Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You Vol. 3 Ch. 131
“The Dragon Kings... they really are Dragon Kings!”
“But why are they helping Leon fight the Empire? Wasn’t it said that the Empire colluded with the dragons to control this war?”
“I guess there must be so within the dragons who have always been devoted to exposing this massive conspiracy?”
“Honestly, I don’t really trust the dragons... Just look at that Dragon King called Konstantin; he looks fierce.”
“Well, of course! You think anyone gentle could beco a Dragon King?”
“No matter what... if we’re all victims deceived by the Empire for so long, then I’ll support whoever can beat that tyrant king!”
“That’s kind of extre, don’t you think?”
“Oh? Who do you support then?”
“Leon.”
“Ha!”
“...”
The crowd was a mix of opinions and discussions. So believed in Leon unconditionally and supported him, while others remained cautiously skeptical about his actions. However, regardless of their stance, they were all people who had suffered under the Empire’s oppression for too long. None of them would side with King Canter.
This was precisely Leon’s purpose in using the recording stones to expose the Empire’s wicked face to the public. Even if he couldn’t win everyone’s support, he could at least make the majority recognize the current state of affairs.
The Dagger Trio, standing at the forefront, watched as the three Dragon Kings descended from the sky, visibly stunned. They were indeed the Empire’s newly trained generation of dragon-slaying machines, with efficiency that rivaled Leon’s back in the day, dominating any dragon with ease. However, since these were Leon’s chosen allies, they must be different from the dragons they’d faced before.
Especially that... Konstantin.
The “Fusion Technique” and the “Dagger Project” had been conducted simultaneously, so the brothers of the Dagger Trio had heard a bit about this monstrous amalgamation known as Konstantin. Moreover, he had once escaped the mind suppression of the Royal Sorcerers’ Corps and fled the Empire, causing a considerable commotion.
Now, that symbol of burning vengeance had returned, seeking retribution against the Empire.
Despite anticipating a tough battle, Kini showed no sign of fear.
“Seems like you haven’t done so well among the dragons all these years, Leon,” Captain Kini sneered. “Two won and a corpse that’s died twice—these are your allies?”
“If you couldn’t find anyone decent to stand with you, you could’ve just surrendered instead of embarrassing yourself,” Kitai, the second brother, added mockingly.
Finally, the one-ard Kii grinned arrogantly, “Three Dragon Kings, just enough for each of us to take one. Unlike before, there’s no need to share!”
Pre-battle taunts were standard procedure, and sharp words were a given. But Leon was well past the age for trading petty insults. His wife, aunt, and Konstantin were even less interested in this verbal sparring.
Claudia and Rosvisser folded their arms, quietly watching the trio’s antics with eyes full of a patient sympathy one might have for dim-witted children. Konstantin, though dubbed a “corpse that’s died twice,” remained calm, not making any sudden moves. He knew he was here to serve as Leon’s muscle, and unless Leon ordered otherwise, he wouldn’t need to draw attention.
Why, you ask, was the mighty Red Fla Dragon King obediently listening to General Leon’s commands?
Well, it was for the roomful of ancient magical tos Leon had promised him, of course!
---
Leon glanced around. Seeing none of his allies responding to the taunts, he sighed inwardly. Though he wasn’t one to engage in trash talk, this was an important battle, and a few words were necessary.
“Don’t worry about the headcount,” Leon said, stepping forward and extending his right hand, lightning crackling in his palm. “I’ll take on the three of you alone. Konstantin and the others will handle the dangerous breeds and fusion beasts.”
Kini raised an eyebrow. “Leon, you’re quite cocky, aren’t you? Do you know that on the dragon-slaying field, our record is just as impressive as yours?”
Leon let out a cold chuckle, bending slightly and preparing for battle. “After a few moves, I’ll explain the difference.”
Without further ado, Leon activated his lightning magic, his figure blurring as he charged forward. In a life-or-death battle, seconds decided everything, and no formal signal to start was needed.
Leon’s sudden attack was highly effective; the Dagger Trio failed to react in ti. By the ti his figure solidified, he was already at Kini’s side.
A sharp, bird-like screech echoed in Kini’s ear—
Boom!
A clean, decisive strike sent the Dagger captain flying several ters.
This move, Chidori, served as the starting gun for the battle. On his command ship, King Canter wiped the sweat from his brow and bellowed, “Go! Kill this traitor!”
“Roar!” The fusion beasts and dangerous breeds charged en masse.
As Leon said, these creatures were left for his three allies to handle.
Claudia’s eyes swept over the hideous creatures, a sly smile playing on her lips. “So, he’s keeping the strongest ones for himself and giving us the riffraff. Rosvisser.”
“Hm?”
“Your husband is quite stingy.”
