Today was the day Shen Yu would be sentenced, and the death penalty was inevitable. The General Union court officially began proceedings at eight in the morning, and before it even started, many leaders had already arrived at the scene.

It was to sound the alarm for each leader, to ensure no future missteps.

Qin Yue understood; the ng family patriarch had co in person. After all, he couldn’t just swallow the death of his own grandson!

Qin Yue had already located the temporary Detention Room where Shen Yu was held before his arrival, and after navigating down the corridor, he reached the last room.
“Who’s there?” soone challenged as he approached.
Qin Yue sternly took out his and Su Jiang’s identification and handed it over, and after a quick glance, the guard stepped aside.
“Thank you!”
Qin Yue walked unhindered into the interrogation room. Upon opening the door, he saw a row of iron bars, and through them, he spotted Shen Yu, handcuffed.
Having been imprisoned for a month, the current Shen Yu looked nothing like his forr self. His hair was shaved close to the scalp, his figure emaciated, and at just over thirty, his back was already slightly hunched.
