In the end, this matter wasn’t kept secret.
After I discussed this with the rman King, he didn’t hesitate to share this matter with the rest of the rman Empire.
The first ones to learn about this matter were the ministers of the rman Empire.
Once they learned of this, it was as if there was a veil that had been lifted from them.
From the very beginning, they had been hesitant about dealing with the other races since it was sothing that they thought would be bad for the rman Empire.
But now they knew that this matter was related to Aquaron...
"We must do what we can to solve this matter."
"This is a matter that regards the very foundation of our rman Empire, of course we have to solve this matter."
"To think that this is a matter that even involves the prestige of our god, we can’t let them down."
It was as if there was so kind of fire that was lit under them with how they reacted. It didn’t take any ti at all for them to completely change their attitude about this matter.
It seed that they were willing to overlook the fact that their god had been hiding everything from them and wanted to do all that they could for that god that lied to them.
There was no grudge or sense of betrayal, there was only faith in that god.
It was a bit terrifying seeing them act this way, but it did show the power of faith.
As long as one’s faith was strong enough, they would be able to do anything...
With this power of faith driving them, the ministers didn’t seem to waste any ti at all in preparing the things that were needed. While there was nothing that told them exactly what was needed right now, they seed to move in a fervor as they prepared everything that they could.
It was as if they were preparing for every possibility there could have been.
Since they were making these large moves, it was only natural that there would be others that noticed as well.
When that happened, the rman King and his ministers didn’t keep the story a secret. This story was shared with all of the citizens of the rman Empire who all had the sa response as the rman King and his ministers.
The power of faith was blind and it seed like the people of the rman Empire were deeply controlled by the faith that they had.
So even if there was sothing that should have crushed that faith, that faith actually went against it and they were able to overco this issue.
Once the matters in the rman Empire had been taken care of, we headed to the taboo zone where the other races were. After all, this was a matter that involved them and it wasn’t as if we could do everything on our own.
It was them that would be receiving the treatnt from the sea witches.
But before that, I wanted to let them know what the gods had been keeping from them.
Since they were the ones that had suffered, it was only natural that they deserved an explanation for their suffering.
It was just that the response that I got from them wasn’t what I expected...
"Lord Aestum was just protecting us."
"I never doubted Lord Aestum."
"It seems like Lord Aquaron was also protecting us."
The last statent was one that wasn’t as widely spread, but it did seem like so people did regain faith in Aquaron because of this. Even though it was clear that they were just doing it to protect their own reputation.
This wasn’t sothing that had been done for the people, it had been done for themselves...
But since these people convinced themselves otherwise, there really wasn’t anything that I could say.
All I could think was that the power of faith was so strong that these people could just ignore everything that happened.
In the end, it seed like both the rman Empire and the mbers of the other races were committed to the sa thing. Even though their gods never showed themselves to confirm this, they just seed certain of this.
But it wasn’t sothing that I was happy to see.
It was clear that they had suffered at the hands of the gods, but they were still willing to follow the gods like this. It was clear that the gods had a very strong influence in this world and that wasn’t a good thing...
Especially since it seed like the gods were controlling in so way...
Still, it was better than the complete collapse of the rman Empire.
If their faith had collapsed, there was no telling what would have happened to the rman Empire. The rman Empire was currently a large part of the racial alliance, so it would have been dangerous if they had completely collapsed.
As such, it was best that they had pulled themselves together without affecting the racial alliance.
After all, the true enemy at this mont was the forces of Destruction that were still hiding out there.
"I’ll head back now. I’ll have Max reach out and help where he can."
The rman King gave a nod of confirmation before saying, "Thank you for everything that you’ve done."
I couldn’t respond to this since it felt wrong for to do so.
The rman King didn’t mind this as he said, "You might not believe it, but this is important for us."
This ti, I gave a nod.
However, I just couldn’t agree with sothing that had to do with those two gods.
All that this showed was that there was sothing wrong with the gods.
That was why I wanted to leave the rman Empire as soon as possible.
It wasn’t that I was disgusted with the rman Empire, I just didn’t want to be here in their domain at this mont.
So that was how this matter ended.
