The mont that the singing stopped, everyone slowly regained their senses.
At that mont, all of the shadows drew out their weapons and prepared to fight, but they imdiately dropped them again when they saw glaring at them.
I gestured with my hand for them to lower it while I was glaring at them, so they had no choice but to lower their weapons in the end.
But the vigilant looks on their faces made it clear that they were ready to react if anything happened.
There was a long silence that lingered in the air before a voice that was as beautiful as the singing said, "Human, you're not afraid of ?"
I gave a chuckle as I said, "Why would I need to be afraid of you?"
"Hmm? What if I do sothing like this?"
As soon as that beautiful voice fell, there were large tentacles of water that ca out of the river. These tentacles were raised in a way that they were all pointing at the ship.
With the way that these tentacles surrounded the ship, it was almost as if they were ready to slap the ship into pieces, sending them all into the depths of the water.
All of the shadows and my wives looked worried about this.
They looked at as if they wanted to pull out of this place, but I just ignored them all. Instead, I said with another chuckle, "What would you gain from doing that?"
There was silence that followed this before the beautiful voice started to laugh as well.
As that beautiful voice laughed, the water tentacles suddenly turned back into water that fell into the river.
Once the beautiful voice finished laughing, it said, "Human, what are you doing here? Or are you here because of the rumours that have spread about ?"
I just calmly said, "I'm here to et you, nothing more, nothing less."
"But you asked if I want to beco human?" The beautiful voice said with a confused tone.
"Isn't that what you want? Why else would you co to a place in the middle of nowhere like this?" I calmly replied.
Another silence followed before the beautiful voice said, "It seems like you know a lot about us."
"No more than the average person..." After a pause, I added, "Well, maybe a bit more than the average person."
Both of us laughed after I said this.
"So how about you co out and we have a talk?" I said after we finished laughing.
After a mont of pause, the beautiful voice said, "Alright."
With a splashing sound, there was sothing that ca out from behind the rock.
The mont that the splashing sound was heard, all of the shadows imdiately raised their guard once more. They raised their weapons even though I had told them to keep them down since they had no idea what was happening.
But they were surprised to see that the figure that ca out from behind the rocks was much smaller than they thought.
After that figure swam closer, they were surprised to see that it wasn't much bigger than a human.
In fact, it was basically a human that was swimming over.
The only difference was that instead of legs, this person seed to have a fish fin for a lower half.
A rmaid!
Everyone except for was shocked the mont that they saw that it was a rmaid that was swimming out from behind the rocks.
It was clear that not a single person had expected to see a rmaid.
Once they slowly recovered from their shock, they all slowly looked at as if they were looking for so kind of confirmation.
"Ah, he knew." That was the only thing that they thought when they saw the calm look that was on my face.
When the rmaid swam over, she looked right up at and asked, "Human, you're not surprised? Is this perhaps not the first ti seeing soone from my race?"
There was a faint smile that appeared on my face when I heard this.
It was indeed not the first ti that I was seeing a rmaid, but that was only in terms of eting rmaids in the ga. It was my first ti seeing a rmaid in real life like this, so it could still be considered a monuntal mont.
However, most of that surprise was negated by the fact that...I had already t this rmaid before.
It wasn't that I had t this rmaid in this world before, it was that I had t this rmaid in the ga before.
I knew exactly who she was, I even knew just what she looked like without any clothes on. Though she was only wearing a shell bra in the first place, it wasn't hard for most people to
imagine it.
This was a beautiful rmaid with flowing red hair and beautiful sparkling blue eyes, similar to the little rmaid of my past life.
In fact, her na was even the sa as that little rmaid.

It was clear where the creators of the ga had drawn their inspiration from.
Though she did look a bit more mature than the little rmaid of my past life.
Seeing this smile on my face, the rmaid revealed a strange look before saying, "Then human, do you know why I'm here?"
I ca out of my daze when I heard this and said with the sa faint smile, "I know that you
want to beco human and I can help you with that."
This ti, there was a surprised look that appeared on the rmaid's face.
It was clear that she wasn't expecting to hear this.
It was the latter part that she wasn't expecting to hear. After all, the way that this human said
this was almost as if he already knew how she could beco a human.
After a mont of silence, the rmaid narrowed her eyes to look at before saying, "Are you sure that you can offer your flesh that easily?"

The others all revealed shocked looks when they heard this.
Was this a deal with a rmaid or a devil?
