This mountain range looks as if it’s been sculpted—its peaks take on the shape of a Buddha’s visage.

A layer of golden light shrouds the mountain, preventing any creature from approaching.

Countless Bloodthirsty Taotie are blocked outside, unable to advance even an inch.

But this array won’t be so easy when it cos to stopping Chang’sheng.

Nobody knows Grand Arrays better than Chang’sheng.

All it takes is getting to entry level, then using the panel’s simplify function to max it out to perfection.

By that point, breaking this array will be child’s play.

[Buddha Light Evil Suppression Array Entry Level!]

An hour later, Chang’sheng had studied the Grand Array to entry level already.

[Detected Buddha Light Evil Suppression Array. Spend 3,000 Immortal Crystals to simplify?]

Next second, the panel’s upgrade notification popped up, but right now, Chang’sheng didn’t have any Immortal Crystals left.

If he did, Ghost Shadow Celestial Vault Step and Three Thousand Thunder Fla Arrow Technique wouldn’t still be stuck at entry level—none of them have been simplified to perfection yet.

Still, even at entry level, thanks to years of experience simplifying arrays, Chang’sheng worked out an array-breaking technique.

"This array has 69 foundation points, 2 array plates, and a single array hub—the hub is the only gateway in and out. Find that array hub, and you’re inside in no ti!"

Chang’sheng mused, then set out to locate the array hub.

After so searching, Chang’sheng discovered that the hub was actually inside the Buddha’s mouth at the mountain peak.

Chang’sheng instantly tore through the air, heading straight for the Grand Array.

Sure enough, this ti the array didn’t block Chang’sheng at all—he entered smoothly, no trouble at all.

He soon arrived inside the cave residence.

The cave was spacious, at least half the size of a football field.

The rock wall was covered with countless characters, densely packed and intricate.

At the center of the cave stood a stone platform. On the platform sat a stone table, and atop the table, only one artifact.

An ancient bronze mirror, covered in a thick layer of dust, and nothing else.

This did surprise Chang’sheng—it seed this cave didn’t contain all of the World-Ending Buddha’s treasures.

He figured they must have been split up across several locations.

Chang’sheng stepped forward, planning to touch the ancient bronze mirror.

Bzzzz—

The next mont, a golden beam shot out from the bronze mirror, knocking Chang’sheng back several steps.

The golden light gathered in midair, condensing into a human figure.

"Buddha’s Residual Thought?"

Chang’sheng could tell at a glance—the figure looked exactly like the World-Ending Buddha.

"Kid, you’ve got good luck, finding my fleshly body. That ans fate brought you here. Even though I’m dead, my life’s work cannot be lost. If you agree to one thing for , I’ll teach you the Six-Ard Technique, how about it?"

Buddha’s Residual Thought looked at Chang’sheng as he spoke.

"Six-Ard Technique?"

Chang’sheng was stunned at those words.

Could it be that by cultivating the Six-Ard Technique, he’d grow six arms like the World-Ending Buddha?

This immortal technique was seriously amazing—every extra arm, that’s extra strength!

"Exactly. Are you willing?"

Buddha’s Residual Thought asked again.

"That depends—what do you need to do?"

Chang’sheng wouldn’t blindly agree.

"It’s nothing difficult, just avenge ."

Buddha’s Residual Thought said it lightly, but for Chang’sheng right now, it was far from simple.

Whoever could kill the World-Ending Buddha had to be at least a Tribulation Crossing Stage powerhouse.

Might even be an immortal.

Chang’sheng’s current cultivation isn’t worth a second glance to such people.

"Who was it?"

Chang’sheng was curious—soone who could kill a Tribulation Crossing expert, what kind of cultivation did they have?

"Demon Corpse Sect!"

Hatred flashed in the Buddha’s Residual Thought’s eyes.

If he hadn’t been so careless back then, no way would he have let so small fry kill him.

"Demon Corpse Sect?"

Chang’sheng muttered to himself. Could the Immortal Realm have Demon Sect forces too?

But thinking about it, it made sense—if the Righteous Dao has strong cultivators ascend to the Immortal Realm, why wouldn’t the Demon Dao?

"That’s right. The patriarch of Demon Corpse Sect, Jiu Zhihe. We agreed not to use immortal treasures when we sparred, but he resorted to trickery. If you’re willing to avenge , I’ll teach you the Six-Ard Divine Technique. How’s that sound?"

Recalling it, Buddha’s Residual Thought was filled with rage.

He might’ve been called the World-Ending Buddha, but he was still a monk—and monks never lie. He promised not to use immortal treasures, and he stuck to it.

Who’d have guessed the other guy would go back on his word, pulling a cheap sneak attack.

In the end, he was gravely wounded and defeated—finally succumbing to his injuries here, perishing in this place.

"Once I’ve got the strength for it, I’ll definitely get justice for you, senior!"

Chang’sheng agreed without hesitation—after all, the guy was Demon Sect, and taking him out later would be no bad thing for Chang’sheng either.

"Good. Very good. I can tell you’re a genius, kid. One day, you’ll master the Six-Ard Technique to its peak!"

As he finished speaking, Buddha’s Residual Thought turned into a beam of golden light and shot into Chang’sheng’s sea of consciousness.

The next instant, Chang’sheng could feel a new cultivation technique manifest in his mind.

He imdiately closed his eyes to accept it.

[Six-Ard Divine Technique Entry Level!]

Half an hour later, the golden light faded, and Chang’sheng had cultivated the Six-Ard Divine Technique to entry level.

"At perfection, this Six-Ard Divine Technique really lets you grow six arms!"

Chang’sheng couldn’t help but marvel aloud.

Of course, it wasn’t a permanent six arms—in battle, he could conjure them at will.

"Hell yeah! Doesn’t that an just one is like three? Six hands, each wielding a Heaven-Reaching Immortal Treasure—who could possibly stand against ?"

Chang’sheng was fired up.

He already held several treasures, and once he fused them all, upgrading them to Heaven-Reaching Immortal Treasures wouldn’t be a problem at all.

The idea of six Heaven-Reaching Immortal Treasures attacking in unison had Chang’sheng almost trembling with excitent.

[Detected Six-Ard Divine Technique. Spend 10,000 Immortal Crystals to simplify?]
