Once I ca close to this tower, I could see the glow that was coming from the tip of the tower.
This was a tower that had large windows so one could easily see into the center of it.
Inside of the tower was a room that wasn’t filled with much.
The only thing that was inside of this tower was a single pedestal that had sothing glowing at the center of it.
That one glowing thing that was on the pedestal was the thing that I was here for.
Only it wasn’t as if it would be that easy for to take it.
There was a barrier that was cast on the windows so that they couldn’t be opened. Even though there was no glass, one couldn’t actually enter the windows since there was a barrier that was in the way.
However, this wasn’t a problem for .
After reaching this window, I pulled out the necklace that I had found earlier.
I put this necklace around my neck and then swam towards the barrier.
There was no resistance at all that ca from the barrier when I made contact with it.
I was able to easily move through the barrier and then enter the room that was there.
The mont that I touched the barrier, there was a glow that ca from the necklace that I was wearing as if it had done sothing to allow to enter this room.
Once I was in the room, I landed on the ground of this room.
The barrier that was there seed to keep the water out of this place, which ant that this room was completely dry.
I landed without a problem since I already knew that this would be the case.
After landing, I just made my way over to the pedestal that was at the center of the room and reached my hand out towards it.
When I ca closer I could see that there was a barrier around this pedestal that was like the barrier that was at the window, but I didn’t hesitate to reach my hand towards that barrier.
There was no resistance at all that ca from the barrier as my hand went through. After that I reached the gem that was on the pedestal and grabbed it before pulling it out from behind the barrier.
With this gem in hand, I lifted it up and admired it for a few seconds before giving a satisfied nod.
"How did you do that? How did you know that this necklace would let you go through this barrier?" Ifrit said in a shocked voice after seeing grab this gem.
I didn’t say anything in response as I turned back to face the window.
Without a single word, I jumped out of the window and returned to the water filled cave outside.
But after leaving this cave, I didn’t head to the next destination right away as I stopped for a mont to think about sothing.
"If I rember correctly, there were four parts to this. The most optimal path was to go for this one first and then go for the one inside of the hidden area before..."
As I was muttering to myself like this, I could hear Ifrit asking, "Are you alright? Are you going crazy?"
But I just ignored him as I continued planning out the path for collecting all the pieces of the item that I needed.
When I was done, I didn’t waste any ti heading to the next location.
However, it was a strange place that I was going to.
It wasn’t actually a place that was near the palace, it was a place that was far away from the palace. Though it wasn’t actually near the entrance either.
The place that I was going to was on the opposite side of the palace and it wasn’t inside of the palace.
"Where are you going?" Ifrit couldn’t help asking when he saw heading to the place, but I just ignored him again.
After a while, I finally found what I was looking for, "There it is."
The place that I was looking at was a wall of rocks that didn’t seem to have anything there.
"What are you planning to do?" Ifrit asked , but I didn’t say anything as I started swimming up to the wall.
Just like this, I was moving faster and faster as if I was about to crash into the wall.
"Stop! Are you crazy!"
I just completely ignored Ifrit’s warning as I continued charging at that stone wall.
When he tried to use his power to stop , I just cut him off so that he wouldn’t be able to use my mana at all.
"You’re insane!"
That was the last thing that Ifrit scread before I ramd right into the wall.
But what Ifrit had been expecting didn’t happen as I didn’t smash my head into that wall. I didn’t get turned into a bloody ss as I went right through the wall even though it was a stone wall.
If one looked closely, they could see that the necklace that I had been wearing had suddenly started to glow when I was about to hit the wall.
Once I was through the wall, I found myself in a small room that had a similar looking pedestal in the center.
On the other side of this room was a door that was clearly the normal way of entering this place.
Once I landed on the ground, I walked over to the pedestal that was there since this place had no water either.
After walking over, I reached my hand through the barrier that was around the pedestal and grabbed the thing that was inside.
This was a crown that seed like it was made of shells, but it didn’t seem like there was anything special about this crown.
"Two down, two more to go." I said to myself after picking up this crown of shells.
