Chapter 108: The Silver Dragon Queen hadn’t surrendered yet

After being caught by Leon, the battlefield shifted from the bathroom to his bed.

After a few rounds, Teacher Leon seed to find the bed too small and unsatisfying, so he carried Rosvitha to her own room.

During halfti, with her cheeks still flushed, Rosvitha asked, “Do you have to wander around everywhere? Stay in the bathroom when you’re in the bathroom, and in your room when you’re in your room. Aren’t you afraid of being seen by others?”

Leon shrugged off her concerns. “You’re the queen, and I’m the queen’s husband. Isn’t everything we do perfectly legitimate?”

Rosvitha narrowed her eyes and gritted her teeth. “You are truly shaless!”

Leon scratched his head. “Rather than calling shaless, dear lkvi, when you asked to stop during your rest, but then said to continue once we started, it seems like you’re the one being more shaless, don’t you think?”

Rosvitha was rendered speechless by Leon’s retort. She hugged the pillow to her chest, wrinkling its surface with her grip.

Glaring at Leon, she felt a mix of embarrassnt and anger. These past two days could be considered the darkest days of her life as the Silver Dragon Queen.

However, ultimately, it was her own reckless use of Blood Enchantnt that planted the seed of this disaster. This seed of calamity had sohow grown to affect her even today.

The more Rosvitha thought about it, the angrier she beca. Angry at her own carelessness, and angry at Leon’s triumphant capture. Her full chest heaved with the rising tide of frustration and fury.

She gritted her teeth, forcing herself to calm down and think rationally.

Being angry alone wouldn’t help in this situation. It might even embolden Leon to further exploit her vulnerability. In the end, her family’s status might never recover from this ordeal.

She needed to co up with a plan to turn the tables, even in the direst circumstances.

After so thought, Rosvitha decided to try the thod she had used at half past two in the morning before.

She planned to exploit Leon’s tendency to speak the truth after falling asleep at that hour, hoping to extract the location of the backup photos.

Once she found and destroyed those backups, Rosvitha’s troubles would be over!

But the premise of this strategy’s execution was that Leon must fall asleep before half past two in the morning.

Rosvitha glanced at the clock. It was just past eleven at night. Then, she lowered her gaze to Leon, who was beside her.

The man breathed evenly, full of energy. The battle in the first half of the night hadn’t seed to tire him at all. In fact, he looked ready for a few more hours of action.

Seeing this, Rosvitha couldn’t help but feel a twinge of regret. This man was truly relentless! She resolved to be more vigilant in the future and not let him gain the upper hand so easily.

However, she wasn’t one to be easily preyed upon. Adjusting her attitude, Rosvitha changed her tone.

“Are you tired?” she asked.

Leon glanced at her, not giving a straightforward answer. Instead, he countered, “Why? Are you tired?”

Rosvitha rubbed her arms, lowered her silver gaze, and shook her head. “I’m just worried about you.”

“Worried about ?”

Since when did this dragon mother start worrying about ?

“Yeah, humans do have a saying, ‘Good wine should be savored, not gulped down,'” Rosvitha said. “Even the strongest dragon slayer’s body can’t handle being pushed to the limit day and night.”

As she spoke, she even leaned in closer.

Rosvitha raised her hand, the soft and warm palm resting on Leon’s shoulder. Her chest enveloped his upper arm, her warm breath gently tickling his ear.

“I’m fine with it, you can co as many tis as you want. After all, my leverage is in your hands, and I can’t resist you anyway,” Rosvitha said with a hint of pity.

“But you also need to take care of your own body. Since I can’t escape, you can co anyti you want. As the saying goes, a gentle stream lasts longer. There’s no need to do this every night until so late.”

If Leon hadn’t caught her going to his room to find those backup photos, he might have actually believed this dragon mother’s nonsense.

There are only two possibilities for Leon to believe Rosvitha:

Either Rosvitha has gone stupid;

Or he has gone stupid by letting Rosvitha fool him.

In any case, assuming neither of them was foolish, Leon wouldn’t believe a single word from this dragon, no matter what she said.

After all, how could he, after finally securing dominance over their family’s status, allow himself to be swayed by her feigned sympathy?

