This seed like a very simple fact, but all of us had been surprised by all the things that the other potions did that we forgot about this.
So in the end, the royal guard himself took out a dagger and cut his own arm before drinking the potion.

Since I had seen the effects of both before, I knew that he was right about this.

I didn’t think that the divine energy would have such a strong strengthening effect on the healing potion.
But the effects were there in front of our faces and we couldn’t deny them.
The thing was that the royal guard couldn’t help being a bit disappointed when he saw this.

The effect that this potion had was sothing that one never would have expected since it was just a healing potion. But there was no denying it when we looked at all of the data that was collected.
"Does this an that it can extend lifespans?" I slowly asked Max.
He didn’t answer at first, but eventually he gave a slow nod as well while looking at this data.
Though he had so questions, the signs did seem to point at this.
This was without a doubt a large discovery since it would be sothing that many people would care about. Especially those that had money and power, but were limited to a short lifespan.
There was no telling what they would do if they found out that there was this potion that was relatively simple and easy to make that would be able to extend their lifespan.
Sothing like this might even cause a war between those races with shorter lifespans.
"Keep this a secret for now." This wasn’t just said for Max, but also for everyone else that was in this room.
Everyone naturally knew the severity of this matter, so they nodded in agreent.
I looked at the healing potion for a bit before turning to the royal guard to say, "Will you be willing to test one more thing? This might be a bit painful, but it’ll be worth it."
The royal guard was surprised that I would ask such a thing, but he gave a determined nod in the end.
So I called for the staff to bring sothing over.
When it was brought over, everyone had a strange look on their face as they looked at . It was clear that they were wondering what I was planning to do with this thing.
I took it and went over to the royal guard to say, "Are you sure about this?"

That was when I opened this corruption energy sample and put it on his arm.
As soon as the corruption energy made contact with the arm of the royal guard, what one expected to happen did happen. After all, this was sothing that had happened many tis before and it wasn’t as if this ti would be different.
The only thing different was that we had sothing here to counter it.
Once the corruption energy spread, I used the healing potion on the part of his arm that was affected by the corruption energy.
It was instant.
The corruption energy’s effects imdiately disappeared from the arm of the royal guard and it went back to normal. There was no resistance at all from the corruption energy as the potion made it disappear completely.
When it was over, it was as if the corruption energy had never been there.
"This is even better than the holy water!" Everyone couldn’t help exclaiming when they saw this.
It was Max that explained, "It’s better than the holy water since there’s a healing potion part to it. It repairs all of the physical damage as well. This really is sothing else."
I didn’t bother listening as I said, "This is what the official use for this will be. No one will ntion anything about the other effect."
Everyone nodded in response to the serious tone that I had when I said this.
