Shut Up, Young Lady, Obediently Hand Over The Money And Don't Confess! Chapter 5 : She's Watching Him Watching Her
Eastern Seiwa, Crescent Moon Station. The night wind was sowhat cool.
Felyn made a brief stop here while transferring buses for the third ti.
Because the popsicles here cost 2 crowns less than elsewhere.
Tonight's Adeline was like her left and right brain fighting each other, with neither side winning.
Exhausting.
Beautiful girls were really troubleso.
Felyn sat on the station's bench, waiting for the next bus.
The platform was always bustling, while the VIP area not far away was so quiet it seed like another world.
Several attendants silently hurried about, as if preparing for so important reception.
Looked like another noble had co to the station.
Recently, for Miss Viloti Silafiel's banquet, there were considerably more nobles coming and going than usual.
"What a grand affair," Felyn muttered to himself.
As Felyn turned back to look at the night sky, several attendants in the VIP area struggled to carry the Silafiel family's massive crest into the reception room.
"Daddy!"
A little girl with twin pigtails erged from the crowd. She set aside the rchandise rack hanging around her neck and hugged Felyn's leg tightly.
"Lina, I'm not your daddy."
Felyn patted the girl's head with a sowhat helpless smile.
His clients were scattered throughout Seiwa, requiring frequent station transfers, and over ti he'd beco familiar with Lina who sold things here.
"Where's that really pretty mommy with green eyes?"
"She hasn't co back yet."
Lina was referring to the client he'd escorted to the station last week.
Daiyi Orellian.
[Absolute beautiful girl]
[Fulfill all her demands and absolutely cannot leak conversations with her]
[Probably an important figure]
This was Felyn's client record for Daiyi.
When Felyn first received the assignnt, he thought this mysterious young lady was into BDSM.
BDSM wasn't impossible either, as long as the pay was right.
This world didn't have steel wool anyway—Felyn had specifically confird this point.
After contacting Daiyi, he discovered she was worse than being into BDSM.
Unlike Viloti's cold gaze, Daiyi was more like a lofty goddess, examining everyone in the world with absolutely rational eyes.
She even knew about all his other clients—whether Viloti, Adeline, or that recently super-popular idol and luxury goods rchant.
He had no privacy in front of her; everything felt completely seen through.
She greatly enjoyed watching Felyn navigate relationships with girls, sitting on her throne savoring her twisted amusent.
"What a sha. I wanted to see that pretty mommy again. When will she co back?"
"Next week."
Next week Daiyi would return to Seiwa, and his brief peaceful ti would end.
"Daddy looks so tired. Want a popsicle? I'll give you one."
Lina released Felyn's leg and struggled to open her small rack, which had a cheap cooling seal stuck to it.
"Thank you, Lina."
While Lina wasn't looking, Felyn stuffed 10 crowns into her rack.
"Next ti you co to pick up that pretty mommy, rember to find ! I want to see her again."
"Mm-hmm, of course. Lina's popsicles are the best at Crescent Moon Station."
Lina skipped away, her old patched skirt swaying gently with her movents.
A whistle pierced the night as the train pulled into the station.
Felyn quickly finished his popsicle and stood up from the bench—ti to head ho.
As he turned, he saw a familiar figure.
A cream-colored knee-length dress outlined graceful curves, with elegant blue patterns on the hem like cornflowers blooming in morning dew.
Pink hair was casually tied with a silver ribbon, with a few loose strands gently falling beside her ears. A scarf in matching tones was tied around her neck, adding a touch of lazy elegance.
Cute!
Viloti Silafiel.
The mont Felyn turned his head, he saw this young lady staring straight at him.
Who knew how long she'd been standing there!
She probably thought he'd followed her to the station again.
They were very close—close enough for Felyn to sll the faint fragrance of her hair. This scent, like dewdrops falling on petals, would definitely leave unforgettable mories in any boy's heart.
Viloti didn't speak. She was waiting for Felyn to explain.
Felyn knew Viloti was waiting for him to speak first, because that's how it always went. Every ti Viloti discovered him, Felyn would make up a bunch of excuses, then take the opportunity to express his true feelings.
In this aspect, they had a certain understanding.
"Good evening."
Felyn greeted her, only getting a nod in response.
"I'm going ho now. Goodbye."
Felyn waved and turned to leave.
Viloti tugged at her scarf, covering the corners of her mouth.
"You didn't co tonight."
"What?"
He stopped, as if hearing alien language.
"No cheese dew."
When Felyn learned that the cheese dew Viloti liked to drink couldn't be bought in Seiwa City, he researched countless materials and made it himself.
The process was very troubleso, but fortunately Viloti liked it.
Viloti rejected all of Felyn's gifts except the cheese dew.
So almost every afternoon, Felyn had to deliver cheese dew to Viloti.
Not only because Felyn needed to complete his simp mission, but this young lady really paid well—200 crowns per bottle!
The cheese dew only cost 5 crowns to make.
"Money. I'll give you money."
Viloti pulled out a pink unicorn-patterned wallet from her pocket and took out 1,000 crowns.
"About that... I won't be making it anymore."
"Eh?"
Viloti tilted her head slightly, her arm still in the motion of offering money.
"It's very troubleso to make, and it would cause trouble for Miss Viloti, wouldn't it?"
Hearing this, Viloti slowly clenched the money tightly, her arm dropping naturally.
She lowered her head, looking at Felyn's feet.
"I'll go first. It's getting late—I won't catch the last bus otherwise."
By the ti Viloti looked up, Felyn had long disappeared.
All around were blurred faces, like watercolors soaked by rain, saring into mottled patches under the lights.
Viloti silently put the money back in her wallet, looked in the direction Felyn had gone, and sighed.
She had co to the station to pick up her uncle's family visiting from abroad.
She ended up running into Felyn here, thinking he'd sohow found out the news again and wanted to "coincidentally" et her.
Her pink hair was tousled by the night wind, dancing in the air.
The post-rain wind was sowhat cool, and she instinctively hugged her arms.
Viloti saw the calm gentleness Felyn showed when facing that little girl.
She realized she'd never truly understood the real Felyn.
Or rather, Felyn had never given her a chance to understand his true self.
Felyn held the bus handrail, watching the colorful river of lights outside the window.
He felt that after ending Viloti's contract today, it was like toppling dominoes—his whole world had changed.
"Let's sleep early tonight."
Looking at his reflection in the glass passing through buildings, Felyn showed himself a smile tinged with fatigue.
Tomorrow he still had to participate in that joint hunting activity.
He also wanted to get into the Royal Capital academy and escape his current life.
No more reading clients' expressions, no more performing those false charades.
"Hopefully tomorrow will go smoothly."
