "Take a look, I received it three days ago. He promised to co and explain today, but he still isn’t here."
He wasn’t worried about Xu Qigang not returning from the Southern Border, or about him running away.
He was only worried about his submission of the resignation letter.
Liang Ximing quickly glanced through it, his expression growing more severe, "We must stop him, and absolutely no one can know about this resignation letter."
"I don’t need you to tell that." If it weren’t sothing I couldn’t talk about, would I suffer in silence?

"Get... wait, co in." Shen Feihu was about to lose his temper when he recognized the familiar voice. Turning around, he saw Xu Qigang.
"Get in here! This little punk, I really need to teach him a lesson."
Xu Qigang pushed the door open, greeting both Shen Feihu and Liang Ximing.
"Chairman, I’m here to report on the training progress." Even though he had submitted his resignation, he wouldn’t shirk his work responsibilities one bit.
"You... Old Liang, you go ahead, I need to talk to Xu Qigang alone."
"Sure!" Liang Ximing went out, kindly closing the door behind him.
"Have a seat!" Shen Feihu suppressed his anger, suddenly adopting a very calm deanor.
"Thank you, Chairman."
"I’ve already seen your resignation letter, and now I’m officially notifying you that it’s been rejected." Saying that, he tore the letter into pieces right in front of Xu Qigang and tossed it into the trash.
"Xu Qigang, comrade."
"Here!" He stood up straight, at attention.
"I’m telling you, don’t ever think of resigning in this lifeti. The day you leave the rescue team will be the day you retire, not resign."
Xu Qigang looked at Shen Feihu emotionally, slowly saying, "Chairman, I’ve let you down."
"You’ve done nothing to let down." Shen Feihu patted his shoulder, switching to a heartfelt tone, "We are rescue comrades, we must always rember our identity first. Look at our Chairman ng; I used to dislike him the most and felt very unconvinced. But ng Fan’s death completely changed my view of him."
"Chairman ng is worthy of being a role model for all of us."
"I’m applying to make a trip to M Country."
"Why do you want to go there?"
"Perhaps Sheng Ning is there."
"Is that even possible?" Shen Feihu expressed doubt. Everyone knew Sheng Ning was already dead, and he was very worried this was Xu Qigang’s hallucination.
