“Everyone, until next ti!”

As the lift platform descended, the final trace of sky-blue stage light faded into darkness.

Tonight’s performance had been absolutely spectacular, leaving a powerful impression on the 149,998 people in the audience.

Backstage, Zervanie stood, gasping for breath as staff mbers quickly surrounded her.

Her last large-scale concert had been four months ago. Back then, Felyn—who hadn’t yet ended their contract—had blended in with the staff, approaching her to offer care and comfort.

But now, his familiar figure was nowhere to be found in the audience, nor among the backstage crew.

Yet sohow, his presence lingered in her heart.

In the dressing room, Zervanie had already changed outfits and was about to remove her makeup in front of the mirror. Exhausted from her performance, she slumped over the table.

What is Felyn doing right now?

Did he watch the concert tonight?

She had looked her best on stage—that version of her was the one she was proudest of. She wondered if it had left a good impression on him.

Tonight’s performance was her strongest yet. After all, it had been for him.

“Miss Zervanie, are you busy right now?”

There was a knock on the door, followed by her assistant’s voice.

“There’s soone waiting in the reception room to see you. Would you like to go?”

“Soone? Who?”

Zervanie pushed herself up with both arms, sitting straighter. A strand of silver-white hair draped over her face—slightly ssy, yet still beautiful.

“I’m not sure exactly who. But the ssenger said… it’s soone very important to you.”

Soone important to ?!

Felyn!

Zervanie imdiately stood up and jogged a few steps toward the door.

But a mont later, she rushed back to the mirror, quickly checking her appearance. Then she opened her suitcase and took out her favorite waist chain, fastening it around her hips.

Could it be him? Other than Felyn, who else could be that important?

Following behind her assistant, Zervanie arrived at the door of the reception room.

She knocked gently. The door wasn’t locked.

Eager to see the person in her heart, Zervanie didn’t wait for a reply and pushed the door open.

There was soone sitting on the sofa.

But it wasn’t Felyn.

It was Princess Dorothy—her twin pink-and-purple ponytails bouncing as she perched on the couch, munching on snacks from the table.

“M-Miss Zervanie!”

Dorothy quickly pulled her legs down and wiped the grease from her face with both hands.

“I’m sorry, Your Highness. I shouldn’t have entered without knocking.”

Zervanie hid the disappointnt in her eyes, walked over to Dorothy, and gave a polite bow.

“No, it’s my fault. I didn’t give any notice before coming.”

The person who had delivered the ssage earlier was actually Dorothy’s personal maid.

Dorothy had only asked her to check if Zervanie was free—without revealing her identity. She hadn’t wanted to disturb Zervanie’s rest after the performance.

But the maid, eager to please her mistress, had described Dorothy as “soone very important to her.”

Dorothy stood up, hands clasped behind her back, looking a little shy.

Tonight’s concert had truly moved the young Princess.

Of course, her admiration wasn’t romantic—she simply liked Zervanie’s bright, energetic stage presence and captivating voice.

“I-I’m actually a big fan of yours, Miss Zervanie,” Dorothy admitted, nervously tugging at one of her ponytails. “My father only allowed to co out today. I’ve wanted to et you for a long ti, but I never had the chance.”

Zervanie rarely ca to the royal district—and even if she wanted to, getting in wasn’t easy.

“It’s an honor to be admired by Your Highness.” Zervanie smiled warmly. “Did you enjoy the show tonight?”

“Absolutely! It was amazing!”

Dorothy lit up with excitent, speaking with the starstruck energy of a typical fangirl.

The two of them sat on the sofa and talked for a good ten minutes, growing closer with each word.

Dorothy began to think Zervanie wasn’t distant or prideful at all. Maybe they could even beco friends.

“Miss Zervanie, can I ask you a personal question?”

“Hm?” Zervanie’s silver-white hair fell across her shoulders.

“Are you… seeing anyone right now?” Dorothy leaned in eagerly, eyes sparkling with curiosity.

For girls their age, love was always a fascinating topic—and even more so when the subject was a beloved idol.

“I don’t have a boyfriend at the mont…”

“But do you have soone you like?” Dorothy scooted even closer, visibly thrilled.

“When you walked in just now, you looked a little disappointed. Were you expecting soone else? A boy you like, maybe?”

“Eh? N-no! Not at all!”

Staying on the defensive would only make things awkward. Trying to shift the conversation, Zervanie smiled and asked in return:

“Then… may I ask if Your Highness has soone you like?”

“? I-I-I…”

Dorothy turned away, letting her hair fall in front of her face to hide her expression.

A soft blush blood on her cheeks, making her look adorably flustered.

Zervanie saw through it instantly. The Princess had clearly fallen in love.

“Your Highness, who is it? I promise I won’t tell anyone. Is it a prince from another kingdom? Or maybe a hero?”

“N-no! Nothing like that!”

Dorothy covered her flushed cheeks with both hands, clearly too shy to say Felyn’s na aloud.

But the fact that she could talk about love with soone she liked—especially soone like Zervanie—made her feel genuinely happy.

Since the topic had co up, maybe it wouldn’t hurt to talk about her worries too.

“Miss Zervanie… have you ever been in love before?”

“No, I haven’t. But it sounds like sothing’s bothering you. Do you need advice?”

“It’s just… lately, I’ve been seeing other girls around him, and it’s made feel kind of uneasy…”

As soon as she said it, Zervanie fell silent.

Just monts ago, she had been ready to offer words of encouragent. But now, both girls were thinking of the sa person.

Dorothy thought of Adelina.

Zervanie thought of Viloti.

At the sa ti, they let out a quiet sigh.

“Don’t worry, Your Highness. You’re beautiful and adorable. I’m sure he’ll like you.”

Zervanie gently patted Dorothy’s shoulder, offering reassurance.

“Really?”

“Of course! And if another girl tries to take him from you, I’ll chase her away for you.”

Dorothy clearly brightened at those words. She leaned over and hugged Zervanie’s arm.

“If another girl shows up around the one you like, I’ll chase her away too!”

That was impossible, of course.

Just like a person couldn’t lift themselves off the ground, neither of them could chase themselves away from Felyn’s side.

But for now, the two lovely girls sat together in harmony, smiling and bonding.

“Oh, right—Miss Zervanie. I’m hosting a small banquet tonight. Nothing too formal, just a few people sharing food and chatting. It’ll be over quickly.”

Zervanie hesitated. She was a little tired from the show.

She was about to decline—until Dorothy ntioned a certain na.

“Felyn will be there.”

“Shall we go now?”

“Mm-hmm!”
