No one knows where these rumors began, but the attacks that have happened outside the capital in the na of the swarm have brought people’s concerns up.

Nevertheless, Lud has received reports of people missing for work more often than not. The cause of which is not yet certain, but the ninth battalion has reported people becoming sexual deviants for unknown reasons.

The surveillance system has brought one place that needed investigating, and Tear wanted to go see personally what it was about.

Tear sees people coming and going from one building in the capital Portalule in the kingdom of Artisstonis.

Ever since the agreent with Tiara that Elysium would assist the Nous empire to find a solution to the corrupted land, the ninth battalion has gotten busy in the lower realm.

Tear has few agents that serve the empire with her to make sure there won’t be any political misunderstandings. One of the agents asks Tear "Should we infiltrate the building? It has beco abundantly clear that people who co out of that building seem fatigued yet satisfied."

Then another agent says to Tear "According to the docunts of the city, this building is not marked as a business. But the coming and going of this building seem to indicate that so sort of deals are happening inside."

Tear says "According to our mole, they seem to be just a building that people hang around in, but once I checked their mories, it beca clear that they have been tampered with sohow."

The first agent says "What on earth are they doing there?"

Tear says "I don’t know. Let’s investigate. Ruth, find an alternative way inside and investigate. and Poli will go through the main entrance."

anwhile Ruth got to an office where there didn’t appear to be any people at the mont. She had to use equipnt from Elysium to see in the dark as she went through so paperwork.

Ruth doesn’t find anything incriminating at first, but then she finds a paper that says

Ruth takes a picture of the unsent letter with the device given to her by Elysium’s fourth battalion. And with a communication device, she calls Tear and tells her not to drink anything they give there.

Tear almost drank one of the drinks, but the ssage that Ruth sent her saved her. Poli generally doesn’t want to drink anything in front of people, so she avoided it like it was the most natural thing to do.

Tear has managed to make a few discoveries. One is that the person who owns the building is currently not there. Second is that all people near the building are under the influence of sothing that she blas is thanks to the parasite Ruth ntioned. Three is that they don’t gain anything by staying there any longer since the place is basically a glorified sex house.

Tear says that they are leaving and Ruth leaves without issue. Tear and Poli on the other hand are stopped by another guard who says "You don’t seem to be one of our custors. What is your business here really?"

To which Tear says honestly "We just ca to see what all the fuss was about and we want to leave now."

The guard says "Unfortunately I can’t let you leave since you are acting mighty suspicious."

To this, Tear just binds the guard for a mont and says to Poli "Co. We are leaving."

The guard from the outside stops Tear for a mont, but Tear’s quick reflexes manage to dodge him and completely bind him like the guard before him.

Then the three convene at a eting place and think about their next step. Poli suggests "We should inform the king and queen about the plot."

Tear responds "That might be a little early since all we have is a picture of a letter. Even though the picture has a clear signature, that Bill fellow can just claim forgery."

Ruth says "I agree with Poli that we should inform the king and queen about the plot against the crown. Our lady trusts those two, so I don’t think that they would take it lightly if we gave them what we have now."

Tear says "Since you two are more familiar with how things work, I’ll trust your judgnt."

The building gets raided by the kingdom’s guards so ti after the report was made. Many others like it were done throughout the kingdom.

Due to so political troubles, there were issues dealing with other countries that had the sa problem given that so of them had invaded what was now being branded as a cult of Hedonism.

The information that Tear managed to gather from the cult mbers made her conclude that not only was this cult responsible for making people indulge in sexual urges, but it also made many people overindulge on earthly pleasures, such as food and drinks.

There were also people who have suddenly beco rich in a short period of ti in all the realms, the source of which was uncertain, but Tifa concluded that it must be connected to the parasites and the cult.

Tifa told Lud "If you want to keep your people safe, you should be more careful of who you let into Elysium. If we just let anyone enter, the cult will surely have its grasp over us. Of course, I’ll make sure that no parasites enter your body, but I won’t extend this service to others."

Tifa says "I understand." And looks directly at Raet’s golden eyes. Raet can feel a furry coming from Tifa, but strangely, Tifa gives a calm look at her.

