Ugh...what happened? Where am I?
I sat up with groggy groan, rubbing my head as I looked around. What is this place? It looks like an alley.
Did I hit my head or sothing?
Wait, that’s right...I fired off an explosion, that triggered so kind of rift, everything got bright and overwhelming, and then...I don’t know, it’s fuzzy after that.
I think I fell...yeah, I vaguely rember the back of my head hitting sothing.
Oh, yup, that must be what happened...there are a few cracks on the ground, and the back of my head feels a bit damp. Mhm, that’s blood.
Feels like I’ve already healed, so I must have been out for at least a few minutes. But, uh...where am I?
Are the others pranking or sothing?
Also, sothing feels a bit...off. Like, as if there’s sothing in that wasn’t there before. What is this feeling?
Hm...for starters, think I should get out this alley, it kinda stinks in here.
I dabbed the blood on the back of my head with my sleeve as I headed for the entrance of the alley, stepping out and-...huh?
Wait, what is this? This place, it looks like a sothing out of a bygone era, like, I don’t know, a few centuries ago or sothing?
History isn’t really my strong suit.
Hm, lot of people staring at . Uh, why are they staring at my chest? My boobs aren’t that big, and my top isn’t the least bit revealing, so-...no, wait, I think it’s my neck they’re looking at, why-...?
Huh? The hell is this? A collar?
"Over there! Those strange clothes, and an Enslavent Collar, that must be one of the summoned Heroes!"
"Quick, get her!"
"It’s another woman, what in the world went wrong with the ritual this ti?"
"Uh, hi? Sorry, mind explaining the situation? I’m kinda lost here and-...," I began.
"Silence. I command you to get on your knees, wench!"
What the fuck-...?
Before I could finish my thought, I found myself forced onto my knees, my eyes widening in bewildernt. I began to try and get back up, before stiffening as I felt a sharp pain erupt around my neck.
Sh-Shit, that hurts...!
One of them said sothing about an Enslavent Collar, is this...?
And sothing about summoned Heroes...wait, hold on, did we...did we get pulled into a whole different world?!
"D-Damn it...!" I growled as I tried to get back up, before gasping sharply as the pain around my neck intensified.
"It’s no use, resist all you want, but it’s futile. The more you struggle, the more pain you’ll feel," One of them inford , as they all surrounded .
C-Co on, you’ve gotta be shitting , this is-...!
Huh?
Suddenly, my right hand shot up, as if Fragor was moving on its own. It grabbed the collar, tightening its grasp before the collar shattered to pieces and fell off my neck, the pain fading.
"What the...?!"
"This one too?!"
"Quickly, subdue her by force, do not let her get away!"
"Get away? Why would I run from the likes of you? Don’t insult , you fucking assholes. I’LL BLAST YOU TO PIECES!!!" I roared furiously, before unleashing a devastating eruption of explosive energy all around , cries of pain ringing out before promptly being drowned out as my explosion expanded with imnse force, carving out a deep, wide crater all around .
The entire area rumbled violently, deep cracks spreading out across the ground as the force of the blast shattered the windows of the surrounding buildings.
I let out a slow exhale as the explosion began to peter out, thick clouds of dust rising up all around , before slowly starting to clear.
Alright, who’s next? Huh?
Wait, did I kill all of them in one go?
Uh...yeah, maybe that was a bit much. I was just really pissed off and felt the need to let off a massive explosion to calm down, but I might have overdone it just a little bit.
Probably should’ve kept a couple of them alive to interrogate, I could really use an explanation as to what’s going on here.
Based on what they said, it sounds like the others are here too, wherever this is. Should I go looking for them?
Hm...searching blindly might not be the best idea here, I have no idea where I am, let alone where to even start looking.
In that case, maybe my best option is to stay right here. That explosion was pretty hefty, I bet the others at least heard it.
And even if they didn’t, I bet more of the guys who attacked will show up. If and when that happens, I gotta be careful not to kill all of them, need to show so restraint.
I glanced around the area, before a nearby shop caught my eye. I can’t read the language on the storefront sign, but it looks like they’re selling scrolls.
Ooh, maybe it’s so kind of different form of Magic unique to this world! Maybe they have their own kind of Explosion Magic too!
Alright, let’s check it out!
Should be a good way to kill so ti while I wait for soone to show up, be it friend or foe.
As I strolled into the shop, a whimper rang out from behind the counter, a young woman peering out fearfully.
Oops, guess she saw my explosion and thinks I’m here to blow the place up.
"Hey, relax, I’m not gonna hurt you. This might sound crazy, but I’m from a different world, and I have no clue about anything in this world," I remarked with a smile, in an attempt to put her at ease.
"W-Wait, you’re a summoned Hero? I-I didn’t know won could be Heroes..."
"Huh, now that you ntion it, those guys I blasted were saying so pretty sexist crap. Well, whatever. Tell about these scrolls you’ve got in here. What do they do? Are they Magic scrolls? How do they work? Do you have any that explode?" I inquired curiously, as I looked around the store in fascination.
