"Roar"

The Beastman Commander let out an angry roar and instantly pulled out two large axes from his back, stomping his foot.

A halo appeared at his feet, and a red glow flashed in his eyes as he charged fearlessly towards Longbei.

Longbei was positioned right at the doorway’s gap, and the charging Beastman Commander was directly ensnared by Longbei and Kane using Spider Silk and then dragged out and thrown aside.

Longbei followed and rushed over, engaging in combat with the Beastman Commander.

Seeing their commander charge out, the other beastn also charged forward.

As the beastn charged, Kreya, who had been waiting for a long ti, saw each one coming out and Kane would shoot out Spider Silk to trap them.

Then Kreya wielded her longsword to strike them down, while Kane quickly used Spider Silk to control the next one and dragged them out.

Although this action was efficient, Kane also had to manage the maintenance of the Steel Wall, causing his Magic Power to deplete rapidly.

Soon his Magic Power was almost exhausted, and he quickly took a Magic Potion from the gemstone on his belt and drank it.

But in that brief mont, two beastn were about to charge out.

izike, seeing this, drew his thrusting sword and stabbed it towards a beastman’s throat, a precise and deadly strike.

The beastman was struck through the throat with that blow, clutching his neck and collapsing to the ground.

After dispatching the controlled beastman, Kreya swiftly turned and slashed, cutting down another beastman trying to co out.

Seeing that precise strike, Kane couldn’t help but give izike a thumbs-up.

On the other side, Longbei activated a skill on his shield, enveloping himself in a shell-like virtual shadow.

Relying on his high defense, he began exchanging injuries with the Beastman Commander.

The Beastman Commander raised his axes and struck at Longbei, hitting his armor, but there was not even a scratch, just a slight ripple in the virtual shadow.

Longbei didn’t need to defend, directly thrusting his long halberd through the armor and into the beastman’s abdon.

This strike caused the beastman severe injuries, pushing him back several steps, and his weapon was pulled out as well, causing a gaping wound in his abdon that bled profusely.

Longbei wasn’t about to let such an opportunity slip, knowing that the virtual shadow’s duration shortens the more attacks it absorbs.

He began a relentless pursuit, completely abandoning defense for deadly strikes on the beastman’s body.

In this clash, the beastman’s eyes glowed even redder, also abandoning defense to hack at Longbei.

Finally, he managed to break through Longbei’s defense, denting his armor.

But he no longer had the strength for another attack; his body was covered in various injuries, drenched in blood.

Staggering back a few steps, he finally knelt to the ground, exhausted.

After dealing with the Beastman Commander, Longbei exhaled a breath. He raised his shield and headed towards Kane and the others.

Kane looked inside and saw only two beastn remaining, he withdrew the Steel Wall, raised his longbow, and shot at one beastman.

As the arrow pierced through that beastman’s skull, the other beastman also fell under Kreya’s sword.

With the death of the last beastman, the door painted with beastn images shattered.

The ground was littered with corpses that dissipated, along with fragnts of the door, turning into blue particles that flowed into the central hourglass.

The group returned to sit beside the hourglass, except Kane’s more significant Magic Power consumption, everyone’s physical strength was well maintained.

Due to the greater individual strength of the beastn, their numbers were not many.

For a team like Kane’s, with strong single-target attacks, fewer beastn were much easier to eliminate than large numbers of goblins, using far less physical and ntal energy.

Even though not much physical strength was expended, it’s still crucial to rest well to face the next wave in a more refreshed state. This helps avoid more unexpected events.

"Now that I think about it, our team really lacks a mage with powerful firepower,"

Kane couldn’t help but lant.

Hearing Kane’s words, everyone nodded in agreent.

Through so many explorations, they had long felt this issue.

These many levels of exploration never troubled them with powerful individual entities like beastn or stage bosses.

What troubled them instead were monsters like goblins, nurous dungeon creatures like rats.

After all, with their strength, cutting down a goblin still required one strike each, but cutting down beastn typically took no more than two or three strikes each. However, the number of goblins was several tis, even ten tis, that of beastn.

If other teams knew their team thought this way, they might want to hit them twice.

They would rather spend more energy and ti slowly wearing down these goblins than face those monsters with powerful individual strength.

Kane pulled out a launcher and carefully examined it in his hand.

Suddenly, he asked izike: "The type of blue potion you gave , how many bottles can be consud continuously without reducing the recovery amount?"

"Three bottles," izike said.

That’s enough; Kane thought of a new good idea. Indeed, what limited his strength was his total Magic Power and sustained recovery amount.

He began to raise the launcher in his hand, firing into the empty space of the Dungeon.

Kreya and the others watched Kane’s performance from the side, observing him outputting onto the arena floor.

They didn’t go up to disturb, as it seed they saw Kane had thought of a good thod.

Kane kept firing, adjusting the magic power consumption of each crossbow arrow to achieve a balance he desired.

Before long, Kane stopped his attack, having found the balance he was seeking.

"Let’s rest for a while, and then we’ll start the next wave of attacks,"

This ti, they didn’t take out a carpet, but sat on the ground, closing their eyes for a short rest.

They were actually waiting for Kane to recover his Magic Power to the optimal level. For this level, he was the only one consuming Magic Power, the rest were mostly warming up.

When Kane was recovering his Magic Power, he did not put away the launcher in his hand, instead closing his eyes and carefully feeling its structure.

Before long, he finally recovered his Magic Power.

He stood up, dusted the dirt off his back, and then said to everyone: "I’ve pretty much recovered my Magic Power, how about you guys?"

Everyone stood up and nodded.

"Alright then, let’s start preparing for the next wave of attacks."

Since only one door remained, Kane and the others went directly to the door’s edge.

"You three co, and I’ll show you the positions I set."

In front of the door painted with the Barbarian Race, Kane marked three spots, addressing his teammates.

"Don’t ask yet, I’ve thought of a great thing, I’m going to make you a big treasure."

Everyone shut their mouths, wanting to ask questions, and began cooperating obediently.
