The midday rays of sunlight shone down from the edges of the cracks in the sky.
These beams of light projected downwards, like columns of light amid the strangely colored sky and the clouds surrounding the area.
Within these columns of light, one could still see faint blue gleams floating upwards.
Following these ascending blue gleams, a campsite colored blue and white had been mostly destroyed.
The wooden walls were shattered and toppled, and the tents were ablaze.
At the center of the camp, the flagpole that once held a blue-white flag now had nothing but a charred mass hanging on it.
There were no sounds of battle within the camp, only the crackling of flas.
One could see piles of dust scattered across the ground.
Among this dust lay coins glinting with golden light, and there were various pieces of magic equipnt exuding magical power.
A gloved hand, clad in red and white armor, swept the dust aside and retrieved the gold coins along with a small pair of gloves.
Gazing at the coins and gloves held in his hand, the soldier with a bow slung across his back appeared slightly dazed.
"What’s wrong, Mark? Why are you zoning out?"
Mark turned his head; the person speaking was a teammate from his squad.
"I was just wondering if the sa thing would happen if I died before."
"I have no idea. Aren’t we supposed to turn into blue light points ascending into the sky while we’re still alive?"
After speaking, he pointed towards the sky where blue points of light were rising.
Those points originated from their side, transforming from the bodies of deceased soldiers.
As for the enemies, they turned into dust underneath their feet.
The whole camp was shifting from blue and white to red and white, while Kane was checking the soldiers in front of him; with Eagle Eye, he could notice that their strength was fast approaching a bottleneck.
Not far away, there was another team of soldiers, those whose strength already had reached the bottleneck, were temporarily led by Kreya.
"Follow now," Kane said as he mounted his chanical warhorse, leading thirty-so bow riders out of the camp.
anwhile, Kreya was giving commands within the camp.
They had already taken the camp ahead of them, but to avoid further heavy losses, Kane resorted to a saturation bombing.
Using almost all his magic power, he blew the camp to bits and led his soldiers in to achieve a triumphant victory.
However, only 20 soldiers had advanced to the silver bottleneck stage, with more nearing their limit.
There were 25 more to promote, so Kane was now taking those thirty-so bow cavalry approaching the limit to aid Longbei.
Through communication with the Ruby Lapel Pin and Longbei, they were nearing the camp’s front.
Kane felt a bit impatient.
He was eager to see what the real guild system was like and its functionalities.
A quick assault was needed.
To prevent his soldiers from getting exhausted before reaching the enemy’s camp, Kane created a large truck, allowing the thirty soldiers with their warhorses to board.
Yoyo drove the truck swiftly over the plain.
As dusk approached.
Longbei and izike were crouched with their soldiers in the brush.
The loud rush of river water filled their ears.
One kiloter away stood a blue square camp by the riverside.
They had been waiting here for one or two hours.
Suddenly, a loud roar ca from behind.
The sound of full throttle could be heard in the distance.
On hearing this, Longbei and izike smiled, knowing it was the sound only Kane’s chanical contraptions would make.
And with no chanical attributes in the dungeon, it was clear that Kane was near.
They stood up to gaze into the distance.
A gigantic matte black tallic vehicle was speeding towards them.
"What’s with such a huge vehicle? What’s it carrying?" Longbei asked izike beside him curiously.
Only to see izike shaking his head subtly.
The enormous vehicle drifted with unexpected agility and stopped sideways not far from them.
The cargo on the vehicle caught Longbei’s eye.
It turned out to be warhorses and soldiers.
Why drive here when you could ride a horse?
Kane disembarked but didn’t dismiss the vehicle like before.
The soldiers behind were unused to such travel, so he judiciously opened the gate for them to dismount one by one.
By the looks of their pale faces, the journey seed disagreeable.
After letting them rest for a bit, Kane joined Longbei and the others.
"You’re only bringing a handful of soldiers to support us?" Longbei asked puzzled.
He thought Kane ant bringing many soldiers for support, but it turned out only thirty-so bow riders ca.
Upon Longbei’s question, Kane replied, "I’m bringing them because they’re nearing the bottleneck, just one more victory needed."
Longbei nodded at Kane’s explanation, realizing it was all about gaining experience points.
He knew Kane’s soldiers would beco the Spirit of Freedom once upgraded; he thought Kane aid for swift liberation.
"Is that the enemy camp?" Kane inquired.
"Yes, that’s it, our final destination. We were planning to head there tomorrow, but you’re quite eager," Longbei responded.
"Can’t wait, you’ll see tomorrow, got a surprise for you."
