The third dish was stir-fried clams, and finally, she saw so stir-fried food, which really wasn’t easy. This showed that the locals truly enjoyed soup dishes, resolving everything through a chaotic stew. Even though the portion sizes at this restaurant were quite generous, the flavor of the stir-fried clams was nothing beyond sweet and spicy; she couldn’t taste anything else.

The last dish was clam seafood soup. Normally, when you drink seafood soup, you savor the freshness. The simpler, the better. She wasn’t sure if the local tastes were too shocking, but it made her slightly worried about her upcoming sales pitches and whether they would be acceptable to the local palate.

The smile on the waiter’s face froze, clearly not expecting that Xiao Yu, who seed young, might also be thinking of dodging the bill like so ruffians.
"Miss, what do you need our shopkeeper for? What business do you want to discuss with him?"
The waiter, although smiling, didn’t look the least bit courteous and even seed ready to rush downstairs to call soone up to accuse them of dining and dashing.
Xiao Yu couldn’t help but laugh, "Why? From what you’re saying, could it be that you could take your shopkeeper’s place? Hearing this, the waiter was not lightly scared and kept waving his hands.
"No, no, no, Miss, you must be joking. I’m just a waiter; how can I take the place of the shopkeeper? Just wait here, I’ll call him right now, right away."
The shopkeeper arrived faster than she expected, a middle-aged man in his forties who seed rather well-kept, at least much better than the sunbaked fishern outside. However, he still looked slightly worse off compared to a real city dweller, with sunken, dark circles under his eyes, clearly from poor sleep.
When he saw her, he was quite surprised, probably not expecting her to look so young.
"Miss, may I know what business you would like to discuss with ?"
Seeing that the shopkeeper didn’t underestimate her because of her young age and was so polite made her feel a bit touched, so she stood up and returned the gesture.
"Shopkeeper, you are too kind. Please, have a seat. I have quite a bit to say, and you’ll need so patience to listen."
