"What is happening?"
The soldiers of the Democratic Union panicked when they saw this.
But with how much the cliffs were collapsing and the wide area that it covered, they really couldn’t do anything as these cliffs collapsed around them. Especially since they were wielding those large and heavy guns in the first place.
Once they were caught up in the falling cliffs, they were soon buried under the dirt.
When the president of the Democratic Union saw this, he imdiately gave the order to his followers to protect him. However, there really wasn’t much that they could do when it ca to the ground falling out from under them.
The only thing that they could do was create a small area where they would be protected by using the tent as cover.
But that ant giving up on the rest of the soldiers that were here.
The rest of the soldiers that had been surrounding the area were swallowed by the ground and disappeared without a trace.
In the end, it was only the president of the Democratic Union and his group that were left.
Well, other than them, there was a ball of earth that was left as well.
This was the ball of earth that had been created when the earth rose up to protect that person and his group.
Even though the ground collapsed around that ball of earth, it didn’t seem like there was anything that happened to it. It was as if whatever was causing the ground to collapse was avoiding this ball of earth.
That was more than enough to show that this was related to the person that was inside of the ball of earth.
"What have you done?"
That was all the president of the Democratic Union could say before he was jumped by a group of people.
These were the forces of the racial alliance that suddenly appeared from out of the ground.
In fact, they suddenly appeared from holes in the ground that suddenly appeared which caught the Democratic Union group completely off guard.
They didn’t expect these people to suddenly appear like this, but this did confirm sothing.
They had only suspected it when they saw the ball of earth being unmoved by the shifting earth, but now it was completely confird that this was done by the person that the ball of earth was protecting.
But even if they had confird it, it wasn’t as if they were able to do anything with this information.
After all, they were completely being detained by the people of the racial alliance, so it wasn’t as if they were able to move at all.
The only thing that the president of the Democratic Union could do was...
"What do you think you’re all doing? I am the representative of a mber of the racial alliance. For all of you to be doing sothing like this, do you really think that the racial alliance will be able to last?"
Even though he had done all kinds of shady things, the president of the Democratic Union was still able to say sothing like this with a straight face.
It was just that no one was really willing to listen to him.
After all, there was a reason that they had done all of this.
While he was saying this, the ball of earth in front of him suddenly opened up and revealed the person that had caused all of this.
When I ca out of the ball of earth, I walked forward and said, "Who do you think is to bla for us doing all of this?"
The president of the Democratic Union revealed a strange look when he heard this before suddenly breaking out in laughter. When he stopped laughing, he said, "So you’re the one that led them all to do sothing like this. You’re the one that wants to take my Democratic Union’s place as one of the four empires?"
Even though he had been pushed to this point, he was still saying sothing like this with a straight look on his face.
In a way, it made sense that soone like him had been able to beco the president of the Democratic Union. He didn’t waver in the face of sothing like this, so he was no doubt able to keep calm and eliminate all his enemies to take this position.
It was just that he had dug himself into too deep a hole to escape from this ti.
"Haven’t you wondered why the group that you sent to the land of orcs didn’t return?"
The president of the Democratic Union deeply knitted his brows when he heard this.
When he put it this clearly, it was hard for him to say anything else.
"I have no idea what you’re talking about."
Even though he had been caught, the president of the Democratic Union still acted as if this had nothing to do with him. In the end, he was a wily fox that had been able to reach his current position.
"We all know about the deal that you made with the forces of Destruction, that is why this is happening to you." I said without a single care of whether he accepted this or not.
Then in a more serious voice, I said, "Those that betray the racial alliance, they will receive the harshest punishnt. We will not accept anyone that defects to the side of the forces of Destruction."
"Isn’t this just you trying to take control of the Democratic Union for your own benefits? I can tell you that this won’t happen since you’ll never be able to rally the people of my Democratic Union with force like this. But as long as you allow to..."
"There’s no need." I suddenly cut him off before saying, "We’ve already convinced all the people that we need to support us. By tomorrow morning, there will be a brand new election after the news of your passing due to illness is announced."
Narrowing my eyes to look at him, I said, "We’ve prepared for this for a long ti now."
