Haru didn't wear a shirt during the night since he felt unfortable sleeping while wearing clothes. He felt that during sleep everyone should be liberated to something known as clothes. However, he hadn't slept yet and he was wearing his pants at that moment. He used his light magic to cover the tattoo on his body since it would make him too fierce. He sat down on the edge of his bed and asked, "What's wrong?"
Sayo sat down on the edge of the bed right next to Haru and wasn't sure what to say when he asked this question to her. She wanted to ask what he felt when she went back to her village. She wanted to say something, but her face turned red when she saw his body. "Why don't you wear your shirt?"
"I'm going to sleep," Haru answered with an obvious expression. He put his shirt on the table and wore it to make her feel fortable. "You're going to go tomorrow, right? Isn't it better for you to sleep early?"
Sayo raised her eyebrow and asked, "You... You don't feel anything?"
Haru smiled bitterly and said, "Do you want me to stop you?"

Sayo wanted to nod at this moment, but she couldn't do it when she heard his words.

Sometimes the girl's mind is very creative when it es to the guy they have an interest in.
Haru sighed inwardly when this girl asked him about the question of his status. Frankly, he had used the identity of Esdeath's husband to smooth his career, but he also knew that he was walking on thin ice. Once it was broken then he would be dead, and the only thing that he could do was to conquer the Empire with force.
However, he didn't want to do that. He wanted to try to do a civilized way without causing too much sacrifice.
That was why he needed to lie thoroughly and he definitely wouldn't tell anyone that he was lying.
He nodded and said, "Yes, I'm Esdeath's husband."
"But you're too young! Did she force you to bee her husband?" Sayo asked with concern.
If Sayo was living in 21 century, then Haru would think that this girl had watched a lot of drama on the television.
Haru shook his head and said, "No, I'm not being forced, and I might be too young, but it isn't that strange to marry when you're young."

Sayo for the first time might understand the reason why this guy had bee the husband of Esdeath. Her face was reddish while looking at him shyly. "I - I don't want to have any regrets..." She looked at him and said, "W - We might not see each other again in the future, that's why...."
Haru would be a fool if he didn't understand what this girl was saying. He didn't let her finish her words and let his action to answer everything.
"Haru, I like you..."
Haru knew even though he might be lying he also needed to say the same thing since it might cause the girl to feel unfortable. "I also like you, Sayo..."
They didn't say anything afterward and kept dancing at midnight.
