“No!” Xu Qigang sternly denied her request. He feared that if he let her sit in front, his life would prematurely end. “Xiao Ning, behave yourself! Did you hear ? This is an order.”
“Aye, aye, sir,” she saluted him earnestly.
“No fooling around.”
He warned her harshly, his eyes red with desire.

Sheng Ning bowed her head, not daring to look at Huo Yan’s handso face. Her hands unconsciously twined together as she sat in the back seat, her bright eyes darting around.

“Then you wait for !” Her hand on the car door, she couldn’t bear to open it. She finally understood the pain of the families of rescue comrades, the long separation, not being able to be side by side with the man she loved every day. Could there be anything more torturous?
