"Where are they?" Baron Greve said with a deep frown on his face.
The boss of the Orca Gang was equally worried, but he didn’t let it show on his face as he said, "Perhaps it’s taking them longer because the one responsible is hiding? That person has all kinds of tricks, so I’m sure that they’re not easy to deal with."
There wasn’t a mont where the boss of the Orca Gang wasn’t certain that Baron Greve’s knights would be able to deal with this enemy.
After all, these were knights that had their own mana techniques.
Unlike these thugs that just learned how to use weapons, those were knights that used mana techniques that trained their bodies. They were far stronger than normal thugs that could only rely on physical strength alone.
As such, it was unlikely the enemy would be able to win even if they relied on a magic item.
Even now, the boss of the Orca Gang was certain that the other side was using a magic item.

Baron Greve on the other hand didn’t have the sa confidence as the boss of the Orca Gang.
Since he was a noble, he knew just how strong his knights were. He knew that if they weren’t back by now, the other side certainly had far more strength than the boss of the Orca Gang had reported.
The longer that this dragged on, the more concerned he was.

His instincts as a noble were sharp since that was the most important thing when it ca to being a noble. There were many enemies when one was a noble, it wasn’t as easy as commoners thought being a noble would be.
That was why one always had to be on guard against all kinds of threats.
Baron Greve was an experienced noble who had had his title for many years, so that was why his senses were sharp.

Finally Baron Greve couldn’t take it anymore and slapped the boss of the Orca Gang across the face.
The boss of the Orca Gang was completely caught off guard when he felt this slap, but he didn’t dare get angry with Baron Greve. The only thing that he could do was look at Baron Greve with an aggrieved look before saying, "My lord, what was that for?"
Baron Greve just ignored him as he said, "This is all your fault! You didn’t tell everything and now I’ve gotten into this big ss!"
The boss of the Orca Gang looked even more aggrieved and wronged when he heard this, but there wasn’t anything that he could say in response.
Baron Greve didn’t bother wasting any other words with him, he just waved his hand at one of the knights nearby and said, "Take care of the trash. Leave no trace of him or my involvent here."
The boss of the Orca Gang was shocked to hear this before he started begging, "My lord, what did I do wrong? I’ve done everything for you!"
But there wasn’t anything that he could say to convince Baron Greve of this decision.
So the only thing that the boss of the Orca Gang could do was draw his weapon.
It wasn’t the sa blade as before which was his favourite since the head knight had taken it from him, but it wasn’t as if he was that shabby with this weapon either. There was a reason that he had been able to beco the boss of the Orca Gang after all.
The problem was that the other side was a trained knight.
It wasn’t a fight, it was like an adult was playing with a child.
It didn’t take long for the boss of the Orca Gang to be pressed up with his back against the wall with a broken weapon in hand. No matter how he tried, there really wasn’t a single thing that he could do against the knights under Baron Greve.
However, before the knights could actually land the final killing blow...
"I think that’s enough. While I don’t personally think that he’s a good person, he’s still necessary since we need testimony and evidence from him."
As soon as this was said, all of the knights that followed Baron Greve imdiately raised their guards. After all, soone that could sneak up on all of them like this was anything but normal.
At the sa ti, they still couldn’t even find where this voice was coming from.
Before any of them could react, they found that all of their weapons had shattered.
It was as if there was sothing that struck all of them from the darkness so that they had no ti to react at all.
In the end, all of them fell to the ground as well as there was sothing that hit them in the back of the head.
When it was all over, it was only Baron Greve and the boss of the Orca Gang who were still standing. It was just that neither of them could understand what had happened just now.
One mont, the knights had been standing there perfectly fine.
The next, all of them had collapsed onto the ground like this.
No matter how they tried to think this through, they just couldn’t think of anything that would explain this.
"Do you know what you’ve done? Do you think that you can remain in this kingdom after doing sothing like this?" Baron Greve tried standing up for himself.
After all, this was the only thing that he could do in an attempt to preserve his own safety.
The problem was that he was trying this with soone that he stood no chance against.
"I suggest that you keep your mouth shut. The more that you speak, the more that will be held against you when the ti cos."
Baron Greve couldn’t help gulping when he felt the blade of the masked man on his neck.