Tifa says "How would you choose to die, spawn of the swarm?"

Then another person’s voice says "Let take care of it."

Tifa and Lud look at the source of the voice, and they see a tall masked man in front of them.

Raet says "My lord, they..."

Nesis says "Enough talk Raet. You have done well to make the child of Maumar so mad that she uses her possession to take over you for the most part."

Nesis extends his hand to Tifa and says "My great na is Nesis and I’m the Swarm King. I ask you this, o blood child of Maumar, to join my search for the absolute finale of this world. With your power, I’ll..."

Tifa cuts him off and says "No. Go fuck yourself."

Nesis is a bit taken back, but he keeps talking "I’m sure you want vengeance for the one who brought you so much suffering. I’m sure you harbor deep seeded hatred towards your father. If you lend your hand, I’ll..."

Tifa cuts him off again and says "You deaf or sothing? I said ’No’ and ’Go fuck yourself’. If you don’t stop harassing and my dear, I’ll make sure your life will be a living hell."

Nesis pauses for a mont and eventually starts laughing hysterically. As he laughs, Lud puts in and asks "What’s so funny?"

Nesis then says "You... You really think there is a chance for you to make regret my choices? You... and what army? Just like Maumar and the archon are unable to kill you, you cannot kill either. Haah...

Then Raet attacks Nesis and cuts off the hand that feeds her.

Raet looks terrified after this and says "I... I-I didn’t an to do it my king! That bitch made ..."

Nesis looks only slightly annoyed and says "Silence cur." Raet doesn’t dare to say another word.

Nesis then proceeds to regrow his right arm that was cut off in an instant and then say "I’ll take this as a maybe, blood child of Maumar. I believe that in ti, you will see my line of thinking and join in my hunt for the end. As of this worm..."

Nesis grabs a hold of Raet with his hand, opens his mouth and starts to close the distance between Raet and his jaws.

Raet pleads for rcy as she says "Please my lord! I’ll do anything! I’ll be a good girl and never hurt you again! Just please let live! Please!"

Then Nesis suddenly stops as he thinks of sothing. He closes his mouth and looks Raet directly in the eyes as he says "If you say so. A punishnt befitting of your cri shall be handed out. A punishnt where you beco pregnant with my child."

Raet has a worried look as she says "But my king, if you do that then my instincts... they will..."

Nesis finishes Raet’s sentence by saying "Force you to eat my head?" With that, Nesis gets a sinister smile that cos out as a crack in his mask representing a smile.

Raet realizes what Nesis is planning and says "No... No, my king! Please just kill ! Just..."

Nesis says "No. You will bear my child and go through the pregnancy without acting on your instinct."

Raet pleads "No. No! Just kill instead!"

Nesis says "Your ancestor, the first sin carrier of lust, was the one that instilled her descendants of the fear of the pain that she was forced to bear. You will face the sa kind of pain that your ancestor did as maggots keep eating your cut off limbs as they regenerate."

Raet is crying now and says "I... I don’t want to... I’ll just..."

And so Nesis leaves through a portal.

Lud collapses after that and Tifa is there to catch him. Tifa gives Lud words of comfort after what was basically a rape. Inside, Tifa hopes that Raet will suffer.

The arachne follow Nesis’ command and take Raet away.

Then Nesis says "I hope that the ga you three started hasn’t ended just because one of you has to take a break."

A man says to Nesis "Of course, my sire. I’ll make sure that the cult will function as is. This I swear as the king of Cryzalin empire."

Nesis says "Good. You and her have ti until Ill decides to let loose on the chosen tiline."

The man says "As you wish. Glory to the Swarm and its King." And the man promptly leaves.

Nesis mutters to himself "O blood child of Maumar. How I wish that we will bring the end to this world as we know it. But perhaps... the failure in Raet’s part is a blessing in disguise. Maybe... maybe if and lady Zolotifa make a child of our own... yes... the whole thing could produce a child capable of going against Maumar himself."

Nesis gives a sinister chuckle and says "I can’t wait for you to co to . My dear lady Zolotifa."
