Knowing that this rock wasn’t normal, I couldn’t help wondering why the elder had brought here.
However, the elder just ignored as it went over to the rock.
When the elder ca to the rock’s side, it suddenly said, "Ancestor, we’re here to see you."
As soon as the elder said this, the entire cave seed to co to life. It was as if whatever was inside of that rock was controlling this entire cave.
Seeing this, I couldn’t help thinking of what I had seen from the rock constructs earlier.
When the rock elentals absorbed the power of other rock elentals, it not only made them stronger, it also increased the size of those rock elentals. From what I had seen, it didn’t seem like there was a limit to how big the rock elentals had beco.
This cave and the hill that it was a part of...it could be part of sothing that was much bigger than I thought.
But if that was the case, I couldn’t help wondering how many had died for this ancestor to reach this level. After all, this certainly wasn’t a level that could be reached just by absorbing the powers of a few rock elentals.
This was the level of power that could only be reached by absorbing hundreds or even thousands.
Then there was this divine energy that could rival that of a god’s ssenger.
It wasn’t sothing that could be gained unless one had directly obtained this power from a god.
This ancestor that the elder was having et was without a doubt one that had existed for a long ti.
This was an ancestor that I would be able to get the information that I wanted from.
After the cave seed to shake for a bit, it seed like it ca to an end.
The rock that was in the center floated up in the air for a bit before sothing suddenly ca around it and it took a humanoid form. Though this form still wasn’t exactly a humanoid since it was still made of rocks.
But at least it seed more like a human than the other rock elentals.
After forming itself, the one that was called the ancestor sat down in what seed to be a chair. It wasn’t a fancy chair, this was one that was created by the ancestor and was made of rocks.
With the way that it sat there, it really seed like a grandfather that was just tired of standing.
It didn’t seem like the powerful ancestor of the rock elentals at all.
Only after it sat down, the way that it looked at showed that it knew far more than its appearance showed. It seed like it was seeing through with the way that it looked at .
After a long silence, the rock elental ancestor finally said, "So you ca in the end."
I couldn’t help raising a brow in confusion as I had no idea what the rock elental ancestor ant by this. Especially since it said it in a way that really made it seem like it recognized .
Only I had never seen this rock elental ancestor before.
"Do we know each other?" That was all that I could ask in the end.
"Ha, ha, ha, not at all."
The answer that the rock elental ancestor gave made even more confused as I had no idea what this was supposed to an.
However, it didn’t seem like that rock elental ancestor was planning to explain with the way that it was acting.
After a long period of laughter, the rock elental ancestor finally said, "A long ti, soone told about you. That’s why I’ve been waiting for you all this ti."
I couldn’t help knitting my brows when I heard this.
The way that the rock elental ancestor said this really didn’t sound good.
Who would have known about all that ti ago and have told the rock elental ancestor?
No matter how one thought about it, it really didn’t seem to make any sense at all.
But in the end, there wasn’t anything that I could say since I could see the way that the rock elental ancestor looked at . It wasn’t as if anything that I said would actually change its mind.
"Can you tell about your rock elental tribe and what happened during the first war?"
"It’s very simple, we received the power of the gods because of the ugly fighting between our own tribe and that was how we ca to fight in their war."
The way that the rock elental ancestor described it really seed to simplify everything that happened. It was exactly what I had already seen from the play that they had put on for .
This wasn’t the information that I had been looking for.
As such, I said, "That can’t be all that happened. I’m sure there are more details than this."
The rock elental ancestor looked at and calmly said, "Of course there’s more, it’s just that there’s a lot that I can’t tell you."
Hearing the sa thing that the gods told coming from the rock elental ancestor made knit my brows once more.
"Why can’t you tell ?"
"It’s very simple. You’re not ready for it yet."
There was a part of that really wanted to say sothing, but there was also sothing that seed to be suppressing this. As if there was a part of that was almost agreeing with him.
Though I knew that this wasn’t sothing that I would feel naturally, so there had to be sothing that was controlling to feel this way.
It seed that there was indeed more at work here than t the eyes...
So in the end, I could only say with a sigh, "Then tell what you can tell ."
This ti, the rock elental ancestor said with what seed to be a smile, "Sure."
