The more that she explained this, the more confused that I beca.
It wasn’t that I didn’t understand the words that were coming out of her mouth, it was just that I didn’t understand the concept that she was telling .
Dorothy was talking about the concept of good and bad inside of the destruction energy, but was there really sothing like that in there?
After all, the destruction energy only had a single goal.
It was the destruction of this world...
No matter how one looked at it, this didn’t seem like a good thing.
Well, unless one was on the side of the forces of Destruction who wanted this to happen. Other than that, no one would be able to see this kind of thing as a good thing.
"Well, it’s a mix of good and bad inside of this destruction energy..." Dorothy tried explaining with this, but she could see that I really wasn’t understanding what she was saying.
So in the end, Dorothy suddenly asked, "What do you think this destruction energy is?"
This was a question that I had never really thought about before.
It was certainly an interesting and thought provoking question, but it wasn’t as if I had any information that would allow to figure out what she ant by this.
So in the end, I said, "Isn’t it just an energy that is filled with the power of destruction?"
Dorothy slowly shook her head before saying, "What would even be the power of destruction?"
I just shook my head to show that I didn’t know what she was talking about.
Dorothy didn’t seem to mind that I didn’t give her an answer. Instead, she already had an answer for , but it was as if she had been waiting for to give this answer instead so she could correct .
"The destruction energy is sothing that is made of the different things that it has swallowed. It’s sothing that is breaking down from the combination of too many things coming together at once." She said this as if it was a natural thing.
"Huh?" I was very surprised to hear this.
I couldn’t help looking at the corruption energy samples that were there in front of us, but I really couldn’t see it as such. In my eyes, it really felt like sothing that was out of this world that only wanted to destroy.
"Destruction cos before creation, have you heard of that?"
This was certainly sothing that I had heard before, but it was surprising to hear it co from a little girl like Dorothy.
Dorothy just continued by saying, "The destruction energy gathers everything that it touches, breaking it down to its base components. When the ti cos, it can be used for creation again as the basic building blocks."
I couldn’t help looking at her with a very strange look since this certainly wasn’t sothing that I had expected to hear from Dorothy.
It was just that she really seed like this was sothing that she had been thinking about for a long ti.
I wasn’t the only one that was surprised by her explanation, the others that were here were also listening in.
The researchers seed to take in what she said and were slowly processing it. The looks on their faces showed that there were new ideas that were slowly coming to mind.
It was clear that they would have new things to think about when it ca to studying the corruption energy.
The problem was the way that the guards were looking at Dorothy.
They looked at her as if she was so kind of threat.
It wasn’t hard to understand why they looked at her like this, especially with the things that she said.
There was a part of that was wondering the sa thing as them.
"Does she have a deeper connection to the destruction energy than we thought? Does this an that she’s a threat to all of us?"
But I didn’t think that last part was true, which was why I gestured for the guards to calm down in the end.
Though they seed unwilling, they still listened to in the end.
Turning back, I asked, "What does this have to do with the good and bad that you ntioned before?"
Dorothy seed to have been waiting for to ask this as she said with a nod, "Well, just like how things are considered good or bad in this world, the building blocks can be the sa. If it cos from sothing that was good in life, then it would be good. If it cos from sothing that was bad in life, then it would be bad. That’s why there’s good and bad in the destruction energy."
Once again, though I could understand the words that were coming out of her mouth, the aning behind them really went right over my head.
It was hard for to understand what she was saying when she put it like this.
But slowly I was coming to understand.
What Dorothy was saying was that the destruction energy was breaking down the things that it made contact with and then absorbed them into itself. So that ant that the basic parts of those things would remain in the destruction energy.
"Then what happens when we purify the destruction energy with divine energy or even holy magic? It doesn’t seem to make sense at all..." I couldn’t help muttering out loud to myself.
"You’re just releasing it since the divine energy is used to create things. It’s the sa for the holy magic since that is a diluted version of divine energy that humans can use." Dorothy responded right away without any hesitation as if she had already prepared for this.
I looked at her with a strange look once more.
This child really didn’t seem like a normal child with the way that she acted.
She really seed like she was so kind of Apostle of Destruction...
