Now reading: Chapter 467 - 432: What is called a lucky person from Skill Extraction: Exploring Dungeons, a Game novel by Drink Coke.

The golden twilight cast its glow through the window onto the nearby wooden patterned desk.

Taking advantage of the sunlight, Kane couldn’t help but look up from reading at the desk.

The twilight sun was still a bit dazzling, causing Kane to squint slightly.

The crack stretching across the sky and the broken void weren’t entirely without benefits.

At least they allowed the sun to emit warm, normal light.

Rather than the orange-yellow evil light that looked like a fire.

Hearing the sound of horse hooves nearby, Kane turned to look.

"Kreya, you’re awake. Aren’t you going to sleep a bit longer?"

Kreya shook her head slightly, "No need. Given my current constitution, a little sleep is enough."

"What’s wrong?" Kreya looked at Kane’s constant smiling and staring, curiously asking.

Kane said nothing, just kept looking at her, then spoke to Rosalie behind him.

"Rosalie, you go ahead and do your work."

Rosalie nodded knowingly, transforming into white mist and drifted away.

Kane shifted to the side and then took a cushion from his space equipnt, placing it beside the desk, and waved to Kreya.

Kreya walked over slowly and sat beside Kane.

The twilight glow shone on Kreya’s face, her smooth red hair shimring with a brilliant light.

Accentuating Kreya’s beautiful and refined features.

Looking at Kane’s intense gaze, Kreya finally couldn’t bear it, slightly averting her eyes.

A blush quickly spread from the roots of her ears to her cheeks.

Kane extended his left hand to hold Kreya’s delicate and smooth palm.

Kreya, who had practiced martial arts since childhood, had no calluses on her palms, resembling baby skin, soft and smooth.

Perhaps this was another benefit of her increasing skills.

Kane held her hand, his fingers intertwining with Kreya’s, holding tightly.

Kreya’s fingers curled slightly, also gripping Kane tightly.

Carefully observing Kreya’s face, slightly turned in the golden light.

Kane reached his right hand over gently, placing it against her face.

Her delicate white hand ca up, pressing against Kane’s hand, her exquisite and tender face slightly leaning towards his hand.

Looking at Kreya’s blushing face and her watery eyes.

Unable to resist anymore, Kane applied gentle pressure, turning Kreya’s face towards him.

Kreya’s gaze seed to draw in his soul.

Suddenly, Kane leaned his head forward.

The golden twilight outside appeared to focus, shining on this most beautiful mont.

Various lanterns casually stopped in corners of the room.

Perhaps their common point was that they could just see the desk basked in golden sunlight from so angle in the hall.

At this mont, at the sloping edge of the second-floor stairs.

izike tightly pressed his two hands against Longbei’s mouth.

His other two hands were not idle, pressing against a Little Fairy’s face.

As the golden sunlight ceased to shine on the desk.

Kane, back in his seat, licking his lips, looked at Kreya with a slight blush.

"When we go back, I’ll talk to your parents."

Upon hearing Kane’s words, Kreya’s face grew even more flushed, bowing her head slightly.

A sound as thin as a mosquito ca through.

"Okay."

Seemingly unable to continue in this shy atmosphere, Kreya suddenly stood up.

The force was quite strong.

Causing the room’s lanterns to wobble slightly and stairs creaked silently.

But Kreya, now shy to the point of feeling feverish, completely unaware of these disturbances.

Muttering nervously.

"I’ll... I’ll go... cook..."

With that, she quickly left the stone house, running towards the outside camp.

Because there was no kitchen in the stone house, if one wanted to cook seriously, they had to go to the outdoor cafeteria at the camp.

At this mont, three different colored lanterns flew out through the open door.

The other lanterns silently passed through the surrounding walls, disappearing from view, and then the room suddenly beca lively again.

The previously empty room suddenly had several ghost maids darting around, their faces expressionless as they cleaned the room.

Kane was now too relaxed to care about it. He was stretching his arms straight, lying on the desk, facing downward.

"Hehe!"

A series of silly laughter echoed.

One could see Kane lying on the desk, swaying slightly.

Lilulu flew down from the stairway, hovering beside Kane, watching his silly antics.

"What’s up, Kane?"

