I was surprised since after what happened last ti, the relationship between the rman Empire and the Tide Empire had been a bit strained. There were still cooperations, but most of them had stagnated because of the stance of the rman Empire.
It was also because they had been opening up trade with our Kite Kingdom that this wasn't necessary.
They got the things that they would have gotten from the Tide Empire from our Kite Kingdom instead.
So for the rman King to suddenly say this, one might think that he wanted to stop cooperating with our Kite Kingdom. But I could tell that this wasn't the case or he wouldn't have said it like this.
It was clear that there were other intentions.
So I said with a nod, "Alright, but can you tell the reason?"
"We'll be forming an alliance with the humans during this ti to deal with the demons." The rman King said in a simple voice.
I was surprised to hear him say this since this was sothing that I had wanted to discuss as well. I just didn't expect him to bring this up before I could bring it up.
Only I understood why he brought the Tide Empire into this.
The Tide Empire was actually the perfect way to initiate this matter.
After all, the Tide Empire was one of the four empires of the human race and the influence that they had was not sothing that could be ignored. At the sa ti, there was the existing relationship between the Tide Empire and the rman Empire.
If they were to use this relationship, it would be the best way for them to enter the war with
the demons.
It would be the most natural way for them to work with the humans.
So it was a pretty good idea.
