The voice was sharp velvet wrapped around a blade, tempting, commanding. Alex’s body went rigid as heat flooded the room like a fever breaking.
"You’re..." he started, but the words died as he noticed the shadows bending toward her like iron filings to a magnet.

She rose from his chair with liquid grace, each impossible movent making his eyes water as they tried to track her.

Alex’s brain struggled to process her words. "Master? You an..."
"Oh, I’m just teasing," Lilith purred, moving closer with predatory elegance. "You want to be my master that bad, huh? You’d have to work very, very hard for that privilege, darling."
Alex’s thoughts reeled. "What are you exactly? Are you... the system?"
Lilith’s laugh sent vibrations through his bones.

"But you control it," Alex pressed, fighting the urge to kneel.
"Control is such a limiting word." She moved with predatory grace, each step covering more distance than it should. "I am it, sweet boy. Every notification, every reward, every delicious enhancent... all ." Her wine-dark eyes held depths that suggested eons. "Though if it helps your mortal mind cope, yes. I am your system."
Alex felt compelled to dig deeper. "There’s more to this, isn’t there? To you?"
Sothing ancient and dangerous flickered across her features. The air itself held its breath.
"Such a perceptive champion," she purred, her voice carrying the weight of millennia. "There are older gas being played, darling. Battles between forces that shaped reality itself."
She waved her hand dismissively, and Alex caught a glimpse of sothing vast, armies of light and shadow, cosmic warfare beyond comprehension.
"But that’s wine for when you’re ready to drink from deeper cups."
The casual dismissal of divine warfare sent ice through Alex’s veins, but before he could process it, Lilith cupped his face. Her touch was silk and molten steel.
"Right now, sweet boy, you need to survive what I’m about to give you." Her breath slled like midnight jasmine and distant stars. "Your fragile mortal form could never handle true power. But I can remake you."
Her lips pressed against his, and reality shattered.
The kiss shattered him at the molecular level. Liquid starlight flowed into him, tasting of honey, lightning, and newborn stars. Every fiber of his being unraveled and rewove itself into sothing infinitely superior.
Energy coursed through him like molten platinum. Alex felt his bones becoming denser than steel, his muscles rewiring themselves into perfect efficiency, his nervous system accelerating to superhuman speeds. His blood humd with power that made his teeth ache.
When Lilith finally pulled away, Alex collapsed to his knees, gasping as waves of enhancent continued rewriting his existence. His heartbeat thundered in his ears. Individual dust motes floated through air that seed thick as honey to his accelerated perception.

Her smile promised horrors and wonders beyond imagination.

Alex stumbled toward the bathroom, his new strength threatening to crack the floorboards with each step. Behind him, Lilith humd a lody that made his bones rember being stardust.
