It was a rare Saturday morning when Moon got up early.

The reason? Simply to “guard the tower.”

She couldn't let Noa and Helena have ti alone while she was still sleeping.

At the academy, Moon had no control, and even if she wanted to, she couldn’t intervene. But in this house, she would watch over her older sister every second she could.

There was no way she was going to let that new girl steal her sister!

Just imagining Noa snuggled up in the arms of that blue-haired girl, laughing and chatting, made Moon feel uncomfortable from the tip of her head to the end of her tail.

To hold on to her sister’s affection, she would start by occupying her first thing in the morning!

Brimming with determination, Moon threw off her blanket and leapt out of bed with a tiger-like jump.

Coincidentally, Aurora was just coming out of the bathroom, still half-asleep.

Her pink hair was ssy, and she had a toothbrush in her mouth, toothpaste foam dribbling from the corner of her lips as she shuffled along, clearly not fully awake yet.

Seeing Moon, Aurora looked surprised.

“Wow, you’re up this early, Second Sister? Normally, you’d still be asleep for at least another two hours.”

“Anything could happen in two hours. I need to seize every minute and second!”

With that, Moon hurried through her morning routine at lightning speed, threw on a little dress and white knee-high socks, quickly brushed her hair, and rushed to the door.

Aurora poked her head out of the bedroom, asking, “Second Sister, where are you going?”

“I’m going to find Noa. Do you know where she went?” Moon asked as she slipped on her shoes.

“I think she took Helena to visit the back garden.”

Moon froze as she was putting on her shoes. “Damn it… I’m already a step too late!”

She quickly finished putting on her shoes, unlocked the door, and dashed toward the garden at full speed.

Aurora blinked her pretty pink eyes, her mind beginning to stir.

“Hm... Seems like a perfect day to enjoy so entertainnt. Wait for , Second Sister!”

Twenty minutes later, the little dragon girls gathered in the sacred garden behind the mansion.

Leon and Rosvisser stood on their bedroom balcony, taking in the scene below.

After watching for a while, Leon suddenly said, “I think we should hold off on having a third child for now.”

Rosvisser shot him a glare, crossing her arms as she looked ahead. “I never planned on having a third child with you anyway. Keep dreaming.”

After a mont, seeing that Leon didn’t respond, she couldn’t help but ask, “So... why don’t you want a third child?”

“Didn’t you just say you weren’t planning on it? Why are you suddenly so interested?”

“I can’t ask just out of curiosity?” Rosvisser replied matter-of-factly.

Leon chuckled and nodded toward the girls playing in the yard below.

“Look at that. With just three kids, we can focus our attention equally on each of them. We can care for them without missing a beat.”

“But once there are four, it might beco a bit too much to handle.”

He leaned forward slightly, resting his hands on the railing of the balcony, taking a deep breath before continuing, “Maybe I’m just not ready to be the father of four kids yet. What about you? Are you ready?”

Rosvisser’s silver eyes flickered with thought for a mont. After a short pause, she shook her head. “No, not yet.”

Leon shrugged. “So, my dear wife, rember to take precautions every ti we finish.”

Rosvisser shot him a sharp look, her tail swatting his butt. “Why don’t you just touch less, then?”

“Oh, heavens above! Who’s the one being more forward, huh? Who’s touching who?”

“You. It’s you. You’re the one who makes the first move more often.”

She was being unreasonable again.

Leon rolled his eyes, too lazy to argue.

“Why so quiet? Lost for words, aren’t you?” Rosvisser teased, clearly pleased with herself.

Back in the early days, she used to love debating with Leon, discussing right and wrong. But over ti, she found that being unreasonable was far more effective.

It annoyed Leon, and it left him with no way to argue back.

Just as she was relishing in her little victory, Leon said, “You’re becoming more and more like my ntor’s wife.”

Rosvisser paused. “What... do you an by that?”

