When the sisters t, they restarted their shopping. After hearing that Mr. Chen Huan had allowed her sisters to get whatever they wanted in the mall unpaid for today, she didn't know whether to get embarrassed. Yue Xuexia said, "Wait here! I'll go order." as she headed for the counter after settling her siblings at the open table within the cafe.
The interior of the café was simple yet elegant. Two long tables were aligned. These tables look similar to the long ones from the library, which are free for groups or individuals to sit together. This corner is usually occupied by custors coming in large groups. There are also so circular tables scattered throughout the area.
The interior of the cafe is air-conditioned, and it was centralized for the custors to share. The smoking area is located just outside the store. There are large umbrellas on each table, which have a secure shade even if the sun is all up in the middle of the day. The trees nearby the store's other entrance were enough to keep the smoking area shaded and free from direct sunlight. Smokers can openly smoke a stick cigarette in this area.
The three sisters were staying in the non-smoking area. Once Yue Xuexia got their orders, she returned to their tables and placed their drinks and cakes on them. Her two sisters started enjoying the cold drink, which lessened a bit of their fatigue and happily devoured the cake.
Yue Jixia rembered Mr. Chen giving them the car key saying her sister's assistant sent it over.
"Dajie, Uncle Chen said to pass this car key to you. He had also sent people to send our things to your car."

A fully furnished mansion or do you want to design it ourselves?" asked Yue Xuexia.
Yue Jixia comnted, "No one is an architect in our family. We should just buy an already built one. Let's look for one which can let us choose house structures."
"If we leave, what would happen to our current house?" asked Yue Ruxia.
Yue Xuexia answered, "We grew up there. I want to keep it as it is. I will have soone look after it when it is fully repaired. But it's better to ask papa what he planned to do about our current house. For the new one, I will ask my assistant to find a good location for the already built houses and send us the pictures for both exterior and interior. As a mama, to choose with us which is better."
"Good Idea!" said the two sisters.

This happened after they sent the sisters to the Marigold Mall. They went back to their district and looked for a famous place for the reconstruction of houses. At first, Mama Yue and Papa Yue were reluctant to go to this place. They are just going to ask for roof repairs, and Jade Construction was famous for their work quality and fast repairs in their district, but at the sa ti, the service fee for it was all expensive.
Mama Yue looked at her husband and asked, "Are you really going to this place? Isn't the service here so expensive?"
"But this place is the only one who could repair the roof in just a day. Though Xue'er said not to make huge changes in the house since we are planning to buy a new one, it is still better to get it done as soon as possible," replied Papa Yue.

If Yue Xuexia is here, he would have recognized this salesman as Ru Lanyu, her best friend's boyfriend nad Chen Yun.
Once Mama Yue and Papa Yue entered the Jade Construction store Chen Yun bowed his head to welco them.
Chen Yun recognized this couple. The last ti his girlfriend slept over at her best friend's house, he greeted them lightly when he dropped by their house to pick up Ru Lanyu. Of course, the couple can't recognize him but he does and so he treated them amiably as his girlfriend truly loves her best friend as her own family. He unconsciously treated the Yue couple as a relative.
"Welco to our store. Please let help you. I am Chen Yun. I will help you within my ans."
Mama Yue felt the kindness this young man is showing them, even Papa Yue could help by feeling relief seeing this salesman didn't shoo them out.
"Mah~ such a handso man. Are you single? I have three daughters if you..."

I will do my best to help you with it." said Chen Yun with a professional smile as if he is used to this kind of joke for his custors. Though he wasn't as handso as the artists or idols in the entertainnt world, his honest smile still gave him a plus when conquering middle-aged ladies.
The old Yue couple followed him to the table at the store. Chen Yun made sure that this kind couple wouldn't notice the disdain coming from his coworkers. After seating at the table the old couple started telling Chen Yun their problems.
"Actually, our humble house's roof was leaking. We wanted to ask a few carpenters to repair it all before the sun set today. The materials you can provide and tally us the price. We can pay the full price down paynt if needed. But the requirent is to repair the roof within this day." said Papa Yue.
Chen Yun almost lost his smile but honestly inford the couple about the high service of ho repairs of their store.
"Sir, Madam, I hope this doesn't offend you. Please don't be angry because ho service repair is the most expensive service in our store. Each carpenter would require a down-paynt of 1,000 rmb at least and after they saw the problem there would be a different price to pay for estimation. If the materials would be provided by us as well the total bill would at least reach 10,000 rmb. Would you still like to avail this service?" explained Chen Yun.
Mama Yue smiled at him and said, "Good child. You are indeed very kind. When you didn't kick us out of the store the mont we entered we knew you are a person that doesn't treat people based on how they look."
"Don't worry. We can afford it. We just want to get the repair as soon as possible. At least to finish the repair before our daughters got ho." said Papa Yue.
Mama Yue said, "Tally the down-paynt. We will pay it fully including your service fee for this whole day."
"Here is my card. The password is 160513," said Papa Yue. He used the days his daughters were born as passwords.
Yue Xuexia was born on Feb 16. Yue Jixia on Jan 05 and August 13 for Yue Ruxia.
Chen Yun gave up and accepted Papa Yue's card.
"Then... Please wait for here for a mont. I would get you the breakdown of your bill." said Chen Yun.
Mama Yue said, "Go, we can wait here."
When Chen Yun went to the counter his coworkers wanted to ask him about the orders of the poor-looking custors. Chen Yun chose to ignore them and asked the manager for permission to supervise this order.
Chen Yun spoke, "Manager, I wanted to supervise this order. It's my relatives. I wanted to use my employee's discount for it."
"A family mber? Then go ahead. Write the breakdown fee and I would notarize it for you," said the Manager thinking that it wasn't a big order as he thought.

"Sure. Is it your relatives?"
"Yes."
"But this is a customized ho service commission your employee discount cannot be used for this."
