Su Yun felt her blood surge with anger and was about to rush over and slap her twice when Su Hai grabbed her.
"Let go of ! How dare she? How could she?" Tears stread down Su Yun’s face.
"Rember your identity, don’t disgrace the Su family," Su Hai reprimanded, speaking softly into her ear, "Do you think I need to handle people personally?"
"Really?" Su Yun never doubted her brother’s ability in this regard.
"Uh-huh." Su Hai nodded. "It’s her good fortune that she got thrown in prison, but that fortune won’t last long."
Suffering inside, she would suffer even more when she got out. Anyone who dared to deceive the Su family, to mistreat his niece, should be prepared to wish they were dead.
Second Aunt Qin, with a vicious look in her eyes, pointed at Su Yun, "It’s her! She’s the cause of everything. Without her abandoning her husband and child, how could our uncle have died? If our uncle hadn’t died, we wouldn’t have been pushed to abandon our child!"
"Shut up!" Su Yun cursed loudly.
"It was you, you disaster star, who caused the death of our uncle," Second Aunt Qin was also scared out of her wits, having suffered inhuman treatnt inside. More than a dozen an old won had beaten her and bullied her while pressing down on her.
She had always bullied others all her life but had never suffered like this. The worst part was that those people looked at her as if they wanted to devour her, not only insulting her but also forcing her to scour toilets and do the most exhausting work.
At night, she could only sleep near the toilets.
She was going mad from this ordeal; just a mont before, she was about to enjoy the good life with her daughter, and the next mont, it had co to this.
"You’re talking nonsense," Su Yun retorted. The real reason behind Qin Youmin’s death had struck her hard.
She could never have imagined that Qin Youmin would die the night she left. She couldn’t help asking herself whether she would still have done the sa if she knew what would happen afterward?
She asked herself countless tis, and the answer was always yes.
She loved ng Xingzhi; as long as she could marry ng Xingzhi, she was willing to do anything. Even if she lost everything, she wouldn’t regret it.
Perhaps it was this affirmative answer that filled her with guilt and fear whenever she thought of her biological daughter.
"Let’s go!" Su Hai pulled Su Yun out of the interrogation room, where the office director was already waiting in the car in the courtyard.
"Director Su, everything is packed up!"
"Thank you!" Su Hai had already arranged the return trip when they arrived, and since everything was clear, there was no need to waste any more ti.
"After we return, please take care of the Sheng family and contact imdiately if anything happens." Su Hai shoved Su Yun into the back seat, then turned back to give instructions.
"We will take care of it, rest assured!"
"Thank you." Su Hai smiled, his handso face showing a smile devoid of any warmth, but this did not hinder him from expressing his thoughts.
The office director understood the aning behind his smile, guessing he might even get a promotion before he retired.

General Union Courtyard
The Su family’s gate heard ng Xingzhi’s private car arrive, and ng Xing, dressed in casual clothes, got out of the car, followed by ng Ping.
"Kid, haven’t you always disliked coming here?" ng Xingzhi asked curiously.
"Dad! Haven’t I been bored lately?" ng Ping hadn’t slept all of last night, tornted by the thought that Sheng Ning might well be in the arms of Living Yama. It was as if his treasure, which was clearly his, had beco soone else’s the mont he lost attention.
