"Spatial magic." Soone suddenly said this.
As soon as they said this, there were many different people that pulled out different tools as they started monitoring the space around us.
With these tools, they soon found what they were looking for.
This place was a space that had spatial magic cast on it, which made it much bigger than it looked on the outside.
Once that was determined, it didn't seem like anyone was surprised to see this.
Even we, the ones that didn't co from the Sorcery Empire were not surprised to see this.
That was because we had already seen sothing like this before.
It was at the magic academy that we saw sothing similar.
In fact, it was actually quite common at the magic academy that it didn't seem all that special anymore even though it should have been a very special thing in the outside world.
Spatial magic wasn't easy to cast and it was even harder to control so that it created this kind of space.
So it definitely wasn't easy to create sothing like this, much less to create sothing like that at the magic academy.
"So this is where they got the knowledge for those classrooms." I muttered under my breath as I looked at the room around .
It was clear that the classrooms at the magic academy were based on the inside of this egg like structure. That was the only explanation of the way that they had been designed.
Only that still didn't explain what this egg like structure was.
When we were in the middle of trying to figure out what this egg like structure was, there was a light that suddenly appeared.
With how sudden it was, it was hard for us to adapt to this change in brightness and we had to cover our eyes.
When we adjusted, we found that we were in a completely white and empty space. It was a space that seed to stretch as far as the eye could see and it seed like there was nothing here at all.
Just what was this empty white space?
That was the new question that was on our minds, but at the sa ti…
I raised my hand and created a barrier around myself.
This barrier was no longer the sa dense barrier as before where it was so thick that one couldn't see through it. It was now a thin barrier just like the ones that everyone else made.
The only difference was that if one looked closely, they would see that there were many layers to this barrier. They were super thin barriers that one wouldn't think that there was any power behind them, but that was anything but the truth.
The only reason that they were so thin was because I was better at controlling my mana.
I had compressed the mana to the point where it was this thin, without actually losing any of that mana when creating the barrier. Then when I put them in layers like this…
It was hard for anyone to imagine just how strong this barrier was, but at least there was no one that was able to break through this barrier that easily.
Even when the teachers tried to break through, they hadn't been able to do it.
"Welco to the simulation space."
While we were getting ready for anything that could happen, this voice suddenly rang out that caught us off guard.
"Beginner test will now begin."
Before we could even react to the voice, the voice spoke again.
"Who are you and where is this place?" One of the younger magicians suddenly asked this, but there was no response that ca.
After all, it wasn't as if whatever possessed this voice had a reason to respond.
At the sa ti, I could tell that this voice seed a bit chanical.
Rather, it felt like this voice was sowhat similar sounding to , but I just couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was that I had heard this voice before. Only I knew for sure that I had heard this voice sowhere before.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to think about it as sothing else happened.
There were these strange lights that ca from all around us.
It was different from the white light that had appeared that lit up this space.
There were many different coloured lights that appeared in the span of a second. But at the sa ti, there were mana fluctuations that were coming from these lights.
When one looked at them closely, they would be able to see that these lights were actually magic arrays that had appeared. At the sa ti, they would be able to tell that these magic arrays were actually charging up so kind of spell.
Once everyone realized this, there was no hesitation at all as they summoned out their barriers as well.
Whatever was happening, the most important thing now was to defend against whatever spells were coming at them.
Luckily, they were able to react in ti as the magic arrays suddenly released attack spells like everyone expected. These rained spells of different elents down at us.
There were fireballs, ice shards, earth spikes, water needles, wind blades, and all kinds of different magic attacks that rained down on us.
Only these weren't powerful attacks.
There were disappointed looks that appeared on our faces when we saw these attacks raining down on us.
That was because the only things that were raining down were low grade spells.
These were spells that would only be used as training spells when one was starting on their path to learn magic. These weren't the kinds of spells that would be used in a fight unless they were used as a probe or a distraction.
Even if there were many of these different spells that were raining down at the sa ti, it wasn't as if they would do much damage.
Especially since there wasn't that much mana behind each of these spells.
What was the purpose of this?
