After selling Muse's little toys and clothes, the couple continued to stroll leisurely down the street.

"By the way, is the Tower Master really that respected in Sky City?"

"Of course. After all, the entire city was founded by the Tower Master."

Hearing this, Leon beca interested. "So he's like a king in human society?"

Rosvisser stopped walking, thought for a mont, and shook her head. "Not exactly."

Then she pointed to a bench not far away. "Let's sit over there and talk."

"Alright."

The couple walked over and sat down on the bench, with Muse sitting between her mom and dad. Leon handed her the rattle drum he'd just bought for her to play with.

Just a mont ago, the little one was happily babbling "Not hing," but now she was joyfully shaking the rattle drum.

Leon gently poked his daughter's little head, then looked up at Rosvisser beside him.

"So if the Tower Master isn't equivalent to a king, what role does he play in Sky City?"

The queen leaned back on the bench, stretching her graceful figure and fully relaxing. She slightly raised her head, gazing at the clear sky, and said leisurely,

"He's neither a king in human societies nor a traditional Dragon King. He simply possesses absolute charisma and cohesion, making all the dragons in Sky City willingly follow him."

"Speaking of which, you know that Sky City is the absolutely neutral faction among dragon clans. I don't think I've ever told you about its origins, have I?"

Leon nodded, then imdiately sat up straight like an attentive student. "No, you haven't. I'm eager to hear your explanation, Your Majesty."

Rosvisser smiled softly and continued,

"A thousand years ago, the intensity of internal wars among dragon clans far exceeded what we see today."

"Land and resources were continuously consud in relentless wars, and refugees from defeated tribes scattered throughout the dragon territories, further exacerbating the depletion of resources."

"At that ti, several Dragon Kings got together and planned to use extrely cruel thods to eliminate those refugees from the defeated clans."

"But the Tower Master firmly opposed this proposal. So the Dragon Kings took a vote, and before the last vote was cast, the sides supporting and opposing the purge were tied."

"So that last vote was crucial."

Leon listened intently. "Was the last vote from the Tower Master?"

"No, it wasn't. It was soone else you might think of."

Leon blinked, thought for a mont, then burst into laughter.

"It was Konstantin."

Rosvisser smiled and nodded. "Yes, that's right. Konstantin refused to eliminate those war refugees."

"Their reasoning isn't hard to understand: there can be killing, but it should only occur on the battlefield. Once off the battlefield, no one has the right to arbitrarily decide the life and death of tens of thousands of people."

"Then, the other Dragon Kings began to challenge the Tower Master and Konstantin's faction, asking them how they planned to reclaim the land and resources from those parasitic refugees if they didn't choose to eliminate them."

"At that ti, Konstantin said he would solve this problem."

"After that, the nas of the Tower Master and Konstantin appeared in the textbooks."

Leon suddenly realized. "Oh, so the heroic Red Fla Dragon King who expanded the dragon territories was real!"

"Yes, it's true."

"No wonder it's always hard to treat that praise-loving guy purely as an enemy. So old Konstantin once fought for righteousness."

"That's also why the Tower Master didn't show up at the secret dragon clan eting targeting Konstantin last ti, right?" Leon said. "After all, they both advocated 'no killing' back then."

"I think so."

Rosvisser continued,

"Later, with the expansion of the dragon territories, wars with external forces gradually broke out."

"Although those war refugees wouldn't be completely wiped out for the ti being, they couldn't last long."

"Moreover, besides the refugees, there were many who despised war and were hurt by it."

"They longed for a pure land, a place far from conflict and poverty."

"It was then that the Tower Master stepped forward."

"He established a floating city for the dragon clans and announced to all dragons that this is an absolutely neutral faction. No wars, no killing. Anyone who dares to act recklessly here would be his enemy. He would spare no effort to save those afflicted by war."

"In this way, those who had suffered from war had a place to settle."

"They nad this place 'Sky City.' In dragon legends, it's a transit station to heaven, where all things beautiful bloom."

Leon nodded thoughtfully as he listened. "It seems that the Tower Master truly has remarkable strength."

"Of course. Just like Saint Sis Academy has Principal Olette holding the fort, anyone who claims neutrality must have absolute strength to command respect. Otherwise, even among dragons, what is a stance without power?"

Rosvisser paused, then added,

"I only recently learned that the Tower Master's abilities are extraordinary. No wonder he can keep such a large city floating in the sky."

"Well, it confirms what you said before: in the dragon clans, the older they are, the stronger they are."

Leon sighed, then asked,

"So... do you plan to retire to Sky City in the future? I an, after you're no longer the queen."

"I'll consider it; I haven't decided yet."

Rosvisser lazily turned her head to look at Leon. She squinted her eyes and smiled, her expression gentle and doting.

"After all, there's no ranch in Sky City, and you can't raise livestock and donkeys."

She always rembered Leon's retirent plan: to open a ranch, marry a wife, have a few children, and enjoy his old age while herding.

Leon caught the aning in her words, so he reached out and put his arm around her shoulders.

"Thank you, Rosvisser."

"You're welco."

"Not hing!"

Dong dong dong—

The couple looked down at their little daughter in unison and then laughed together.

The family of three enjoyed the afternoon sunshine, soaking in the hustle and bustle of the dragon city.

"Excuse , are you Leon Cosmod?"

A little boy's voice sounded nearby.

The couple looked toward the voice.

"Hello, I am. Is there sothing I can help you with?"

"Oh wow, you really are Mr. Leon! Can you, can you give your autograph?"

The boy took out paper and pen, handing them over with both hands.

"I heard that you'll be having a battle with the Black Dragon King in Sky City in three days, so I ca specifically to see your fight, Mr. Leon!"

So it was a little fan.

Leon didn't refuse and directly signed his na for the boy. However, this signing caught the attention of nearby passersby, who all heard Leon's na and imdiately gathered around.

"Leon? Are you the Silver Dragon General Leon? I want your autograph too!"

"Can you sign for the Silver King? Oh, is this your and Her Majesty's new baby? So cute!"

"Please sign for the Overlord King! I grew up listening to your stories!"

"Your Majesty the Silver Dragon King, could you take a photo with my sister? She's always been a big fan of yours!"

"......"

He wanted to keep a low profile, but his fa wouldn't allow it.

Little Muse was shaking her rattle drum while watching her mom and dad being surrounded by all sorts of fans.

She tilted her little head, blinking her beautiful big red eyes.

"Not hing~~ la la~~ Not hing~~"

As Muse was watching the scene, she suddenly felt soone poke her shoulder from behind.

Muse turned around to see a little girl with red hair and black eyes.

Her hair and eye colors were the exact opposite of Muse's.

"Are you Leon Cosmod's youngest daughter?" the girl asked in a childish yet serious voice.

Muse nodded blankly.

"My na is Hefei Konstantin. I want to defeat you."

Muse was still puzzled, as if a big question mark had appeared above her head.

"Why are you making that face?"

Hefei was puzzled too, scratching her forehead.

"Is that not okay?"

Ding ding!—