Then Kane turned to Longbei inquiring about a strategy for attacking the camp.
"Strategy? What strategy? Does charging in count?" Longbei asked confusedly.
"Alright then, shall we attack?"
No sooner had Kane spoken, Longbei stood up and shouted, "Brothers, attack!"
He then rushed out, leading the charge.
Up in the sky, Cotton Candy descended, allowing Longbei to stand on its body and carry him toward the camp’s sky.
izike anwhile cast out the contents of his particle bottle.
Uh...
Or should I say particle barrel?
Since izike held a large glass bottle resembling a small barrel.
The colors inside are still half red and half earthy yellow.
They are separated by a partition in the middle.
He first held the glass head and gave it a shake, sprinkling the particles of the two colors inside. These particles were evenly spread over the soldiers charging with Longbei, attaching themselves to them.
The earthy yellow strengthened their defense power.
While the red particles ford ribbons that floated beside them, waiting for them to get injured.
It seems izike also made an effort to reduce the soldiers’ casualties.
Kane didn’t say a word, imdiately constructing a large cha beside him, the Ruins Maker, and with a jump, he propelled himself towards the enemy camp with the nozzle beneath his feet.
The 30 plus bow riders he brought along imdiately followed.
Longbei was the first to reach the enemy camp. He jumped directly off Cotton Candy, his body transforming mid-air into a five-ter-tall gray giant, with his arms and legs doubled in size.
Though his appearance might seem sowhat comical, it indeed made him taller and mightier.
He landed directly inside the enemy camp, wielding his weapon and shield, swinging them at the soldiers around him.
The screams from inside the enemy camp were audible, with occasional scenes of soldiers being thrown out of the camp.
Only Longbei, relying on his extrely high defense power, dared to act this way.
The archers who were about to shoot dared not fire at them and instead turned their aim towards Longbei inside the camp.
Kane, anwhile, piloting the Ruins Maker, had burst into the enemy’s frontlines.
It was still the familiar magic rune paired with the magic protection shield.
But, just like Kane had encountered before, he broke through an opening and charged in.
Then ca the classic scene.
A chanical giant and a gray stone giant rampaged through the camp, each strike causing massive casualties.
Nearby, soldiers and crossbown were frantically reaping the lives of those soldiers who had not yet died.
Those who were injured were imdiately healed and repaired by the red particles surrounding them.
In such coordination, the entire camp’s enemy was cleared in less than 10 minutes.
Kane imdiately landed, disbanding the cha, and summoned the bow riders over.
"Well done, not a single one of you is hurt."
A smile appeared on Kane’s face, mainly because the 35 bow riders he brought with him had all reached a bottleneck in their strength.
Plus the 20 in the camp, it was more than enough.
"Let’s go! Get on the vehicle!"
Kane constructed the large truck from before on the spot, letting the soldiers board it.
The faces of these bow riders turned pale looking at the truck, but they had no choice but to get on due to Kane’s orders.
"Good brother, leaving so soon?" Longbei asked beside him.
It was extrely urgent; they had just taken down the camp, and Kane was already in a rush to leave.
The truck started, speeding out of the camp with a pace unmatching its size.
From afar, Kane’s voice was heard bidding them farewell.
"Opportunities are fleeting, ti waits for no one, see you."
Longbei watched the departing vehicle, beginning to feel anticipation.
If it was sothing that could make Kane so urgent, it must be important, he had never seen Kane in such a hurry before.
"Good brother, what do you think it is?" Longbei turned to ask izike beside him.
The response was izike turning and leaving.
When Kane helped Longbei take down the camp, it was already nightti.
By the ti Kane returned to the previous camp, dawn was just breaking, still draped in darkness.
Through the ruby lapel pin, Kane had already inford Kreya of his imminent return.
Outside the camp, Kreya was waiting with the 20 bow riders for a long ti.
"Did it succeed?"
"It succeeded!"
Kane’s voice couldn’t hide the excitent within.
Hearing the excitent in Kane’s voice, Kreya smiled and then said, "Then hurry and go."
"Yes!"
Now that there were 55 bow riders, and Kane’s vehicle couldn’t fit them all; plus, the bow riders had rested enough, so they mounted their horses and rushed towards the altar.
Kreya accompanied Kane by his side.
By noon, the sky was bright.
Kane and his group had already arrived beside the remote altar.
"Hurry, get up there."
Under Kane’s command, the 55 bow riders stepped onto the altar directly.
The altar was spacious, and even with more than fifty bow riders and their warhorses on it, there was still plenty of room.

A beam of light shot up, enveloping the altar.
