Kane was completely caught off guard by how weak the ordinary Explorers were.
They had always focused on exploring dungeons before, rarely interacting with Explorers. Even when they did, it was with people like Amis. They never imagined that regular Explorers were so poor in strength.
Even worse than Kane had expected.
Just then, another group of people entered through the door; it was Chase, bringing in a new batch of personnel hoping to join the Battle Group.
This ti it was Kane's turn to be the testing officer.
So Kane walked directly up, his eyes turning into eagle-like pupils, evaluating the strengths of the group in front of him.
One squad at initial Silver, two squads at mid Silver, one squad at high Silver.
He addressed the twenty people in front of him directly, "The first test to join the Battle Group is your strength. I will score you based on your respective abilities. If your strength is adequate, you can proceed to the next stage of testing."
The next stage of testing is essentially for Lilu to assess their character. As long as there are no character issues, it is considered a success.
Kane then extended his hands, and four humanoid chas were constructed.
Each cha wielded a pair of iron fists and was only about two and a half ters tall, all operated personally by Kane.
However, these chas were sowhat thin, indicating they possessed very agile movents.
Do not underestimate these chas; the materials they used simulated the hardest Rock Steel.
Kane would adjust the chas' strength according to each team's ability level to achieve a certain balance.
After all, there is quite a difference between initial Silver and Silver Peak.
"These four chas are your opponents. Each team, pick one and go straight into action. Go together."
After Kane spoke, the four teams didn't hesitate and imdiately began the action.
Less than a minute later, two teams were knocked down by the chas.
Seeing this scene, Kane couldn't help but sigh again.
These teams had issues not only with strength but also significant configuration problems. It was only in the last two days that Kane discovered many Explorer teams had considerable configuration issues.
Many ordinary Explorer teams actually lack a Healing Professional, which was surprisingly rare among Explorers.
Moreover, these Explorers rely perford so simple division of labor, but their actual strengths and Origin Skills didn't necessarily align.
It felt very forced to bring the whole team together.
Two more minutes passed, and another team was slamd to the ground.
Those knocked-down teams were instantly healed by izike waiting nearby.
Kane looked at the team left standing in the arena, unexpectedly the one with initial Silver.
Controlling the cha to deliver a heavy punch, it attacked an Explorer ahead.
This Explorer was a young man dressed as a Knight, and once again a virtual shadow appeared on the shield, reducing the strength of the punch.
Finally, the shield used a technique to offload the force, successfully blocking the heavy strike.
The teammates behind were not idle, imdiately seizing the opportunity for a concentrated attack.
Kane noticed that although this Explorer team lacked highlights, they were very steady.
Moreover, the team's configuration was very normal, almost comprehensive.
A main front-line Defender, alongside a Warrior, with a Mage at the back, an Archer, and a Healing Professional.
Perfect and formal.
And everyone was able to consistently perform their respective roles.
The more Kane watched, the more interested he beca, slightly increasing the cha's strength, continuing the attack.
After 5 minutes, this team finally collapsed from exhaustion.
"Lilu!"
Upon hearing Kane's call, Lilu flew over instantly.
"How is it? How is it? Did they succeed?" Lilu asked excitedly.
Having undertaken a very important role but never having the chance to fulfill it.
Now finally being able to play a part, of course Lilu was excited.
Kane nodded.
And the five knocked-down Explorers nearby were quickly healed by izike.
Standing up, they couldn't help but feel their bodies, "Such phenonal healing efficiency."
The Heavy Knight leading them couldn't help but say; he was the leader of this Explorer team.
Having just spoken, they saw Lilu flying over.
As the Little Fairy looked them over repeatedly, she nodded again and flew back.
Kane watched the returning Lilu nod at him, and then he walked toward the Explorer team.
"You successfully passed. Are you certain you want to join our Battle Group?"
Kane's words surprised this Explorer team; they thought being defeated ant failure, but they didn't expect it to actually count as success?
Hurriedly nodding, they said, "Of course, we definitely want to join."
Hearing their response, Kane smiled, then shook hands, saying, "Welco, new companions. I am Kane, the Warband Leader of the Battle Group."
Following this was a series of procedures and stamping, then they were led into the Guild Hall and handed over to Adoma.
After finishing, Kreya ca over and asked, "How is this Explorer team?"
Kane nodded and said, "Very good. Although their strength was just beginning to enter Silver, in terms of coordination and combat performance, they were rely slightly inferior to the Lantern Knight Order. When they reach Silver Peak, they will definitely be stronger than the Lantern Knight Order, eting our recruitnt requirents."
After two days, finally a team eting the standards was recruited; this sowhat relieved Kane.
…
After a five-day recruitnt period.
The recruited Explorers were sowhat disappointing.
The newly joined mbers included three teams in total.
One recomnded by Amis' team, the other two were the only ones to pass Kane's testing over the past few days.
Another one recomnded by Raphael's team was still pending, due to being in a special area requiring transportation to leave, needing more ti to arrive.
Overall, this recruitnt was sowhat a failure.
Far fewer than Kane and his team anticipated.
Amis' team recomndation is slightly weaker than Amis' team, but it certainly ets Kane's requirents.
Among the recruited teams, one was the early gain—the initial Silver level Explorer team.
The other was a Silver Peak team, which was considered a pleasant surprise. Their overall strength reached the level of Amis and his team.
They too had previously participated in the Eternal Victory Battlefield and heard about Kane's team recruitnt, specially coming over to join.
The next public recruitnt will only proceed when Kane's Guild truly gains fa.
For now, implent the recomndation system; have Guild mbers recomnd suitable ones.
