There is no starry sky like a galaxy.
Nor is there a floating platform within the starry sky.
Kane felt as if he were floating in a pitch-black space, a space devoid of any light, only sensing movent forward.
He didn’t know how long he had been drifting, in this pitch-black space, even the perception of ti had beco problematic.
Kane felt himself standing on so ground, the pitch-black space receded, revealing the surrounding environnt.
Looking around him, sure enough, Kreya and the others were not far away.
After perceiving the Furnace Stone in his hand for a mont, it’s usable, they can return.
After standing firmly, Kane surveyed the surroundings.
They were next to sothing that looked like an abandoned building. As for what this building was or what its specific purpose was, Kane couldn’t tell due to its unfamiliar style and appearance.
It seed the entire building was made of gray, unknown stone material.
The ground had a straight stone-paved road, with all sorts of strange sculptures on both sides.
A Madonna holding a baby, a Demon with sharp teeth and bat wings, an Angel with wings surrounding it, a Skeleton wielding a huge axe.
The foundation supporting the building had stone railings, with intricate patterns carved onto them.
But over ti, so of these patterns had beco almost indecipherable.
Kane looked over the railing behind him; below was nothing but thick, white Mist.
It turned out to be a stone platform floating in the air.
Except the surroundings weren’t the sky, but a sea of thick, white Mist, wrapping around the stone platform in slow movent.
After observing the surroundings for a while, Kane regrouped with his teammates.
"There’s no Magic Power reaction here, but let’s be careful," Kane said to his team.
Everyone nodded, already clad in Armor and holding their respective weapons.
Longbei walked in front of the team, the Shield on his left arm slanted, covering half his body, enabling quick defense in case of danger.
Everyone slowly advanced toward the massive building in the center.
As they got closer, they could see through the massive stone doors that the interior was very dilapidated.
From the enormous sculptures and chairs below, it seed like a chapel for worshiping deities.
However, the central sculpture was in ruins, missing its head and half its body.
From the remaining parts, it seed to be a female figure, with a wing extending from her back, though it was half broken.
Once inside, they looked up to see many large holes and gaps in the ceiling.
There were also smaller statues around, all in various postures of Angels and Knights.
Only from their broken parts could their previous shapes be recreated.
The stone seats below, set in rows, were mostly broken and collapsed.
While the building was extrely worn, its overall frawork and shape remained relatively intact.
But after looking for quite so ti, they found no sign of life inside the building, nor on the stone platform outside, not even insects or moss in the soil.
"The entire floating foundation is only this big, and nothing strange was seen," Longbei said after they wandered around dispersively.
Kane and the others did the sa, wandering this area without finding anything different.
It seed like nothing more than an abandoned chapel, with no chanisms, hidden spaces, or life forms seen.
Not even an exit was found.
As if this stone platform had been uprooted and casually tossed into this space.
If there was indeed nothing, Kane and the others could only rely on the Furnace Stone in their hands to return.
Kreya looked at the surrounding white Mist, "Should we take Cotton Candy and drift down?"
"It’s not possible," Kane shook his head, "Just now Cotton Candy tried drifting out, and although the surroundings seed like loose white Mist, it’s different in form; the Mist is like a wall, impossible to get through."
Finally, they had to return to the platform’s building since that was the only place that seed to hold sothing.
Kane examined the building, finding nothing peculiar about it.
Finally, he couldn’t help but say, "Did we spend so much effort just for this?"
He thought of the nurous camping traces outside, wondering how many groups of Explorers had already entered this Dungeon.
Maybe this Dungeon wasn’t a typical one, just a space for storage, and anything valuable had likely already been taken.
"It does seem like there’s nothing here, should we leave?" Longbei suggested.
However, just then, a thin stream of white Mist slipped inside through a hole in the building’s ceiling.
Everyone imdiately noticed this change, becoming vigilant and gripping their various weapons.
Lilulu quietly remarked, "There’s a presence in the Mist."
Hearing Lilulu’s words, everyone relaxed slightly but remained on guard.
White Mist descended in a thick line from above, slowly pooling in front of a sculpture, swirling and condensing.