Kane, who was daydreaming with a silly smile, instantly sat upright, calmly replying, "Just thinking."

Longbei and izike also strolled down, yawning with sleepy eyes.

Kane shot them a sideways glance.

What are you pretending for?

My Divine Martial Gaze is still sitting in the Skill Grid.

And so are these maids floating around pretending to be busy.

Though you seem serious, the word "gossip" is practically engraved on your faces.

Kane internally ranted wildly.

Soon after, Kreya served the al at the dining table.

When Kreya ca in, three Mist Maids were carrying dishes too.

"Madam’s culinary skill is really excellent. Even though we can’t eat, we can still sll the delightful aroma."

"Ah, if only we had a body, it’s such a sha not to taste such deliciousness!"

"We need to learn quickly. As maids, it’s embarrassing if our culinary skills aren’t as good as the mistress’s."

"It’s okay, you’ll learn soon enough."

Listening to their conversation, Kane realized the maids seed quite interested in culinary skills and were learning from Kreya.

Maybe there’ll be a few more personal chefs in the future, who knows.

After all, they already possess high-level maid skills, with a foundation in culinary arts.

As the food was being served, everyone started feasting heartily.

Especially Longbei and izike, who hadn’t tasted Kreya’s cooking for days as they didn’t have her Golden Space Equipnt.

As they ate, Longbei asked, "Brother, does the sky looking like that an we’re out of luck?"

"Yes," Kane nodded.

"The sky shattering and cracking ans we’re the last batch of Explorers after the Dungeon was swallowed by Mist."

After hearing Kane, Kreya asked, "What negative consequences could result from this?"

The Mist can have various characteristics and events, not everyone understands them all, especially in a Dungeon’s last stand.

Normally, nobody expects to be unlucky enough to be the last one.

Though, this was Kane’s second ti encountering this.

But it’s all the Angel Dice’s fault, nothing to do with Kane’s luck.

Doesn’t this actually prove you’re the Emperor of Luck?

After all, his luck multiplied by 2.5 tis the misfortune, cracking the whole sky.

Collecting his thoughts, Kane answered Kreya’s question, "As for consequences, perhaps all creatures opposing Explorers will beco stronger and maybe even smarter?"

Kane wasn’t certain about the last part, as the boss he encountered did beco a bit more intelligent.

Better safe than sorry.

After hearing Kane, Kreya rested her chin thinking, "No wonder the soldier team we encountered this ti was so strong; I thought I had run into an elite squad."

"Did you encounter enemies after the sky shattered, how was it? Any issues?" Kane asked with concern.

"No," Kreya shook her head, "just lost two soldiers due to carelessness."

"That’s good."

"If enemies get stronger and smarter, does that an the materials they drop will be better?" Longbei asked.

This question was vital for them, given the abundance of Dungeon enemies.

Increasing drop rates ans their gains would significantly improve.

Kane recalled his first ti facing such a situation.

"Probably better, but there will definitely be a very precious Gemstone, quite beautiful."

After Kane spoke, Longbei looked at him and asked, "You spoke so specifically, have you experienced this before?"

Kane silently scratched his cheek with his index finger, "Uh, yeah, I did once."

This statent surprised Kreya and the others.

"Didn’t you say you only experienced one Dungeon before teaming up with ?" Kreya asked.

"I’ve been through two, but the second one was solo, and the process was short, less than a day and a night to clear."

After hearing Kane, Longbei sharply pointed out, "I rember, you’re known as one of the two great Lucky Dogs, the other being the initial Dungeon’s Luree."

"So, for two Dungeons straight, you got different Lucky Dog treatnts."

After Longbei spoke, Kreya and the others cast Kane a slight, sympathetic look.

Among Explorers, "Lucky Dog" usually signifies an unlucky person, even if it brings so benefits.

It’s generally seen as more of a curse.

"What kind of looks are these? This is the treatnt of a Lucky Dog, don’t you understand, it’s because of going through such Dungeons that I’m so strong with you guys now."

Kane pounded the table, trying to emphasize the key to his luck.

Yet Kreya and the others’ sympathetic gaze remained unchanged.

"Hmph, fine, you don’t understand anyway."

Kane could only grumpily continue eating his al.

Don’t you know what being the Emperor of Luck ans!