“She used to talk to my ntor like that too, without any reservations. If she wanted to be spoiled, she’d ask to be spoiled. If she wanted to be unreasonable, she’d just be unreasonable.”

Leon slowly turned his head to look at Rosvisser. “If that’s hard to understand, I can put it another way—you’re becoming more and more like a real wife—mmmph!”

Before he could finish, Rosvisser clapped a hand over his mouth.

“If you say any more nonsense, I’ll have to fulfill my duty as a real wife.”

“What duty?”

“Dostic violence.”

“Oooh, I’m so scared.”

The couple bantered back and forth until Leon pointed toward the garden. “Look, it seems like they’re about to start a ga.”

Rosvisser turned her gaze to the girls.

The four of them had stood up, and Moon was getting a blindfold from one of the maids.

“Let’s play blindfolded tag!” Moon suggested.

“Okay!”

Noa didn’t object; whatever Moon wanted to play, she would go along with it. After all, she loved her little sister dearly.

“I’m in,” Aurora said, never one to miss out on a good ti. She knew Moon was an expert at this ga, and she was curious to see what her second sister would do to “stake her claim” today.

“Sounds good, I’ll play along,” Helena agreed politely, being the guest.

The girls decided who would be “it” by playing rock-paper-scissors.

In the end, Noa lost, so she would be the first to be blindfolded.

Moon carefully helped her sister put on the blindfold and then stepped back.

Aurora and Helena also distanced themselves.

“Are you ready? I’m coming!”

Noa raised her arms, cautiously feeling her way forward.

Blindfolded tag had no real skill to it. It was 9% hearing and...

91% luck.

But even so, it was a ga children loved to play.

This ti, Noa was in luck. As she groped her way forward, she got closer and closer to Moon.

Moon’s heart raced with excitent.

See that?

Even blindfolded, my sister senses first!

Don’t underestimate the bond between us!

As Noa drew near, Moon smiled to herself, already prepared to be caught and hugged by her sister.

Co on, Noa, don’t hold back! Catch ! Hug !

But just as Noa was about to grab Moon, she suddenly veered off course.

Moon froze, blinking her large, pretty eyes. In her mind, she shouted,

“Noa, I’m right here! Just one more step!”

But unfortunately, Noa didn’t have the kind of telepathic connection with her that their parents seed to share.

She continued to turn away, inching closer and closer to Helena instead.

Seeing this, Moon began to panic.

If Noa kept going, she was going to hug Helena!

No, no, no, no, no.

My sister’s first hug of the day is mine!

Moon’s brain, for once, kicked into high gear. Think of sothing, Moon! Stop your sister!

Helena, realizing that Noa was coming toward her, followed the rules of the ga and tried to back away as quietly as possible.

She stepped lightly, careful not to make a sound.

But Noa kept moving toward her.

After a few more steps, Helena’s back bumped against a tree trunk.

No more room to retreat.

And Noa was right in front of her.

Helena squinted and smiled, thinking, “Looks like I’m about to get caught.”

*Snap!*

Just as Noa was about to catch Helena, the sound of a breaking branch echoed from behind her.

Noa’s sharp ears picked it up instantly, and she turned toward the sound, quickly feeling her way forward.

The one who stepped on the branch, of course, was none other than Moon.

Naturally, Noa reached out and caught her sister, pulling her into a tight hug before taking off the blindfold.

“No fair, Noa! You caught first. I hate it!”

Though she complained, Moon’s heart was full of joy.

Noa took off her blindfold, playfully pinching her sister’s nose. “Well, you’re the one who stepped on the branch.”

“Ugh…”

Moon wasn’t sure why there had been a branch underfoot in the first place.

But who cares? If stepping on a branch let her get hugged by her sister, she’d break a steel beam if she had to!

“Noa, you’re amazing. Hehe~”

Moon snuggled against her sister’s cheek, her tail swaying happily.

anwhile, Aurora glanced down at the handful of branches she held, then quietly hid them behind her back.

“Second Sister, rember, there’s always soone watching over you from the shadows!”