“...”
Rosvisser chuckled, taking a battle stance. “In battle, stinginess doesn’t matter. Every enemy deserves full effort.”
“Oh, good resolve. No wonder you’re a couple.”
With that, Claudia stopped teasing, raising her hand and unleashing dragon fire, blasting the creatures into the sky. Rosvisser tid her fireball perfectly, complenting Claudia’s first wave with seamless coordination.
“Not bad. Keep it up.”
The two fought with coordinated precision, dispatching the monsters with a practiced elegance.
anwhile, Konstantin’s side was noticeably more chaotic. His deep-seated hatred for the Empire, coupled with the sight of fusion beasts reminiscent of his torturous days in their laboratories, left him with no restraint.
A few blasts of large-scale dragon fire nearly demolished half a block. Luckily, the Lionheart Society had already evacuated the civilians, preventing any casualties.
“Pathetic scum,” Konstantin muttered, wiping the residual flas from his hand before charging a particularly large fusion beast. Only a formidable opponent could satisfy the Red Fla Dragon King.
---
The battle for the Empire’s fate was in full swing.
Leon engaged the Dagger Trio alone. Even outnumbered three to one, he was unfazed. The brothers attacked like a storm, fists striking like lightning, but Leon dodged each blow. No matter how fast they struck, Leon erged unscathed.
The four fighters moved from the upper district boundary to two blocks away. Leon fought as he retreated.
“Hey, revolutionary hero, are you ever going to hit back?” Kii, the one-ard third brother, taunted mid-assault.
Leon crossed his arms, blocking a heavy punch from Kii and replied, “And you’ve been fighting this long without using your other arm. Don’t want to, or can’t?”
Leon’s knack for verbal barbs outclassed all three brothers combined. As the forr leader of the Dragon Slayer Corps, his tongue was sharp; after years of sparring with Rosvisser at the Silver Dragon Sanctuary, he’d beco even more formidable. Out-talking Leon was impossible, let alone defeating him in combat.
Kii’s face flushed instantly, and his attacks grew erratic.
“You bastard! I’ll rip off both your arms!”
“Kii, wait! Don’t go alone!”
Too late. The furious one-ard brother lunged at Leon, aiming a kick at his waist. This was the mont Leon had been waiting for. The instant Kii broke formation with his brothers, Leon created distance.
Now it was a one-on-one with Kii instead of one against three. Leon feigned an opening at his waist, baiting Kii. As the kick ca, Leon swung his elbow down on Kii’s leg.
Crack!
A bone-breaking sound, followed by Kii’s scream.
Leon capitalized on this, grabbing Kii’s ankle and spinning him around before hurling him into a nearby low building. The structure crumbled, burying Kii in rubble.
“Kii!!” Kitai’s eyes flared with emotion at seeing his brother injured.
“Worry about yourself,” Leon whispered, appearing beside him in a blink. A crack of thunder sounded as Leon released Chidori, using the shockwave to send Kitai flying.
Kini’s attack followed swiftly, but Leon sidestepped, narrowly dodging. Leon countered with a powerful knee to Kini’s abdon, knocking the wind out of him and robbing him of movent.
Leon grabbed Kini by the throat, lifted him, and slamd him onto the pavent. The impact left cracks in the ground, and Kini coughed up blood.
Leon stood, nudging Kini aside with his foot. Now, the Dagger Trio lay around him in a triangular formation: one buried, one flung aside, one nearly embedded in the ground.
Leon remained vigilant, knowing this wouldn’t be enough to kill them. Sure enough, the trio soon stirred, wounded but more enraged than ever.
“Today’s lesson: when fighting outnumbered, separate your opponents to make it three one-on-ones,” Leon said calmly.
“Now, let’s return to your earlier claim.”
Leon stood tall, eting Kini’s eyes with a composed stare. “You said your record on the dragon-slaying field was just as good as mine. That’s not true.”
Raising his right hand, blue lightning crackled in Leon’s palm, sparking with fierce intensity.
“You may have killed Dragon Kings because that’s where your limit lies,” Leon said, his voice unwavering. “But I kill Dragon Kings because—”
“The strongest beings in this world are the Dragon Kings.”
“And if there’s anything stronger, it just hasn’t t yet.”
With that, Leon clapped his hands together, releasing a deafening crack of thunder. The raw power of his lightning surged, shaking the air around him as the sky above darkened and roiled with storm clouds. Bolts of lightning twisted and leaped within the clouds, resembling a caged beast about to break free.

From outside the battlefield, Rebecca watched in stunned silence as Leon unleashed his strongest spell only three minutes into the fight. She muttered under her breath, a mixture of awe and disbelief:
“Captain… isn’t that a bit much?”
