A hundred-strong Lantern Knight Order is lying in ambush in a section of the forest.
The captain of this order casts a magic spell on his eyes to observe the battlefield a kiloter away.
This knight order is one of the six sent ahead to the frontline.
They are reconnoitering the movents of their target, watching the battlefield, and waiting for the opportune mont to intervene.
It ans reaping the most outcos at the least cost, these knights were born for war. Once on the battlefield, they are skillful in strategy and timing.
On the other side, slightly closer to the battlefield behind a small hillside, Funa and three others are using invisibility magic to observe the enemy.
"To be honest, these Cannibal Ghosts really have an unappealing appearance," Xi flutters her wings, hovering in the air, and can't help but say as she looks at the Cannibal Ghosts in the distance.
These Cannibal Ghosts are like furless creatures, with slender limbs, sharp claws, dry gray skin, and mouths full of sharp teeth, as well as a varying number of odd-shaped eyes.

The blue-skinned race's fighting mbers number just over 300, retreating steadily under the Cannibal Ghost attack.
Below, the Cannibal Ghosts roar at them, and then a humanoid Cannibal Ghost tears off an arm of a blue-skinned race and starts gnawing on it.
This bloody scene makes the defending blue-skinned race shudder in fear.
Such scenarios are not limited to one location but are happening all over the battlefield.
Those large beast-like Cannibal Ghosts, like mounts, directly grab entire corpses, toss them into the air, and gulp them down.
Funa, watching this scene from afar, couldn't help but rub her neck with a look of disgust: "This race really gets more annoying the more you look at them."
