Early the next morning, Kane arrived alone at the Explorer's House in Lion City.
The front desk at the Explorer's House was now manned by a young girl who was once Adoma's little sister; after Adoma resigned, she was promoted to receptionist.
Kane had seen her several tis already.
When she saw Kane arrive, she imdiately smiled and said, "Captain Kane, today you can complete the procedures to establish a Battle Group; the personnel adjustnts from the Mist Council have arrived, and we have enough people now."
"Is that so? That's good."
Kane ca early in the morning to handle the Battle Group procedures that he couldn't complete yesterday.
"Let handle it for you." At this mont, a sowhat elderly and serious voice sounded from the side.
Hearing the voice, the two of them turned to look sideways.
The receptionist instantly beca a little flustered and imdiately bowed, exclaiming, "President Gordon!"
Gordon nodded, "You go ahead and get busy. I'll take care of him."
"Yes!"
Then Gordon said to Kane, "Co on, young man, follow ."
With that, he led Kane up to the second floor and into a rather luxurious office.
It seed like this was Gordon's temporary office.
Gordon sat down behind the desk and then pointed to a chair beside him, "Please sit."
Once Kane sat down, Gordon took out a form and handed it to Kane.
Kane took a look and it was the information used to process the Battle Group procedures.
"Just fill out this information, and that will be enough."
Kane nodded and then picked up a pen to start filling it out.
Kane noticed that the information on this form was extraordinarily brief, barely touching on any privacy details of the Battle Group.
It perfectly protected the privacy of the various forces.
All he needed to provide was the na of the force and who their leader was.
If he wished, he could also ntion the base of operations of the Battle Group, though it didn't have to be a core or actual location; it just needed to be a place where one could contact him.
There were no requirents to fill out information on personnel or various mbers, making it exceptionally concise.
It was really just a matter of processing and registering, although there probably was a verification process to confirm if the strength reached the gold level.

"Congratulations, Captain Kane. Now I have so other matters to discuss with you," Gordon said, maintaining a serious deanor while looking at Kane.
Kane nodded, "Go ahead, President Gordon."
Gordon nodded and waved his hand, and a cup of hot tea appeared in front of Kane.
"To be honest, reaching gold in such a short ti is sothing I never imagined when I first t you."
"You're a genius; I knew it from the first mont I saw you. However, becoming gold in just over two years was far beyond my expectations."

As Kane skimd through them, he realized that while he knew a large portion of the information, there were still many new details and info that he hadn't known or that were more detailed than what he knew.
For instance, the World Ring only allowed gold-level explorers entry, as well as explorers below gold level.
Initially, Kane thought only gold-level explorers were allowed in; later, he learned that those below gold level could also enter. The reason Burton emphasized gold-level participation was that gold-level explorers could bring their forces inside.
And most explorers of silver or bronze level typically entered alongside an established gold-level force.
Rarely would one or two small teams join forces to enter, as doing so would yield fewer rewards compared to conquering a couple of Dungeons.

All gold-level explorers who wished to beco a major power and have a basic territory of their own found now to be the best opportunity.
For instance, the Lion City under Kane's feet belonged to a gold-level powerhouse.
This powerhouse, a millennium ago during the last iteration of the World Ring, defeated this area and built this city.
Once the World Ring dissipates and fully integrates into the world, this area would beco his territory.
It is recognized by the Mist Council and various other forces, unless he does sothing extrely heinous like indiscriminate killing that harms civilians here.
As long as it develops normally and steadily, this place will always belong to him and can be inherited by his descendants.
If certain original forces within the dungeon possess gold-level combat power, they can also maintain their race and a territory of their own.
If they do not have gold-level combat power, then they await conquest and occupation by outside explorers or other dungeon forces.
So it is advised that silver or bronze-level explorers act collectively with a force.
