In the end, all we could do was keep monitoring the three of them.
For now, it didn’t seem like there was any harm in them having divine energy.
In fact, it seed that with the divine energy inside of them, they were growing up faster and were stronger than normal children. It wasn’t that they were physically growing faster than normal children, it was just that their abilities were growing faster than other children.
They were still normal children in terms of their bodies and there was no harm to them growing this fast, it wasn’t as if they would die early because they developed early.
But I still didn’t let my guard down.
If anything happened, then I would imdiately find Solista and threaten her to give a solution.
Divine energy was the domain of gods and only gods would know how to deal with it.
But to deal with a god wasn’t that simple.
If it ca to it, I would go all out against the gods if I had to.
After all, they still needed for their prophecy.
Since I spent all this ti with the kids, I didn’t actually know much of what was happening outside of the Kite Kingdom.
That was why I didn’t know that there was an event organized in the Kite Kingdom until it was too late. It was only when the guests arrived that I knew what was happening, so I had to rush to the site of the event.
When I arrived, there was a bitter smile that appeared on my face.
It wasn’t that I didn’t recognize the guests that had arrived, it was just that I would have preferred a warning before they did arrive. But it also wasn’t as if I was opposed to them coming to our Kite Kingdom.
The only real problem was that it was a sensitive ti.
When I t them, I couldn’t help asking, "Isn’t it better if you all gathered in one of the four empires to et with the rest of the human race? It doesn’t seem appropriate to have you representatives of the other races to gather in our Kite Kingdom."
"If we don’t et here, where else would we et? It’s your Kite Kingdom that we have the best relationship with." The rman King said with a wide smile that almost seed like he was taunting .
Olos said with a nod, "It wouldn’t be good for us to travel too far on human land, so this place really is the best place for us to gather."
"Are you saying that I’m not welco here? After all, we are already brothers in law." The Dwarven King said in a teasing voice.
Now that they were all here, there really wasn’t anything that I could say.
At the sa ti, the excuse that they gave wasn’t exactly wrong either.
It wasn’t as if the representatives of the other races could et with the representatives of the human race that easily. Even if there was an alliance between the different races, there was still the history between them.
This was not sothing that could be forgotten that easily.
At the sa ti, it wasn’t as if the different races wanted to beco closer to the human race.
This ti, it was out of necessity.
When the danger to the continent was over, there was no telling what would happen.
The humans...well, they’ve already shown their greed in the past. This was not sothing that no one was aware of.
It was an established fact, it was a precedent.
That was why there would be plenty more things that would need to be worked on in the future.
So for now, it was best for them to co to the Kite Kingdom where I was. After all, I had put in the effort to help all of their races and befriend them.
I could be called the only friend that they had among the humans.
Though I really couldn’t align with the human race of the continent either since I was soone from another world.
Still, since they were here...
"So what exactly are you all here for?" The words I used might have sounded a bit rude to others, but it didn’t matter with these people. Though they were the heads of their groups, it wasn’t as if we weren’t close to each other.
"You’ve discovered three of the four Relics of Destruction and you didn’t even bother keeping us in the loop. If we didn’t co and see you, would you have even sent soone to inform us?" The Dwarven King said while looking at with narrowed eyes.
The mont that he said this, there was an awkward look that appeared on my face.
The races of the continent had agreed to work together against the forces of Destruction, but the dwarves...
Well, the only relic of the dwarves had been taken by and there wasn’t much that they could do against the corruption energy. So even if they wanted to help, it wasn’t as if there was much that they could do.
That was why it might have felt that we were not including them in this matter.
But it certainly wasn’t intentional.
It was all about who best suited the job at the ti.
That was why Ariel had been brought along most of the ti because she controlled the other relic I received from Aquaron.
After a mont of silence, the rman King spoke up to help alleviate the awkwardness.
But there was also sothing strange about the words that he said.
"Well, it’s not as if we’re here completely for this business. There are so other things that we want to discuss with you as well."
It was the tone that he said this in that made it feel strange.
It really felt like there were ulterior motives behind this...
Still, since everything had already been prepared for their arrival...
