There was this anxious feeling that filled as we were about to arrive in the Holy Empire.
I had already said that I would make so ti to visit them, so I didn't waste any ti in coming.
After all, there was sothing that I really needed to find out.
But the way that the escorts treated made feel anxious.
It was even more intense than before.
Before this, they had treated on the sa level as the saintess of the Holy Empire. They treated as soone that was important, but they still saw as a mortal.
Only now, it was clear that they no longer saw as a mortal.
The way that they looked at had the sa fanaticism that they had when they worshipped their gods. Even if it wasn't at the sa level as the gods yet, it was still not a welco sight to see.

It turned out that I was right to be anxious.
The mont that we arrived in the capital of the Holy Empire, there were cheers that rang out. They were so loud that we were able to hear them even though the airship was still high up in the sky.
Since it was a formal visit, it wasn't as if we could co on our wyverns.
That would be considered improper since we were a proper visiting delegation that the Holy Empire invited.

Looking down, I could see the mass of people that were gathered there.
With how they were gathered, it was clear that they had been waiting for a long ti for our arrival. At the sa ti, it was clear that they had been told everything about who would be arriving.
Only I didn't believe that they would be this enthusiastic to welco soone like .
Last ti, I received the title of Holy Son of the Holy Empire.
This was a fact that everyone in the Holy Empire knew about since they made sure that everyone knew about this.
However, it wasn't as if the title of Holy Son was important enough that there would be this kind of reaction from the citizens.
The way that they were acting was much more intense than before.
At the sa ti, I couldn't help thinking of the reactions that so other people had when they saw .

They were treating with a completely different intensity compared to before.
Once we landed, it was as if everyone that was in attendance wanted to touch or at least get the chance to approach . It reached the point where the holy knights had to stop them from getting too close.
Seeing the citizens of the Holy Empire act this way, I couldn't help thinking of sothing that I saw on TV in my past life.
Whenever those famous stars arrived at the airport, they would always be surrounded like this.
If I were to compare the two experiences, this should be similar to how it felt to be a start in my past life.

The way that they were making their requests wasn't normal. It was clear that they had been told more than they should have, which was why they were starting to treat as sothing that they shouldn't have.
I couldn't help narrowing my eyes to look at the people that were escorting us, but none of them looked directly in the eyes.
Since that was the case, I could only suck it up and move through this crowd.

I did notice that there were a few children that had strange fates attached to them.
These were newborn babies, so they shouldn't have had such a thing. But I could clearly tell that there were traces of what seed to be divine energy coming from them.
It wasn't that they possessed divine energy, it was just that divine energy clung to them for so reason.
It was even stranger that the holy knights and priests that were escorting didn't notice them. It was as if there was sothing that was blocking them from noticing these traces of divine energy.
However, I could clearly sense them.
Because I could sense these traces of divine energy, I knew that they would be a detrint to these children in the future.
One might think that divine energy was a blessing, but it wasn't really when one didn't know how to control it.
With the way that the divine energy possessed them, I could see that it would eventually co out in a bad way. It would develop in a direction that would harm them rather than help them.
Which was why I called for these babies to be brought over.
I didn't have to get involved, but it didn't feel right to leave them be when I noticed them. Which was why I pretended to bring them over for a blessing, when in reality…
