Standing before her was a tall beauty with the exact sa silver hair as hers.

The woman had her arms calmly folded across her chest, her gaze eting Elusa's.

Elusa slowly stood up so their eyes were level.

She narrowed her eyes slightly as she studied the silver-haired beauty. She felt like she'd seen her before... "Mommy!"

Moon scurried behind Rosvisser, clutching the hem of her skirt, then peeked her little head back out.

"I mistook Auntie Elusa for you just now."

Rosvisser gently rubbed Moon's cowlick and softly replied, "Mm, it's alright."

"What happened?"

Noa, Muse, Xiaoxue, and Cecilia had all arrived by now.

Soon after, Leon, Safina, and Rebecca reached the scene as well.

Elusa looked at the gathering crowd in front of her, visibly surprised.

All this fuss just because a cute little kid mistook her for soone else... was that really necessary?

But fortunately, Elusa soon spotted a familiar face among them.

"Leon? Leon, you-you're back in the Empire?"

Rebecca glanced at Elusa's delighted face.

Rebecca had never dread that her captain and sister-in-law's wholeso love story would end up producing such a chaotic spectacle.

Now General Leon could only hate how small the world was. Even bringing his wife and kids ho for a vacation couldn't stop him from bumping into Elusa!

And to make matters worse, Rosvisser had seen Elusa back in the mory-world version of their school days...

Which ant there was no way Leon could just brush things off with a casual excuse to defuse this awkward mont. Thus, our silver-tongued General Leon-normally eloquent and quick-witted-was rendered completely speechless. "What's going on? I got lost with the kids just now. Is this lovely young lady a friend of yours?"

The Empress Mother approached with a smile.

The kids were starting to pick up on the weird atmosphere.

That pretty silver-haired lady was probably one of Dad's friends, but...

Rebecca slipped up next to Leon, lowered her voice:

Rebecca quickly covered her head and ducked away, tiptoeing over to join Noa and the others in the peanut gallery.

Safina nudged Leon in the chest with her elbow and jerked her chin toward Elusa.

Leon was gritting his teeth.

"Tch. Look how nervous you are. Big deal. Relax, your wife's totally gonna back you up.”

"She hasn't ripped apart on the spot, and that's already self-restraint."

In the brief silence, Elusa finally rembered where she'd seen this silver-haired woman before.

Rebecca rolled her eyes but said nothing, turning back to her lon-eating.

Leon leaned in close to Rosvisser's ear, hand cupped over his mouth, whispering:

"Alright, alright, it's just a random encounter. Say hi and move on. Co on, let's wrap this up and take the girls sightseeing."

The queen raised a brow. "Wrap it up, you say?"

"Mm-hmm!"

"Should I... make it gentle?"

"Of course."

Rosvisser smiled sweetly. "No problem."

Then she turned back to Elusa, slowly and softly saying,

"I'm sorry, Miss Elusa, we need to return to the inn to rest. The doctor said I shouldn't stand for too long."

Leon furrowed his brows. "Doctor? What doctor? Are you sick?"

That gave Rosvisser the perfect opening. She couldn't help but smile just a little wider.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you, darling-I'm pregnant again."
