Now reading: Chapter 188: The Use of Information and Merit from Skill Extraction: Exploring Dungeons, a Game novel by Drink Coke.

In the inn, Kane looked at the dungeon information in his hand.

Besides the general introduction he saw before, there was also so detailed information on determining forces and each ti phase in the back.

This was collected from people who have cleared the "Demon Valley" in the past two years, based on their experiences.

In all the world’s dungeons, area-type dungeons are the most common, whereas historical silhouette-type dungeons are rare.

This dungeon, although not classified as a Copper Red Mark dungeon, has a difficulty level that fluctuates greatly. With bad luck, it’s akin to a Silver Red Mark. With good luck, its difficulty might be just a notch higher than a Copper Red Mark.

Kane had no confidence that his luck helped with the dungeon’s difficulty randomness.

After all, past experiences showed that since he started exploring dungeons, none have been easy to pass.

Given he wore the Mist Warrior Badge, even if so dungeons lacked personal intent, they instinctively increased difficulty for Kane.

Isn’t this also a form of favoritism from the mist?

It seems he must prepare for the hardest difficulty.

ntal defense wasn’t lacking in his team, rather it overflowed. Whether in skills, equipnt, or racial traits, Kane Squad’s resistance to ntal and psychological damage was formidable.

As for Fla System damage defense, his squad didn’t have focused defenses on that, or so it seed.

Longbei’s Origin Skills, after sublimation, provided exaggerated resistance to flas. Others indeed lacked this, and it needed attention.

Thinking of this, Kane pressed on the Ruby Lapel Pin on his collar, infusing it with magic power.

"Kane?" izike’s weak voice appeared in Kane’s ear.

Once confird connected, Kane said, "It’s , izike. I have a task for you; see if you can complete it."

"Okay."

"Can you formulate enhancent potions for the squad to resist flas? This concerns our exploration of the next dungeon."

"I can."

"Good, I’ll leave it to you then."

"Mm."

At the first thought of fla resistance, Kane thought of izike. If he couldn’t formulate it, Kane would find equipnt or other ways.

But since izike assured it was doable, his silent nature wouldn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. Since he accepted, it must be possible.

The last aspect was dealing with evil damage, which Kane and his squad didn’t lack. Holy Light Attribute damage was devastating to the Undead System, their natural enemy.

Against all evil, it provided extra damage above normal damage, qualifying as counter-evil damage.

Kane continued studying other noteworthy aspects within the entire dungeon.

The historical silhouette-type dungeon lacked an exit option mid-way. To ensure safety, magic items to exit the dungeon were necessary.

Kane’s team didn’t lack this. The Town Recall Scroll bought during the Wraith Tomb Group clear hadn’t been used yet.

However, this dungeon had allied force units, unlike others where all creatures and explorers were hostile.

This offered so logistical support, not entirely reliable, but it certainly was an alternate retreat.

At the end of the docunts was a map of the entire dungeon, as this dungeon lacked regional randomness.

Looking at the map, Kane noted its area rivaled the "Gobi Ruins".

After reviewing all the information, it was ingrained in Kane’s mind because he had switched his Skill Grid to "Fast Reading".

Storing the docunts in his space equipnt, Kane stood, stretched, and lay on Cotton Candy, contemplating while staring at the ceiling.

His mind still felt unease.

No, he must exchange his rits now for equipnt that covers his weakness, either boosting his total magic power or magic recovery speed.

With this in mind, Kane quickly stood to leave, saying, "Cotton Candy, stay here in the room and don’t wander off."

It was just early afternoon, and there were fewer people at the Explorer’s House now than at noon.

Adoma, seeing Kane return, asked in confusion, "What’s going on? Didn’t you just co here at noon?"

Kane, not wasting words, approached and handed her the silver card: "I want to exchange this rit for a piece of Silver Equipnt."

Though unsure why Kane suddenly decided, Adoma still needed to perform her duties.

She crouched down, searching beneath the counter, soon pulling out a thin booklet.

"This contains the equipnt we can provide for you soon. See if there’s anything you need," she said, opening the booklet and handing it to Kane.

Kane took it and began looking through it carefully.

From this roster, it was evident the council’s depth, with equipnt covering nearly all attributes, making it hard not to find what one needed in attributes or styles.

It noted equipnt customization to fit the user’s race, showing great consideration.

With simple descriptions of these items, each was top-notch, rare in the outside world, or required a fortune to buy.

Seeing these, Kane’s eyes nearly darted everywhere, almost wishing for them all to outfitting himself with top gear, becoming invincible at his level.

But it was just wishful thinking.

After a long search, Kane finally found one that seed perfectly suited for him.

"Tear of the Lake Lady": Necklace accessory, with attributes providing magic recovery speed and total magic power. It also includes a magic recovery skill.

Seeing the description, Kane couldn’t resist the urge to see the item in person.

He inford Adoma of his choice.

"This piece is right here, follow ," she said.

With that, Adoma led Kane to the third floor of the Explorer’s House.

Knocking on an ornate door.

Then pushing it open.

A neatly dressed middle-aged man, bent over a desk writing sothing, looked up as they entered, recognizing them as Nando.

"Adoma, and Mr. Kane, long ti no see," he greeted.

Kane politely returned the greeting.

Adoma stepped forward, explaining Kane’s exchange request for Silver Equipnt with his rit.

Listening, Nando knowingly nodded, "You can return to work; I’ll personally assist Mr. Kane."
