Though the eting between all of the different races ended like that, that didn’t an that was the end of all discussion between them.
The rest of the discussions happened behind closed doors.
After what had happened in the eting with everyone, it wasn’t as if the representative from the Democratic Union and the ones that supported him would find it easy to talk to the others.
So in the end, they just mainly stayed in their own small groups for now.
As for , I was in a eting with King Kashou and a few others.
There was sothing that I wanted to talk to King Kashou and the others from the Mofu Mofu Kingdom about.
This was sothing that I had been curious about the entire ti during the fight with the forces of Destruction.
But before I could ask it, he suddenly said, "Thank you for everything that you’ve done. If it wasn’t for you, then there wouldn’t be a Mofu Mofu Kingdom left."
This ti, he didn’t act like he had done at the eting with the others.
This ti, he bowed his head deep without a single care about his own position.
This ti, he wasn’t thanking as the king of this Mofu Mofu Kingdom, but rather as one of the people that lived here that had their ho saved.
But the fact that he was acting like this made feel awkward in the end, so I just said, "It’s what the racial alliance is for." Then after a pause, I added, "I did it because I wanted to do it, there’s no need to thank for this."
King Kashou couldn’t help looking at with a strange look when he heard this, but eventually he said with a sigh, "If there’s anything that you need from , just say the word and I’ll be there to help. With what you’ve done, this is a small favour, but I’ll do all that I can to repay you."
Hearing this, I revealed a more serious look before saying, "Since you’ve said sothing like this, there is actually sothing that I want to talk to you about."
King Kashou was caught off guard when he heard this, but then he gave a nod with a serious look on his face as he said, "Please, ask anything that you want to ask. I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge."
I gave a nod in response before saying, "Do you know anything about gods?"
Hearing this question, there was a confused look that appeared on King Kashou’s face.
He didn’t say anything as he looked at with this sa confused look, but then he turned to look at the others that were in the room with us.
When they saw him looking over, they all shook their heads with confused looks of their own as they had no idea what I was talking about.
So in the end, he turned back and slowly asked, "What specifically are you asking about? If you’re talking about gods, we do have so knowledge of them from those that are on the continent."
"I’m talking about local gods. Are there any gods that your demi human race worships?"
King Kashou looked even more confused when he heard this.
Instead of answering, he just looked at with a confused look as if he was wondering why I would be asking sothing like this.
However, I didn’t say anything as I just waited for him to answer this question.
In the end, King Kashou slowly said, "I can say that as a race as a whole, the demi humans do not really worship any gods. However, the sa can’t be said about the different demi human tribes that live all over the Mofu Mofu Kingdom."
Seeing that I raised a brow, King Kashou continued by explaining, "Different tribes have different ancestors and they worship those ancestors to keep them safe."
I couldn’t help stroking my chin when I heard this before thinking of sothing else that was similar.
It was just like the situation of the giants and the Origin Giant.
Though in the case of the Origin Giant, that worship wasn’t split among the giant race. All of the giants had faith in the Origin Giant and their race was united in their faith.
For the demi humans, they were split into local beast gods that received worship from tribes.
From what I knew about gods, it should be that the more worshippers that they had, the more power that they possessed. So if they didn’t have that many worshippers, then they wouldn’t have as much power as the gods with many worshippers.
The reason that I asked about these gods was because I wanted to see if the demi humans had anything that they could use to fight against the forces of Destruction.
After all, it was only relics that possessed divine energy and items that possessed holy magic that could deal with the force of Destruction in the end.
With a sigh, I said, "Well, thank you for answering."
This ti, it was King Kashou that couldn’t help asking a question.
"Why do you want to know about this?"
Seeing the way that he looked at , I explained the reason why.
The mont that he heard this, he imdiately said, "We’ll summon representatives from the different tribes for the Sacred Duel."
I couldn’t help being surprised to hear this since I knew what the Sacred Duel was.
It wasn’t actually a duel, but rather a tournant that was held in the demi human’s Mofu Mofu Kingdom every few years. It was a duel between the strongest warriors of the different tribes, but it wasn’t a serious duel.
It was more of a duel to prove the strength that they possessed.
But I knew that it wasn’t just about holding this Sacred Duel that King Kashou said this.
It seed that he was using this as an excuse to summon the different demi human tribes to the capital.
Since he wanted to do this, there was nothing that I could do to stop him.
At the sa ti, it would allow to see if there was anything special about these local beast gods.
