"Vice President?" Lohan asked, confused, thinking that so interference had caused him to mishear what her telepathy ant.

But the fox nodded, indicating that he had heard correctly.

"Yes, ever since I awoke in this forest, I’ve been killing every monster I’ve encountered along the way." She narrowed her eyes as she spoke. "The number of low-level monsters I’ve killed is very high, and among those monsters, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of slis... but among the various monsters I’ve seen in this forest, you were a surprise."

"What do you an?" Lohan asked, confused, shocked by the information she gave him.

’So she’s the reason I can’t find any monsters to kill?! All this ti I spent hours looking for a monster, only to find the leftovers of what she hunted?’ He realized.

"You see, in the world of Elysium, all races have so potential. Elves are gifted with above-average agility and magical affinity, making even a half-elf an ’Uncommon’ race. Orcs have great potential in physical combat, being strong and physically resistant, but with low magical affinity. Spirit Foxes, like , have high agility, stealth, and Spiritual affinity, hence my innate telepathy ability." She said in a calm voice, pleased that the Sli was more willing to listen to what she had to say.

’So she’s not an ordinary fox, but actually a Spirit Fox...’ He made a ntal note of this information, to try to find out more about it in the future.

With the explanation, Lohan could also see where this conversation was going.

Having played as a Sli for a week, Lohan had already realized how broken Slis were.

With the ability to devour enemies and evolve by absorbing their biomass, theoretically the Sli had potential in all areas, being practically omnipotent.

And this was clear from his developnt.

Lohan had skills to beco more resistant, more agile, stronger, magical affinity, and even Spiritual affinity, if you consider [mory Resonance Lv 2] as a Spiritual skill.

’And my potential isn’t limited to that, I probably haven’t developed other areas just because I haven’t co into contact with them yet, as was the case with magic...’

Understanding this point made Lohan understand his value even more.

"Right, I see where you’re coming from. But what gives you the confidence to delegate the Vice-Presidency of your guild to a complete stranger? Not only considering the current influence of guilds in the real world, but from what I’ve heard, even in Elysium this type of organization wields great influence and prestige. Not to ntion, won’t the other mbers be dissatisfied?" Lohan finally asked the crux of the matter.

In the real world, Elysium Guilds were mostly controlled by large financial and political conglorates. Small groups that tried to venture into this area were t with great resistance from larger groups, which nipped potential competitors in the bud.

Lohan didn’t understand why these billionaires placed so much importance on a guild in a ga... sure, it was possible to make money from players who converted gold in Elysium, but that was it, right?

’It’s not like the ga gives you any other advantages in the real world...’ His thoughts were interrupted by the mory of the changes he had felt in recent days.

The gain in strength, the increase in nutrient absorption, even the possible ability to nourish himself through the air...

’If these billionaires already knew about these advantages, it’s obvious they would try to monopolize control over the ga!

The fox didn’t know what Lohan was thinking, so she explained in response to his question. "I have no ntal burden in inviting you to be my Vice President for one simple reason..." She was silent for a few seconds. "The Guild doesn’t exist yet."

-- BOOM!

Lohan’s mind practically exploded with this revelation.

After all this proposal, with so much information and attempts at persuasion, he was actually being invited to a non-existent Guild?!

At that mont, he felt the urge to turn around and leave again, but he cald down and asked for an explanation. "I believe there is a reason for this."

The fox nodded positively. "Yes, humanoid races that are born in civilizations can open Guilds imdiately as long as they have people and money, but monstrous races like ours must first claim a territory by right of conquest and obtain a ’Dungeon Core’ or a ’Seal of Sovereignty,’ and only then can the guild be ford. Unlike humans who buy a license at city hall, we have to force the system to recognize us as a legitimate faction before the world."

This was eye-opening for him, who had never co into contact with these ga chanics.

From the information this fox had, it was clear that her identity was not ordinary, even outside of Elysium.

This access to information was sothing Lohan valued.

"And how could we get a Dungeon Core or a Sovereignty Seal?" He asked curiously.

Hearing this, the fox underwent a slight change, from a serious and relaxed face, Lohan felt a fire arise in her gaze. "That’s simple, we just need to conquer a Dungeon to get the Core or dominate a territory to get the Sovereignty Seal."

Lohan looked at her skeptically.

What she said was anything but simple!

Feeling Lohan’s gaze, even though he had no eyes, the fox ca to her senses. "Ahem, I an that the process is simple because it is linear and uncomplicated as long as we have enough strength to conquer a dungeon, killing the monsters and the Boss that live there, not that completing this will be easy."

That made more sense.

"I believe you already have a dungeon in mind for this?" Lohan asked, wanting to test how committed she was to this.

Honestly, up to this point, he had been playing a ga of eating grass and insects, getting stronger every day at an acceptable pace.

He could continue like this until he beca very strong, but would this pace be enough for him to earn money to pay off his debt in three weeks?

It had already been proven that feeding on monsters was much more profitable, not only in terms of biomass due to the Mana Stones they might have inside them, but also because of the skills they knew Lohan could learn by digesting them.

Not to ntion that having a goal ahead would be much more interesting than just wandering aimlessly, and probably much more useful for the future than being a "lone wolf."

To his question, the fox nodded again. "Yes, I’ve already explored the entire surrounding area, and of the three Dungeons within our reach, only one is low enough in level for us."

"Hmm, and what is the level of that dungeon?" Lohan asked with interest, thinking about how many monsters he could absorb and how strong he would beco after that.

The fox was silent for a few seconds before sighing and replying. "That dungeon is Level 10."

Lohan was shocked.

’I’m not even halfway through Level 1... at least she must be high level, right?

"What’s your current level?" he asked curiously.

The fox was quiet again, making a strange feeling arise in him.

"I reached Level 3 today," she said as she looked away.

-- BOOOM!

Lohan’s mind exploded again.
