When it ended, it was Su Huai’an who escorted Sheng Ning back. When they left the Su family’s place, right at the right-hand side of the road was the Hai family’s residence. The two suddenly heard a loud thud from a second-floor window of the Hai house.
Su Huai’an frowned in displeasure. He didn’t have a deep impression of Hai Lan, except for the few tis she had lost her temper and smashed things. In the middle of the night like this, it was very disturbing to the elderly.

Su Huai’an accompanied her all the way to the General Union’s entrance.
As they parted, Sheng Ning expressed her thanks, “Cousin, thank you for taking care of Chen Huaying for .” When she found out that the man with Bai Oulan was Shen Yu, she felt imnsely grateful to Su Huai’an.
“Don’t ntion it! Let know if there’s anything I can help with.”
“I want to ask you about soone.” Sheng Ning was worried about not knowing the details about Shen Yu. “Cousin, do you know Shen Yu?”
“I do!” Su Huai’an didn’t ask why she was inquiring about Shen Yu, but he shared everything he knew. “Shen Yu is the legitimate eldest grandson of the Shen family, a few years older than ng Fan and Xu Qigang. Before those two grew up, Shen Yu was the future General Star that the entire district was looking forward to.”
“So, ng Fan and Xu Qigang stole his thunder later on.”
Su Huai’an hesitated, “You could say that, but it depends on how you interpret it. For example, I don’t have much fa in the General Union or rescue world, nor am I a combat hero, but no one dares to ignore my influence.”
What mattered more to a family heir was their own potential and the power backing them.
Sheng Ning nodded, roughly understanding.
“Then, what’s Shen Yu’s relationship with ng Fan like?”
“Not bad! I’m not close to them, but I’ve heard that the two families have a good relationship. The Shen family, the Hai family, and the ng family all have complicated ties!” Su Huai’an hesitated before adding, “Shen Yu’s family is related by marriage to the Hai family, Hai Yunfeng’s wife is Shen Yu’s maternal aunt.”
“What about Shen Jianguo? Is he related to Shen Yu’s family?”
“Yes!” Su Huai’an’s expression carried a hint of sarcasm. “Shen Jianguo is Shen Yu’s distant cousin, but the two families don’t get along well and seldom interact!”
Sheng Ning’s head buzzed as she experienced the complex interfamily relationships for the first ti.
“All right! Go back and get so sleep. Don’t think about these issues anymore. The ‘Hope Field’ performance is coming up, and I’ll be there to cheer you on,” Su Huai’an said, affectionately ruffling her hair.

“Yes!” Su Jiang replied succinctly, his gaze deep as he looked at the map of country S. He pointed to a node on a city called Tukum—Qin Yue and Xu Qigang had just t up there. What ca next depended on their collaboration and combat ability. What he wanted was not just a rescue operation but also an outstanding completion of the mission.
“Is it because you’ve successfully secured the rights to the mission?”
