Before anyone could see who it was, Zhao Shuang’Er was caught unawares—seized by the neck in an iron grip.

Hou Shaojie snapped coldly.
This girl was Lin Chang’sheng’s maid; if anything happened to her, Lin Chang’sheng would definitely lose it.

Zhou Qibai recognized instantly—this guy was from the Celestial Nether Sword Sect.

When Lin Chang’sheng closed in on the cavern, he saw the entire passage crawling with Fire Bats, flitting about and screeching horribly.

As Lin Chang’sheng’s footsteps approached, countless Fire Bats instantly sprang up, rising together in a raging fiery swarm aid right at him.
"Die!"
Lin Chang’sheng slamd his palm forward—his powerful Palm Seal surging with the force of the Undying Dragon Fla.
The flas exploded, morphing the Palm Seal into a gigantic burning hand, with a surge of Divine Dragon aura woven throughout.

When the fla hit the storm of bats, the Undying Dragon Fla devoured them instantly, transforming them into fire motes that dispersed into nothing.
Not even ashes left behind.
"What a tyrannical Dragon Fla!"
Lin Chang’sheng marveled inwardly—this Dragon Fla could erase any creature without a trace.
The original Undying Fla could only slowly eat away and bore through creatures.
With a single strike, Lin Chang’sheng wiped out most of the bats. The rest constantly tried to attack but were incinerated by the flas, erased from existence.
No longer impeded by Fire Bats, Lin Chang’sheng charged ahead.
Soon, he passed through a narrow tunnel and erged into a vast chamber, radiant as dayti itself.
Many disciples had gathered here, likely coming from other tunnels.
Every disciple bore so wounds, proving how brutal the Demon Cave’s passageways were.
Sure enough, every corridor had Demon Beasts blocking the way.
Lin Chang’sheng scanned the area but saw no trace of Xiang Tian or Zhao Shuang’Er.