However…

For now, he would agree and see what this dragon mother was plotting.

He pretended to hesitate before speaking, “You make a valid point. Let’s call it a night for tonight.”

Rosvitha’s eyes lit up, and she secretly breathed a sigh of relief. But she knew the principle of “give a little, take a little,” so she didn’t imdiately act as if she had been granted a pardon.

Instead, she suggested, “Hmm… but if you haven’t had enough, maybe we could… take a bath together?”

Smooth move, Rosvitha. Playing it coy — she knew when to push and when to retreat.

Too bad it was just a ploy. Don’t deceive yourself, mate.

Leon chuckled inwardly, shaking his head as he got off the bed. “Rest well. See you tomorrow.”

He dressed and left Rosvitha’s bedroom.

Click—

The sound of the door closing echoed, and Rosvitha breathed a sigh of relief.

Good, the first step of the plan went smoothly. Now, all she had to do was wait quietly for half past two to arrive.

Covering her face with her hands, Rosvitha took a mont to rest before getting up from the bed and heading to the bathroom.

Turning on the faucet, hot water cascaded down her body.

Standing in front of the mirror, she looked at her reflection.

Her skin from her waist upward was covered in hickeys—

Of course, Leon was the sa.

Fortunately, the weather had cooled down recently, so there was no need to wear those thin clothes. Otherwise, if Anna and the others saw them, they would undoubtedly gossip endlessly.

“Damn dog… you could have been gentler,” she complained softly, raising her hand to place it on her abdon. After a mont, a faint glow shimred.

This was her necessary precaution after absorbing Leon’s foreign cultural essence; otherwise, those essences might turn into “love’s crystallization” in ten months.

After taking care of everything, Rosvitha stepped out of the bathroom, dried herself off, and then lay on the bed, quietly awaiting half past two to arrive.

Several hours passed, and Rosvitha tiptoed into Leon’s bedroom.

He lay stretched out on the bed, breathing evenly, as if already fast asleep.

Rosvitha quietly approached the bed, illuminated by the moonlight streaming in through the window, and looked at his resolute face.

“Hmph, even the mightiest dragon slayer is defenseless when sound asleep.”

Rosvitha glanced at the clock on the wall.

Two twenty-nine.

She took a slow breath in and then exhaled slowly.

Tick… tock… tick… tock…

The second hand moved steadily, and Rosvitha nervously squeezed her fingers, eagerly awaiting the mont to co.

Finally!

Half past two!

“Leon Casmode, where did you hide the backup copies of my bunny girl photos?” Rosvitha asked.

No response.

She waited quietly.

Last ti, it took Leon a few seconds to respond after she asked a question.

However, after a dozen seconds passed, Leon still didn’t respond.

Rosvitha frowned slightly. “Leon, where did you hide the photos?”

Still, no response.

The fla of hope that had just ignited in Rosvitha’s heart was instantly extinguished.

Her master had said that asking him questions at half past two in the morning had a chance of eliciting his truthful answers.

However… it was a chance, not a guarantee.

It seed that Rosvitha had been lucky a few days ago, catching him off guard.

But today, on this more crucial occasion, luck was not on her side.

Feeling disappointed, Rosvitha turned to leave.

But just as she turned around, it seed like she suddenly realized sothing.

She quickly looked back at Leon, pursed her lips, and said, “Leon, take to where you hid the photos.”

Her master had also ntioned that besides truthful answers, “Dare” occasionally worked too.

With a ntality of trying anything, Rosvitha had no choice but to give this tactic a shot.

After giving the command, she nervously waited.

Hurry up, Leon, move, Leon, co on, Leon, move!

“Ugh…”

Leon mumbled in his sleep, and then, surprisingly, he slowly sat up.

Rosvitha felt a surge of hope—there was a chance!

After sitting up, Leon slowly got out of bed, dragging his feet with slow steps, swaying as he walked towards the bedroom door.

Rosvitha followed closely behind him.

“Hmph, dog, you’ve been arrogant for two days, and you still don’t know whose captive you are, do you? When you wake up tomorrow morning, you’ll find everything back to square one!”
